However when I returned it they only provided a $300. They didn’t provide this information before I purchased the rebuild turbo. I drove 160 miles to find out this unexpected news. Fuel is more expensive than the core . Amazing

Comment: Do not shop there, horrible service and horrible parts that fail after one day and they refuse to cover it under warranty.purchased turbo from them, right after one day of driving, it failed, truck needed to be towed to the Volvo dealer. Turbo failure caused 17k damage to the other parts of the vehicle. It was confirmed by the dealer that the turbo caused all of it. We called DTIS explaining them everything, they asked us to bring the turbo back to them and they will take care of it, but they did not. Please stay away from them!!!

Comment: With the guarantees of the turbos they are never responsible and apart from the cores they want you to bring them a new turbo but there is another place nearby called Samperio Turbo Rebuild at least there if they take responsibility for the guarantees they know they are human and those of them can fail. You never fail, you always find a good loan and Im not the only one who complains about the warranty. I cant say anything about the injectors, I buy them and they have turned out well.

Comment: Waste of money purchased a isx fuel pump paid nearly $500 for overnight shipping to get my customer going was ordered early in day and was promised to go out they didnt even create the tracking number to ship it till the next day, finally received pump installed it and truck wouldnt keep fuel rail pressure found bad head on there fuel pump had to purchase a head locally to get customer back on the road only thing this company offered is $200 even though I had to purchase a $1600 fuel pump head from cummins to make there fuel pump functional, what I thought would be a good aftermarket alternative to save my customer money ended up costing me substantially, bad parts happen and are understandable but there unwillingness to help anymore the $200 shows the type of company they run.

Comment: Buyer be aware! very bad company to deal with. their warranty means nothing, they do not stand behind their product. sold me a turbo for ISX. that lasted 2 minutes, truck didnt even get out of the shop. was installed by official cummins dealer, technicians followed all the procedures provided by the seller to prevent premature failure. send the turbo back to them for warranty claim. they told me the my mechanics broke the turbo. i asked to send me the turbo back so cummins can determine the real reason of failure, they send me back totally different turbo trying to cover up their end. was told by one of the workers that they are not going to refund or give up a turbo just like that. well if you are selling product and giving the warranty, you have to be ready to refund or give up another part. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. They will do anything to avoid the responsibility if their product fails.

Comment: Middle of the road.Pros- Low cost- Fast service- Clean and professional looking facility.- Open SaturdaysCons- Dropped off injectors, had to ask for a receipt to prove I actually left mine in their care, to which I received some scribble on a notepad.- Pickup and pay took 45 minutes because of the language barrier, guy busier on his cell phone calls and texts, and my apparently lost injectors.- Gave me back only my good injectors, expecting that I was going to purchase their new or remanufactured versions in place of ny failed ones. Then they couldnt find those either. I THINK I received mine back.....- Dont expect actual customer service and you wont be disappointed.

Comment: I am not the type of person who complains, but in this case I have to say that it was stolen, I had the original injectors rebuilt in the hope that they would solve my problem, instead they changed them for others that I had. Computer did not recognize (CUMMINS ISX 15 500 HP 2014 KW).I returned them demanding mine and again I was tricked into returning the same garbage, because they were literally garbage for my machine.
