I went two weeks ago here for the first time because it's closer to my house. I usually go to Devine Imagine and get 50 units of Botox regularly and really like the results. Anyway I went here and did 58 units which the PA recommend. Two weeks later there was very little change. I called and they scheduled me to come back. I went in today and the front staff was very nice. One redid the pictures and even agreed I had a lot of lines still. She said we will fix it. The the Dr. came in and was not the nicest. I explained I usually do 50 and he said your probably getting where you did it to long and it's not working anymore. I said it just worked 3 1/2 months ago perfect. Then he said I do it to much. I do it as recommended. The more you do it the less most have to do every time. So nothing he said made since. He went out came back in and said well maybe you need more. I said I never do this much maybe I should get my injection history and bring it in. He just said ok and said I'm doing 12 more units in the places of concern. Never said he was charging. Anyway when I'm done they changed me for the other 12 unit. Their product was either not good or not administered correctly. I paid but will not be back. Unfortunately patient care is not important. I now have went from 50 to 70 units to be closer to home. Never again. I will be driving so I get good product and better patient care.

My face finished with such a natural glow and since I have dry skin it definitely boosted up my confidence. Also the place is so calm that it helps you relax and feel at peace which is great if you're having a stressful day!! She just stopped responding to me wanting appointments with her. When this first started months ago I noticed when she texted me she would always tell me there was no availability to try again in a few weeks and then she went silent. Stupid me I had thought her business had shutdown or something happened to her. I was genuinely worried. I never in a million years thought she was avoiding me or dropping me as a client.I was finally contacted by her today that she won't be taking anymore clients. I was so confused because I have been a client with her for almost 2 years receiving treatments. I was very shocked she texted me this without any reason other than she's busy. I was always respectful and on time with her. Sadly my treatments with her have not been completed and I am now left with having to find someone else to complete what she has started. This is very unfortunate and very unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money with her unless you don't mind being ghosted after so many treatments!You don't do this to women who rely on your services to help make them feel good about themselves and then just drop them as clients.

This is newly opened restaurant and unfortunately it seems the employees give a bad name to Pollo Campero. I placed a mobil order and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:46pm according to the app. When I arrived I was told it would be ready soon. 10 minutes later I was told that they didn't have tights and legs for me to have mix chicken instead. I agreed, 20 minutes later my order was not ready. Three different employees came and asked me what was my name and what was my order and I kept repeating myself. I asked Wendy, another employee, what was delay. She said we make the chicken when you arrive to have a the chicken fresh, but there were other two customers who arrived after me and they received their order quicker than my order and I didn't have a big order. I got my order at 9:23 pm and no one even apologized for the inconvenience for the delay.On top of that the floors were dirty and sticky and it seemed that management didn't mind that. Overall service is extremely poor at this store and hopefully they can fix the problem before is too late and continue accumulating bad reviews??????. I don't recommend this place. Just eat at the restaurant next door. You'll have a better experience there, I know I did.

I walked in to the Fontana Recruiting Center with zero knowledge, and zero experience on the military, I walked in with zero clue with what I wanted. All I knew was that, I, for a very long time- have had no direction in my life. Rarely, under extreme circumstances and/or above-and-beyond expectations, do I write a review... in other words, if it is below a 1 or above a 10 (in a scale of 1-10). However, if the company/provider make the effort to reach out and resolve/compensate for my disappointing experience, I would not hesitate to retract, revise or remove my review entirely. As in this case, I feel the need to take the time to write a thorough review as a reminder to all; patients, doctors, staff and/or clinics.This is, by far, one of those extreme disappointing cases. I'll get straight to the point and lay out the facts. I went in for a simple tooth filling, as well as seeking consultation for a sensitive tooth; as a result, I was recommended a root canal and a crown procedure (of course, the $ symbol comes to mind).I accepted the recommendations and proceeded to move forward with the appointment, giving the doctor the benefit of the doubt. First appointment came along, after making arrangements with my employer and childcare (due note that I am a single father of twins with time and energy scarcity), I found myself on the chair scratching my head profusely, wondering what went wrong with the failed appointment.... she was a temp/new employee... - something along that line was uttered. I forgave and moved on to the second appointment. Second appointment came along, I waited for about 40 minutes only to be told that my procedure will have to re-scheduled/post-pone due to time constraint or overlapping patients/appointments. Perhaps this is a reminder for all clinics to refrain from over-booking patients (again, $$$).Anyhow, the procedure (3rd and final appointment) was done elsewhere (Smile Studio) in Fontana, by the great Dr. Ra. To add more fuel to this already burning fire, the charges/bills for my procedure had baffling discrepancies and needed to be discussed/resolved. It took multiple phone calls and additional billing mishaps to end this nightmare of an experience. Rather than getting a credit back for over charging, I got an additional charge that needed more phone calls to reverse and resolved.Thus, all in all, this experience had to be shared as a reminder to all new patients, as well as clinics, to verify/remind, train and improve the quality of customer service/experience.One final additional note to all clinics/staff/doctors, DO NOT or REFRAIN from discussing or sharing personal stories during the procedure - this is a major distraction that could lead to mistakes and shows extreme lack of attention to the procedure and tensed patient at hand.

Amazing experience here at Extra space. Azucena always welcomes us with great energy as well as all the other members here. They never put you down or make you feel bad about anything if you end up late. They just tell you everything like it is and walk you through what will happen next if you cant make your payment. I was stressing being late, but instead of them just being annoyed at me for being late, they cheered me on and said they believed in me that Id get it paid.That really helped keep me motivated. Its just such a pleasant and calming atmosphere. And everyone is so friendly and especially has amazing communication. They always try to answer their phone unless theyre outside checking the units and such. They try really hard to make sure they dont inconvenience you or make you feel like youre inconveniencing them.Just amazing all around ! Im switching over to a smaller unit instead of moving out completely because I really do love it here. Just need to choose a unit that works with my current income. And they have lots of options. Super happy with my experience here and Im glad to be staying here.Thank you extraspace.for being so kind, understanding, and just calming in general.If youre looking for a storage, I definitelyyy recommend it here. Just alllllwayyss communicate and ask questions if youre ever confused on whats going on with your account. But everything is pretty straight forward. Before you sending your guy come over to help my stuck on this day at this location, I've called Enterprise car rental for this service, but their connection Tow truck company didn't work out good as we expected, we do upset just because we've been there for 1.5 Hrs while our Lower back serious problem and that's why we came to that Clinic for one(1) Hr treatment.Bottom line, I've to call my AAA membership for roadside assistance and AAA and your company did a great job.
