Comment: Don’t like making these reviews but Nathan who makes the sandwiches is just way too slow. He reads things off one at a time instead of memorizing a few things to be more efficient. I’m on my lunch break and expect a grab and go experience but I basically wasted my whole lunch break and was never able to receive my sandwich in time. Wouldn’t recommend getting a sandwich through the counter if probably opt for a premade sandwich by boars head or something

Comment: I love sprouts, I love this store location especially since it opened up a Klatch coffee.My kiddos love coming here, however I have been having issues with the Deli department. I had to cancel my sandwich order on Mother’s Day this year because it was taking way too long and I was struggling with my two kiddos. Today i waited a while as well and there were many people waiting for their sandwich orders as well and it didn’t feel right that the employees making the sandwiches were laughing and smirking. I understand there can be some bad days but there are too many slow days. The manager there awesome, always looks like he’s working hard . Always has been very helpful.

Limited organic produce but very happy this market chain exists since it’s the only place I shop except for an occasional visit to Whole Foods to pick up items that Sprouts don’t carry and vice versa. Wish they would make a better effort to carry a larger selection of organic produce. I suppose they have calculated that their customer base don’t care.

Comment: Management from Deli.I went in for a pepperoni sandwich. I also offered to pay for some slices of pepperoni to make my sandwich. I asked kindly what changed in the last two days because two days ago I had just ordered the same sandwich. You told me it’s the staff (people) that aren’t up to date or terms or policy. That they didn’t know, they were probably trying to help me out, and you guys don’t make those sandwiches because when it gets busy etc. It just sounded like a bunch of poor excuses, typical manager blaming their workers for the “misunderstanding” so I said okay. It’s not busy so you would think we could we make this happen. No, she couldn’t make it happen… I also said I would pay extra for the premium meat. This is just so poor. And so inconvenient. I passed thru because I needed a sandwich for my daughter’s lunch. That I had just previously ordered. You’re telling me you couldn’t make it happen? Coming from a deli that has everything needed to make it? You are a manager Ms. Make an exception and make it happen… I told you I was going to just do a review and you said okay, that you were sorry about that… well I’m sorry too… this is my store I go to… I feel like the management needs to reevaluate their professionalism.

Comment: I’m so glad I have this store near me. I always had to drive to further cities which caused for me to only visit less. Now that it’s here I am taking advantage. For now I am focusing on inflammation and I am purchasing teas. I also got La Fe tortillas as they taste so good. The Dave’s Killer bread was a plus because sometimes I find it hard to find and I like it because it only has 1 gram of sugar among other things.

Comment: Never shopping here anymore because the way I am treated every time and also due to the confrontation I had with another customer who picked a fight with me and I was somehow the problem according to the workers. I spent almost 300 dollars worth of groceries every two weeks because I want High quality groceries unlike other stores like food4less where its all processed and full of chemicals. But everytime I go I am followed by workers or asked questions or kept an eye on because of how I dress (I dress in black clothes because Im goth or sometimes I like to wear pajamas early in the morning) and I constantly get closely watched for this reason im never going back. Also, yesterday evening another customer had road rage issues prior to arriving in the vincinty of sprouts where she had cut me and other cars off and honked and was impatient and yelled profanities at me prior to arriving at the store. I minded my business until she knowingly and purposely parked next to me speeding in the parking lot to get next to me out of all the open spaces. After this she was talking to me and being passive aggressive and already on edge, I simply asked if I could help her with something in that way and tone. No back talk no attitude just a simple question. She ultimately went ballistic and chaotic telling me to f off and calling me slurs because I asked her that question. I was gonna leave it alone but I mentioned she had no right to cut me off and almost cause an accident because she was impatient she then threatened to hurt me intentionally and proceeded to approach me and remove her belongings to prepare for a fight. Then I stated I would defend myself by using pepper spray and she threatened to call the police because it was illegal to use spray which it is not. I walked away while she called the cops because I just wanted to buy my menstrual products and my dinner for that night (which I was so distraught and didnt get what I needed) I walked away into the store where one of the workers was kicking me out because of the dispute and he said to me if cops were going to be involved Im not allowed in the store. I toldhim that I wanted no part in it I just wanted to buy my groceries but she was the one that was the aggressor with her road rage before this incident. She then followed me around in the store and also followed me home, cutting off vehicles to catch up to me. Now tell me. How am I the problem in this situation? I needed menstrual products and food and these past few weeks Ive been treated like scum and like a thief. If I was a thief Id be at Walmart but I worked hard for my money to be able to shop at such a store.

