Let Me Start off By Saying RED was VERY PROFESSIONAL & SWEET……. I do not live in Fontana I was in town to Get my Car from a AutoShop I arrived around 8:30 am but the shop didn't open until 9, I did my Ponytail the night before but I needed more hair to add to my braid so while we was waiting the 30 minutes for the shop to open I googled a BEAUTY SUPPLY & Sandra's Popped up by this time it's 8:40ish I told my husband babe can u go Here so I can grab the hair and ponytail holders & by time I grab this the shop should be open remind u Both places “Beauty supply and Shop” opens at 9 We get to the beauty Supply 10 minutes before 9 just so happens pull up next to RED not even knowing she works here “She's sitting in her car doing make up preparing to open” I'm Feeding my 3month old baby while waiting ?? she gets out and as she heading to open she looked at our car and ask if we're waiting for the beauty supply to open; me still not knowing WHO SHE IS I reply “Yes” she continue conversation by asking what was I looking for??? She replied oh yes we have that!!! I thought she was walking away to Go open store so I can come inside to get what I need, I proceeded to burp my child and when I looked up she's walking back outside to bring me what I told her I was looking for she saw me feeding my Newborn and that was just so Generous & Considerate of her she rung up my items and came to tell me my total IN MY CAR, texted me my receipt and we was on our way back to the shop by 8:58…… I Love my Pocahontas 84 inch braiding hair if I was ever in town again I would DEFINITELY Shop again!

The Haircut is I would say 8/10 it's hit or miss if there is a long line they will rush thru your hair cut, the least appealing part about the experience would have to be the costumer service, not necessarily rude but extremely unprofessional, which makes us not worth the 8/10 haircut, the sign on the door states they open at 9:30 and they are never opened at that time I have waited outside for 2 hours in the past, there is bad blood in between the girls working, which makes the whole atmosphere awkward, the prices are fair and the hair cut is fair but, the costumer service the opening and closing times and the cleanliness of the whole establishment need to be reconsidered

I can't explain how big of a headache it's been dealing with this price gauging company! This is going to be a long story. We had a slab leak which resulted in a small flood in our home. I called the first available plumber which was Mr Rooter. The cost was $6k but I was reassured by everyone on their team, multiple times, that my insurance would cover $5500 of those $6k. We had this work done on 05/16 it's been PAST A MONTH and I've yet to see a dime of this money my insurance would reimburse me. The reason you might ask? My insurance (Mercury home insurance) is trying to figure things out with them as to why they charged me such a high amount. My adjuster has been reaching out to Mr. Rooter as have I so they can discuss the breakdown/invoice of the total cost. My broker assures me that Mr Rooter works off of commission so that's why they charge so much, but she can only justify $3k of the $6k charges. Mr Rooter is stalling this process terribly! How dare they reassure me we would get $5500 reimbursed when they won't even call my insurance company back so they can discuss the charges. They blatantly lied in my face and I couldn't be more upset. I've called them countless times and every time they reassure me that the supervisor named Gabriel will reach out to my adjuster. Has he? No he absolutely does not. It seems like since they don't care about me getting my reimbursement. At first I had to written them a great review because I was very happy with the service. They were professional, courteous, explained things to me and were time efficient. But last week I had another leak happen on the same exact pipe that they had JUST worked on. Mr Rooter came back out and told me it's not their fault that there was another leak, despite the leak being on the SAME PIPE just a bit further back. They didn't offer any warranty for their work that was just weeks old! Today I had another company come repair it because Mr Rooter wanted to charge me another $4k to fix it. I had All Pro Plumbers come out and they fixed it for $1025. That's right, you read that correctly, a quarter of what Mr Rooter wanted to charge me. You won't believe what this plumber today showed me. A pipe was TWISTED while Mr Rooter worked on it originally. I have no way of confirming they did this on purpose wanting me to change the entire pipes of the home, which would be another $20k. But either their plumbers didn't know what they were doing or they repaired it incorrectly with intentions of getting me to spend $20k!!!!!! ABSURD. I've never felt this distasteful towards a company. I urge you to not waste your time or your money, we are in a recession, these people offer terrible work at a ludicrous price point. Call All Pro Plumbers they really helped me out!!! Attached is the photo of the twisted pipe that caused our SECOND LEAK.

