Always willing to work with you to make sure that you get an appointment. In the 3 years that I’ve been seeing her, I’ve never once had an issue. I always recommend her!—Jasmine is absolutely amazing at what she does! I love seeing her weekly and having her serenade me with all the classics! She takes her time to explain the whole process and always answers any questions or concerns I may have. Hair removal can be a very sensitive topic for some, but Jasmine definitely makes me comfortable and puts my mind at ease. If you’re looking for someone that can make you laugh, will sing for you, and take care of those pesky hairs — then Jasmine is your girl!

We are trying to get a hold of her but there is no response to calls, texts, or any inquiries.Update: ⚠️ Be careful ⚠️Unfortunately Jasmine who runs this business will befriend you for your money and time and then drop you as a client without warning. 😥 I have been trying to get a hold of her for months. I tried texting, calling, leaving a voicemail, leaving instagram messages for an appointment and heard nothing. She just stopped responding to me wanting appointments with her. When this first started months ago I noticed when she texted me she would always tell me there was no availability to try again in a few weeks and then she went silent. Stupid me I had thought her business had shutdown or something happened to her. I was genuinely worried. I never in a million years thought she was avoiding me or dropping me as a client.I was finally contacted by her today that she won’t be taking anymore clients. I was so confused because I have been a client with her for almost 2 years receiving treatments. I was very shocked she texted me this without any reason other than she’s busy. I was always respectful and on time with her. Sadly my treatments with her have not been completed and I am now left with having to find someone else to complete what she has started. This is very unfortunate and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money with her unless you don’t mind being ghosted after so many treatments!You don’t do this to women who rely on your services to help make them feel good about themselves and then just drop them as clients.

Comment: Jasmine is a magician, a master, and a delight. She is literally making my dreams come true…one zap at a time. I sincerely look forward to visiting her cozy little studio every week because she somehow makes enduring the torture of electrolysis enjoyable with singing, conversation, and just being the sweetest girl you will ever know. On my first visit, she walked me through her process, what to expect after each treatment, and all about aftercare; following her instruction and guidance has me happier than ever as I watch the hairs disappear week after week. Her studio is immaculate, she is extremely efficient, always patient and she carries a couple different topical numbing creams for purchase to help get through the worst of the zaps. If you can squeeze into her busy schedule, consider yourself fortunate; you will be in the gentlest and kindest of care with Jasmine. She is an absolute gem!

Comment: Literally the best! I never thought my unwanted hair would leave and the results are insane! She’s amazing, funny, and understanding! She works 7 days a week (usually) to accommodate her clients! She’s talented at what she does!The electrolysis itself is not a bad process. It is a little painful, but not bad. I get my chin, upper lip and cheek area! I would say it’s a 4.5/10 through 5.5/10 on the pain scale. And as I stated above the results are one hundred percent worth it. Unfortunately, the other provider and my schedule and goals just did not add up and truthfully I am so blessed they did not! After taking to Jasmine and explaining my goals and timeframes she was able to book me for a two hour session the following week squeezing me into her busy schedule. At the our first session she put me at ease explaining the whole process while she worked and, boy does she work!