I looked over amd saw him laughing so i knew it was him. Completely felt awkward like I didnt belong there. Even other guest walking in didnt seem thrilled. Nobody smiles.. I know the feeling of being disliked. I give huge props to young girl at register with dark hair. She made me feel normal. Comment: UPDATE: I went to Sprouts yesterday. I was shocked to see them trying to sell trash! I took a picture of boxes of Arugula they were selling. Ive NEVER (until now) been to a store that tried to sell produce looking like this! No wonder they put it on sale! They want people to buy their garbage! Look at the picture; not only do all the boxes you can see have the old, yellowed leaves in them, but all the boxes behind them do too!I like Sprouts for all the organic & natural products they sell but am not a fan of their produce. Everything usually looks great in that section but the quality is questionable. I recently got a couple of onions, not even organic ones. When I was ready to use one later the same day, I realized the top of one of them was soft & mushy! It was deceptive because the onion, as a whole, looked fresh with no sign of decay. I dont normally feel the whole onion when grabbing it off the shelf. Maybe I should from now on though, especially if I get them from Sprouts! The other issue Ive come across is that their produce doesnt seem to last. Although whatever I buy looks nice & fresh when bought & placed in the fridge as soon as I get home, the produce spoils before I get a chance to use it, usually within a day or two, & definitely within the week! I will no longer buy my produce from here. I feel like Ive given them multiple chances to prove me wrong. Unfortunately, Ive just wasted my money instead.

I got turkey, pastrami, pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, pickle, cucumber, bell pepper, mayo, mustard & sub dressing, my littleguy got a BLT & Hubby had the chicken salad. Everything is clean, fresh & exceptional quality. The pre made meals & sides will also become a regular for practice/ rush nights. Definitely reccomend

The Rancho Cucamonga location isnt as packed and the lines go by faster and they also have self check out. I hope these stores could be a little more consistent, but this location is closer to home. Given the prices, you should get more for your buck. Step it up Sprouts. Their medicine section is the best!Wanna’ know my secret to not getting sick in several years? ECHINACEA baby! They have an amazing tincture, already extracted for you. This cleanses your blood and boosts your immune system. They also carry elderberry and echinacea mixtures, so you’re welcome.They usually carry great organic ginger and turmeric. Their deli is nice, too. I like getting a sandwich and some kombuch when I’m on the go. Their chip selection is nice as well if you want to be a piggy without the extra chemicals.Hardly any long lines. Their customer service is superb.Honestly, sure, it’s pricier than most stores, but the price is reflected in the quality. Wanna’ know what’s more expensive? A trip to the doctors. Literally 15-20 minutes each time. The staff are inexperienced, have to pause to ask questions, and move slowly. Even when there is a long line of customers, theres only one sandwich maker. Customers often cancel their orders due to the extended wait time.Update: 1/24/23Heidi was my cashier. She didnt say anything as she rang me up. She didnt even ask if I wanted my items bagged. However, she greeted the customer behind me and offered to bag their items.

Comment: This store is satisfactory because they have the most organic produce in my area. If not for this location, I would have to travel to Loma Linda every week instead. However, the employees, the cashiers, courtesy clerks, are not nearly as kind as the employees at Clarks in Loma Linda. If you are lucky you get a nice cashier. If you arent the attitudes thrown your way leaves you feeling like you are dealing with a Walmart employee. I dont know what management is doing to people there to make them so bitter, but they should change their approach because whether they know it or not, people CAN TELL that something is stinky behind the scenes. Just like most empathy sensitive people refuse or dislike going to Walmart because the management rule over its employees is obviously oppressive. Humans cannot hide working for a vile oppressor. No one like to be treated that way, so their outlook exudes a certain bitterness. The courtesy clerks seem very driven to watch out for suspicious people i.e. anyone that stands out. They have gotten used to seeing me now, but my look is eccentric. So when I first went their, the workers were very tacky about following me around. They were not businesses discreet about it at all. I understand the need to protect ones goods but as every smaller store has the same need, some are far more professional about carrying on as if they are not following you around and watching you like a hawk. Clarks for instance have been in business for much longer, so their environment, atmosphere overall is much more professional, relaxed, and up beat feeling. I wish it were as close as Sprouts. Sprouts is satisfactory, as compared to Stater Brothers, definitely Food 4 Less, it stand out in QUALITY in the produce department. I refuse to feed my family pesticides, so Organic or Non-gmo is the ONLY way to fly for us!

If the meat loaf had half the ingredients the label said it had one would think it would have some flavor. Unfortunately, no. I blame my own laziness. I can make meatloaf for less than the cost of that tasteless meal. I strongly recommend not buying this item. Just grab some ground beef, bread crumbs, an egg, onion soup mix and go for it. Youll be more satisfied if you make it yourself trust me.

Comment: I am always having problems with this particular location. The fruit is never fresh and it always looks bad. I bought shrimp from this location and they went bad the next day. Ive bought turkey drumsticks from here and they spoiled the next day. Now my dog is sick because this store ONLY seems to carry expired dog food. I buy the Honest Kitchen dog food, but Ive gotten it twice from this store, and both times there was something wrong with it, and it was months past the best by date. This has never happened when I shop at the location on daycreek or in upland. Only the fontana store. Typical of fontana....

Comment: Sprouts is such a great place to shop. A plus fruits and vegetables.Their produce is so fresh that it actually has a longer shelf life compared to other super markets. Their checkers at check out are friendly and quick.Their floor associates are actually on the floor in case you need help.