UPDATE This update is difficult but neccessary. I went back for a regular eye exam. Which went well. Again the Dr was very nice. I think my purchase was over $1000 for 2 pair of glasses. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks. I called on day 15 only to be told my order was not in and to call back in a few days ?. I called back and only one pair was in so I went to pick them up. It had been 3 weeks. At that time I was informed that my second was not only not ready...it was on hold. ? uhhhhhh ok...lets fit these glasses. After NUMEROUS tries (they were progressive) I couldnt see out of them, so they remeasure my eye and THE MEASUREMENTS WERE WRONG!! The guy was so embarrassed but he said the good news was my second pair would be right because they werent started yet. Four weeks later I get both glasses and.....are you sitting down..MY SUNGLASSES PRESCRIPTION IS WRONG!!!!!! I tell them I no longer want the sunglasses so the guy says ok he understands. Then I get a call from the office manager who says they will NOT refund my money and my glasses would be ready within 3 days.I will not be purchasing glasses there ever again. Im pretty sure they work off commission.Thought I was havin an eye emergency and they took me right away. Very friendly staff great Dr. I believe I found my family optometrist!

Buyer be aware! very bad company to deal with. their warranty means nothing, they do not stand behind their product. sold me a turbo for ISX. that lasted 2 minutes, truck didnt even get out of the shop. was installed by official cummins dealer, technicians followed all the procedures provided by the seller to prevent premature failure. send the turbo back to them for warranty claim. they told me the my mechanics broke the turbo. i asked to send me the turbo back so cummins can determine the real reason of failure, they send me back totally different turbo trying to cover up their end. was told by one of the workers that they are not going to refund or give up a turbo just like that. well if you are selling product and giving the warranty, you have to be ready to refund or give up another part. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. They will do anything to avoid the responsibility if their product fails.

This place refused to stop charging my account. Being over 40 I decided to start building my body after devastating news from my physician, Get busy getting healthier, or prepare for an untimely demise! Most ppl my age are suddenly dying and to continue to live unhealthily is maximizing the negative factors of those potential odds. Needless to say, I started to utilize Planet Fitness, because post-pandemic hours for 24hr Fitness have largely been less than 24hrs. Making their membership less appealing at its monthly all-access price point. However, there was a silver lining. Planet Fitness is often referred to as Planet Fatness because theyd throw out fully fit or overly aggressive Fitness enthusiasts, in favor of those with fluffier and unconventional physiques, to work-out feeling less antagonistic and body shamed by those whod flaunt their physical appearance shaming others who feel put off by such a display. Dubbing the establishment being in favor of fluffiness instead, and to dread the shred! I signed up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin while attending the Allen Bradley University directly in town. Id run from my hotel and around the block to the gym.I burned as many calories over 1000 as I possibly could without passing out, and ran back, showered, and pass out for class the next day. This routine helped me sleep away from home and keep myself relatively fit in the meantime while away at school. Upon Graduation, I returned home to California near Rancho Cucamonga and looked for a local Planet Fitness to attend and continue the routine. I found it near Summit Ave and the 15fwy Northbound. I signed in and never went back a day since. Due to becoming a roving field installation engineer for the Waste Water Municipalities nationwide through Aerzen USA. I still work-out and use the gym wherever I go, its just that now I use the hotels gyms provided while abroad which is 90-98.999% of my schedule. When I was in Milwaukee this facility would automatically reject your membership if you held a BlackCard membership and didnt utilize the facilities on a regular. You had to sign in and also authorize your membership regularly or it would notify you, and shutdown your account and access to the club. Well, this California branch not only didnt notify you and bar your account, but they wouldnt notify you even if prices increased. It caught my attention when I was in Laurel, Kansas at National Beef a large $154 charge hit my account. To most this isnt large, but when it said Planet Fitness it seemed pretty darn large, For a gym membership I thought??? Something has to be wrong. I called them and its pretty difficult to get customer support beyond the counter at the gym. I was told to cancel the membership from my banking establishment because there was no way to do it from their end. Eventually, I was able to get this leak blocked from my bank and disheartened by the establishment I had grown so proud to be a part of, Watch your accounts if you do decide to attend, and the best of luck in your journey to better health. Hopefully, your experience with them financially is better than mine, as your results in the gym, and life.

