Comment: Please stick to your customer order by walk in. Just because someone is in a hurry does not give you the right to take them first. We all have lives too. Communication to your customers would be good. Service the first time was good but not this time around, not sure if I will be coming back especially when there are so many barbers in fontana.

Comment: The Haircut is I would say 8/10 it’s hit or miss if there is a long line they will rush thru your hair cut, the least appealing part about the experience would have to be the costumer service, not necessarily rude but extremely unprofessional, which makes us not worth the 8/10 haircut, the sign on the door states they open at 9:30 and they are never opened at that time I have waited outside for 2 hours in the past, there is bad blood in between the girls working, which makes the whole atmosphere awkward, the prices are fair and the hair cut is fair but, the costumer service the opening and closing times and the cleanliness of the whole establishment need to be reconsidered

Comment: First time. Walked in on a sunday around 10 there wasnt alot of people. The lady who cut my nephews hair was her first time cutting a 3 year old she said. It came out so good. She did not take forever, she even put talco on the back of his head!! Lol