Comment: I love it....the cashier waa so nice....the only thing is ...... every time I go I want to buy things from the deli counter and there is always a lot of employees theyre working I know theyre busy but I wait there so long until someone acknowledges me thats the only thing that needs to be fixed when a customer approaches the service area they need to say hi and I will be right with you if theyre in the middle of something its totally understandable but they need to acknowledge you. The Home Depot has a 10 foot rule if youre 10 feet of a customer youve got to say hi to them and see if they need any assistance and I think its Sprouts should do the same thing if they want to be number one in their industry. Other than that everything was wonderful like always

Comment: I was very excited to hear a sprouts was opening up in Fontana and conveniently close to the 210 freeway. Sprouts is a very well established brand and as soon as you walk through the front doors youll find out why. The layout makes the shopping experience fairly easy to follow. Immediately walking in youll notice a deli section where you can purchase sushi/sandwiches to eat for very good/fair prices. For those who feel like taking a break theirs a room with seating and a microwave for customers to use right next to the entrance. They have a different selection of meats that your Regular grocery store most likely will not. They also carry a small selection of alcohol but aim towards pleasing the craft beer crowd which works for me! Organic everything is the option here as well as vegan or just about any diet plan your looking for. The store overall is not too big and either are the lines for check-out. All staff Everytime I go are very friendly and helpful. One of my favorite things about this grocery chain is their email flash sales that only last a couple days but are perfect for some of those more expensive health options. They also carry vitamins and protein powders. This is a great addition in Fontanas development on the Northside.

Comment: Very nice supermarket with a huge selection of Organic products as well as vegetarian products as well. The store is beautiful and well stocked. The employees I spoke to were extremely nice and professional. Pricing was excellent and easily seen. Ill be coming back definitely!!!! I definitely recommend this supermarket to anyone who is conscious about their health!!!!

Comment: I bought some tortillas but found mold and when i tried to return it. They gave me a hard time. That can be understandable i guess but their lack of knowldege im natural ingredients makes me feel uneasy. They have so many franchise stores yet they dont have much knowledge in healthy foods and suppplements. Combine that with indifferent cuatomer service, its not a good experience

Comment: My husband and I came in specifically to buy some green beans listed on sale this week. Upon arriving, we noticed that the green beans didnt look quite as fresh as we were hoping for, so we asked the young lady working in the produce section to see if there were any fresher beans. She immediately stopped what she was doing and without hesitation, she headed to the back to check for more beans. She returned shortly with a smile and some fresher green beans! We picked up a few other things, including some more pears that we had gotten here last week (that were fabulous). Both visits were good, except when we got to the register to pay on this visit early yesterday evening, the young girl ringing up our items was awful with our produce! I think her named may have been Destiny. Anyway, she tossed and dropped our fruit and vegetables into our bags without caring, which caused bruises . Choosing our produce carefully just to have the employees mistreat them is not acceptable and management should share proper produce handling with their checkers. If we hadnt been in a hurry, and hadnt needed the items, we would have told her to refund the items and we would have left the store. Other than the damage done to our produce, our visit yesterday was wonderful. This was the second time shopping here at this Fontana Sprouts and we felt the store to be well organized and clean both times.

Comment: I gave a 5 star review because the store is beautiful, new, well stocked and full of wonderful delicious items. But the staff needs some help, I wandered around that whole store and not one person smiled, said hello, or asked me if I needed help. I had to interrupt 3 employees at the fresh sandwich / deli counter to ask a question. Overall, it’s a nice store and prices are very reasonable.

Comment: Storie is nice and clean and shiny and new. But their prices are very high. The established Store in Rancho Cucamonga has much better prices This store has some of the highest prices Ive ever seen. The Cucamonga store has lamb for $6 a pound and at the Fontana store $14.99 a pound.Salami $9.99 a pound and the same elseware for $3.99.Worth driving an extra 10 mile to get better prices at this time.I can say that clerks & checkers are personable and helpfully polite!

Comment: The deli is a joke. I hope someone in charge will see this review and look through your cameras at 2:38pm on January 27th that looks over the Deil. There was 4 employees working in the Deil that I counted. One employee took an order from a customer in front of us then proceeded to take three minutes to walk 20 feet behind him and put gloves on. He was in no hurry to cut the product either. Finally one of the other three employees decided to ask who’s next. We raised our hands and gave our order. The employee had no idea where the meat we ordered was. After 3 or 4 minutes she came back to let me know she couldn’t find any. I gave her a different meat that we wanted. She was gone for a few more minutes only to come back with the same response. She then proceed to walk to the glass where the meat is stored and said she would grab the meat in there. After another minute or two she stated she didn’t have that meat either. They are very disorganized and not one employee seemed to be an any sort of hurry or want to help their customers. Back to Ralph’s deli for us. Even at check out we were charged wrong. The low fat milk did not ring up. The cashier asked how much it was. I let her know it was 2 something but I wasn’t sure of the price. The cashier scanned another customers milk in line behind which was whole milk and overcharged us. It was only a 30 cents difference. Didn’t bother to ask for the refund, more just the principle of the fact. It just goes to show how the employees there are trained.