Ive been a top tier member and fan since signing up, before my local location opened. Of course, after attending regularly for years, Ive had some issues.Please note, only for the purposes of brevity, Im excluding the much more extensive list and description of everything I love... just know that if I havent mentioned it here, its because I love it.1. We had several very annoying and time wasting issues with their computer system, and a couple of the several people who assisted us acted really annoyed... so far as to have one believe we were somehow responsible! I actually decided at least a couple of the issues were clearly no longer worth pursuing and let them go2. Classes (even premium ones) are often overcrowded / overbooked3. Perhaps because welcoming friendliness is supposed to be part of the Chuze brand, it often feels insincere, with some in particular more than others, if course. Ive actually felt as though, it was communicated in no uncertain, albeit non-verbal ways, that my membership and attendance was not desired!4. Exercise machine maintenance and upkeep leaves something to be desired, and they dont seem to want to clearly indicate machines that are not even operational. My best guess is that it would be too embarrassing and the optics would be too poor if they clearly marked all of them. We have this impression largely, just from repeated experiences weve had after informing staff of issues with multiple, varying, and numerous machines5. The lack of quality stationary bicycles outside the beautiful cycling studio is particularly disappointing as far as exercise equipment is concerned.6. The number of basic members that access premium features is out of control... another reason classes are overcrowded, but also why the sauna, steam room, pool and hot tub are overcrowded and overused... often with long waits for the saunas I particularThese aspects, particularly the 3rd, of course, have unfortunately led to a significant decrease in my familys attendance, and giving up our membership has actually become a regular topic for some time now.

We caught this place late at night while desperately looking for a place to eat late night. I ordered their number 12 and an order of egg rolls.Once the pho arrived I was a little disappointed by the taste of the broth. While the taste was there it was not as vibrant as Im used to and the flavors seemed bit muted. The meat was good quality and delicious.The other disappointment was the quality of the veggies they brought out for the pho. The beans sprouts were barely enough for one bowl the jalapeños and limes were dry as well as the leaves.The only thing that gives me hope was the quality of their egg rolls. They were fantastic, the outside so crispy and the filling so full of flavor. Maybe pho isnt their strength but their egg roles make me curious as to whether their other dishes are better prepared.

Never shopping here anymore because the way I am treated every time and also due to the confrontation I had with another customer who picked a fight with me and I was somehow the problem according to the workers. I spent almost 300 dollars worth of groceries every two weeks because I want High quality groceries unlike other stores like food4less where its all processed and full of chemicals. But everytime I go I am followed by workers or asked questions or kept an eye on because of how I dress (I dress in black clothes because Im goth or sometimes I like to wear pajamas early in the morning) and I constantly get closely watched for this reason im never going back. Also, yesterday evening another customer had road rage issues prior to arriving in the vincinty of sprouts where she had cut me and other cars off and honked and was impatient and yelled profanities at me prior to arriving at the store. I minded my business until she knowingly and purposely parked next to me speeding in the parking lot to get next to me out of all the open spaces. After this she was talking to me and being passive aggressive and already on edge, I simply asked if I could help her with something in that way and tone. No back talk no attitude just a simple question. She ultimately went ballistic and chaotic telling me to f off and calling me slurs because I asked her that question. I was gonna leave it alone but I mentioned she had no right to cut me off and almost cause an accident because she was impatient she then threatened to hurt me intentionally and proceeded to approach me and remove her belongings to prepare for a fight. Then I stated I would defend myself by using pepper spray and she threatened to call the police because it was illegal to use spray which it is not. I walked away while she called the cops because I just wanted to buy my menstrual products and my dinner for that night (which I was so distraught and didnt get what I needed) I walked away into the store where one of the workers was kicking me out because of the dispute and he said to me if cops were going to be involved Im not allowed in the store. I toldhim that I wanted no part in it I just wanted to buy my groceries but she was the one that was the aggressor with her road rage before this incident. She then followed me around in the store and also followed me home, cutting off vehicles to catch up to me. Now tell me. How am I the problem in this situation? I needed menstrual products and food and these past few weeks Ive been treated like scum and like a thief. If I was a thief Id be at Walmart but I worked hard for my money to be able to shop at such a store.

My girlfriend recommended me this place because she said it was great!! I can agree and will recommend to everyone also!!! I had been to several urgent cares several times to my regular doctor and nobody ever performed the ear cleaning procedure that gave me back my hearing until I came to this place. Silvia, and the whole staff were nice informative and actually care about their patients .... The environment here is definitely different. Usually at clinics it is a bit depressing sad and just in the lower end of frequencies. Here people are happy and I dont feel that depressing environment that there is at most hospitals and clinics. They immediately performed the procedure and informed me of why I had lost my hearing. The cleaning procedure was simple and very effective I can finally hear again!!! Its been years since I was able to hear so well. Im so thankful that I dont need to ask what? Every time someone says something to me it was even affecting me socially because people had to repeat themselves allot and got annoyed by it...... Thanks for giving me back my hearing Silvia and jacob You guys are awesome I will definitely be coming here anytime I need an urgent care
