Comment: Lies and thieves. I am original tenant from original owner and builder. I had two attorneys call when Azucena Doe tried finish stealing the unit and all contents. I am original tenant from first builder and owner. Then Extra Space Storage bought it and brought in a confidence team of employees starting with George Lucas and then Azucena. I currently have claim under the insurance we paid for due to her thefts in 2022, 2021, 2023. She even tried to remove the insurance as part of her increased thefts. Azucena brought out her large family even who happen to be a large Hispanic family. I met them Instead of going to lunch or church, apparently they were there to participate in misappropriation and Rico violations. The property has historically been used for apparently the storage of counterfeit us currency. In my last recorded call with Azucena Doe just when I finished the words counterfeit money she quickly ended the call. I do not recommend any business with them at all and refer any claims and Victims of elder abuse to law enforcement. I saw them apparently rob an elderly black nurse for years always raising rent every several months once from 70 to 150 in breach of contract and elder financial abuse. They did acts of misappropriation of her property as well.

Comment: I came into the foothill location. To rent a unit, the location is very clean very secure, cameras through out for your protection. Shes quickly showed me a few options. I was very happy with the location in the storage unit. They are nice friendly service. Ms. Azucena answered all my questions and concerns. By the way if I forgot to mention this is not the first time in the last 10 years that have actually rented from this location. I would definitely always recommend it.

After finding a company that offered a price which was agreeable, I started the enrollment process. During which, I received a phone call from Marcus, who offered to assist me. His timing was perfect, because I had some concerns and questions. Not only, did he address these issues, but offered an option that was not mentioned by other companies. This sealed the deal for me. If you are in the market for a storage unit, contact Extra Space Storage in Fontana. Thank you again Marcus, and tell your supervisor that Im recommending you for a pay raise and they need to sign off on it.

Comment: I currently have a climate controlled extra Space Storage at this location. It is better than most of the other climate controlled storages that Ive experienced in other cities, states, and other facilities. I got to say, the property manager and her faculty run a top notch facility in which I do have the pleasure of being a renter and appreciate the comfort of having the smart entry as a feature to access my storage.... maybe the technology will transcend soon to where maybe the Storage unit door while be remote too? 🤔 All of which the grounds and location is ideal and right off the main boulevard. Making it convienent for those who have a busy schedule. Parking area is always clean, along with some quality lighting its all pretty nice. As is the $$$.

Comment: The facility is well run. Access is available 365 days/year and all business is handled efficiently. But buyer beware: They raise the price steadily for as long as you rent. You will pay far more than the posted price.For example, the current posted price for a 10×10 is $170/month in-store or $109/month online - but I was paying $284/month for it because they had steadily raised my rent! Once you move in, its hard to move out, and they know it.

The rep at the call center offered me a month free and said my bill wouldnt be due until 10/13/2023 this was on September 3, 2023 they say all the calls are recorded but they didnt hear this in the conversation.As Im moving my belongings the woman who works the property is telling another client my business.I didnt authorize her to speak up on me to someone I dont know.Bring different men in riding by me, making me and my son a target after posting my review.Who then called the police, lie, said my son & I had guns as retaliation for the unfavorable yet true review I gave whichis so unprofessional and disrespectful

They never put you down or make you feel bad about anything if you end up late. They just tell you everything like it is and walk you through what will happen next if you cant make your payment. I was stressing being late, but instead of them just being annoyed at me for being late, they cheered me on and said they believed in me that Id get it paid.That really helped keep me motivated. Its just such a pleasant and calming atmosphere. And everyone is so friendly and especially has amazing communication. They always try to answer their phone unless theyre outside checking the units and such. They try really hard to make sure they dont inconvenience you or make you feel like youre inconveniencing them.Just amazing all around ! Im switching over to a smaller unit instead of moving out completely because I really do love it here. Just need to choose a unit that works with my current income. And they have lots of options. Super happy with my experience here and Im glad to be staying here.Thank you extraspace.for being so kind, understanding, and just calming in general.If youre looking for a storage, I definitelyyy recommend it here. Just alllllwayyss communicate and ask questions if youre ever confused on whats going on with your account. But everything is pretty straight forward. Comment: Clean, well lit, best price around. open till 10pm. did the entire rental process on my phone while at home. no need to visit their office or even talk to anyone.i was assigned a unit & given the gate code. whats nice is i didnt have to hassle remembering the code, fumble with a key pad or get out of my truck since the gate can be opened from my phone!i was also glad to find theres an elevator for the upper level.

Fee totals weren’t as promoted on the website, I ended up paying more than total shown online when I reserved. And the first month isn’t free… it’s literally added to your monthly moving forward! Overall, Gloria did everything she could to help me out and I appreciate her hospitality showing me the unit before finalizing my contract. She’s really nice, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. It’s my first time renting a storage so we’ll see how this goes! :)

Comment: Got my first storage unit today, I did everything online because I get too scared to talk to people but I had a question and needed help so I went in to the office and there was lady with curly hair and a older man with glasses and a cowboy hat sadly I didn’t get their names so that’s the best I can describe them but they greeted my sister and I right away with smiles and were very helpful and friendly the man had to help us with our lock so as we are walking to the storage unit the man was very sweet,talkative, and very funny just quite a character it’s almost as if we’ve known him for awhile ! If you need a storage unit ! Go to them great prices, nice units, and great employees!!

We get to facility to pull out and they advise that they dont have the Tow Dollie Lift anymore, really???? They never sent notice or called to advise. Now we cant get trailer out. The distance between where the trailer is and the storage garage is too small due to a pole. Mgr not there, girl at desk no help but if you want to pay she can take your money. He answered all my questions, went over all pricing, he even believed I could use a smaller unit to save money, and confirmed my reservation. Hes very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming.Fast forward.....Its storage time. I went in to secure the storage unit I reserved and was pleasantly greeted by Leticia. She was awesome! Showed me the unit, gave me a quick tour of the facility (which is VERY clean), she has major golf cart skills and a great personality. I recommend this location.THANK YOU LETICIA AND RENE!

Comment: I had the honor of having René help me. He is the most funniest and kind person. He help me find the perfect storage unit and explain to me about each one that he showed me. If you were planning on looking for a storage unit I would really recommend extra space storage not only because of the excellence customer service. The storage units that Rene showed me was very clean.

Comment: This is my first time renting a storage of my own and I must say it was fast, easy, and very reasonable. Leticia and Rebecca were very nice and helpful with everything. This storage facility is very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend coming here for anyone in need of storage spaces.

Comment: George and Rebecca were awesome! I was exhausted from a long drive from San Francisco and when I got to their location they made me feel right at home. Offered water and while I was working at my unit Rebecca called to check on me and offered to drive me back to the front office in the golf cart so I didnt have to walk in the hot sun. I highly recommend this location. They truly try to make it easy for their customers. Thank you George and Rebecca.

Comment: Management George lives on site which gives a great sense of security! The hours are more than reasonable and they have a two story with a storage elevator so theres no worried about getting things up stairs! Definitely have confidence in my belongings safety!

Comment: My son & I needed to move from where we were staying and found ourselves homeless. I didnt have much money and was very discouraged. While on the bus I saw several storage places. We needed to put our belongings somewhere, so I called a few. When I called here, I explained to the lady my situation and she told me to come down. They took very good care of me, they didnt judge or look down on me. I am very happy I went with Extra Space Storage.
