Comment: After another dental office took advantage of my elderly mom and left her with a horrible set of dentures, we brought her here and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air.From the moment she walked in she finally felt relieved as the staff members were all professional and extremely helpful.Everyone took their time to work with her and the main dentists made her feel comfortable. She’s now excited to continue her dental work here and have a smile she’s confident in.Oh and can’t forget about to mention the facility… it was truly amazing and the nicest one we’ve ever been to! Comment: The best ortho/general dental clinic there is! All the staff from the reception all the way to the clinic side are really nice. They are all accommodating, hands on, and on top of their work. They were my husband’s ortho back in 2016. So, when I needed one in 2021, I didn’t had a second thought of going back here. The price are also decent, they give you options for payment plans and are very honest about it too. Quality care is the best here! I will always recommend them to anyone who asks for a great dental clinic.

Comment: I went in for 2 extractions and a consultation for implants.Leilani explained the recommendations and pricing throughly, and we began treatment. Dr.Choi was great, quick and to the point with the extractions and bone graft insertion. I did have issues with the healing portion, nothing to do with the procedure itself, but Dr.Choi, Dr.Ra and Dr.Jon were friendly and very helpful with follow ups and ensuring it healed properly. The 24hr emergency hotline was a life saver. Marina helped from the first appointment thru the most recent one and made sure anything I needed was taken care of. Definitely recommend this office and will be continuing here once the new office is opened!

I think I had to make 5 appointments but I understood that it had to be done but the use of sick time doesn’t look good when looking for an new department to work in . But I needed to get it fixed before I started a new job which calls for me working longer hours and being on probation. Now that I have that new job they can’t even accommodate me with getting my teeth cleaned. I incorrectly assumed being a polite and understanding customer for 6 years would help. Like at least TRY to fit me in for a cleaning but I couldn’t even get a “let’s try and make this possible” since you didn’t go “Covid crazy” like anyone else would if you had them come in 5 times for the same thing

Till they raised their prices for cash paying clients without letting me know till I was standing in their office and I decided to look else where. Going into riverside tooth co was the BEST experience! They even examined my lymph nodes and thyroid before checking my teeth. They also measured my gums which Sierra dental never did, they would just tell me how expensive deep cleanings are. I have told the dentists are Sierra dental about my concerns and they would brush them off, and those concerns have now become small cavities that riverside tooth co will be addressing. I even found out today that I grind my teeth!!!! Sierra dental NEVER MENTIONED THAT BEFORE! EVER! And as a result I have a callus of bone that I asked the dentist at Sierra dental about, his answer its normal 🤯🤯🤯 If you want a thorough, AMAZING dentist, look else where. Sierra dental ignores the small issues so they can become bigger issues that cost more to fix. I will NEVER go back. Also the woman who answers the phone has the worst attitude.

Comment: The first time I came here was for a cleaning back in mid 2021. The receptionist was nice and the lady whom cleaned my teeth was nice and professional. The dentist told me for I needed deep cleaning due to my teeth needing it. So I made a second appointment.The second time I came they told me I needed some cavities taken care of. I mentioned I began to have tooth aches in my back top left side of my mouth on the count that a filling fell out. They told me I needed a root canal and a crown.I decided to go along with it because the pain was unbearable. I got my root canal and crown molded late 2021. When everything was said and done, and I went back for the permanent crown, the lady who was helping the dentist seemed a bit hasty and rude. When she told me to bite down, my bite was off so they kept shaving off some of the crown. Towards the end, the lady said it was too much shaved off and they couldn’t do it anymore. So I said okay. They said my mouth with get a custom to the tiny gap. Mind this, I paid outta pocket a good chunk since my insurance didn’t cover it all.So after a few weeks, I couldn’t drink or eat anything hot, or warm because I again got an unbearable sensation where the root canal was. So I went back and told them about my pain but they mentioned it was because the crown was too high and was rubbing on another tooth so every time I bit down, i wasn’t letting my root canal heal. So they shaved it off some more,Now, early 2022, I am still feeling this pain in the exact same area. Anything I eat, it causes great discomfort to my root canal area.My rating is simply due to the rudeness of some of the employees, along with their way they execute some of their interactions with patients. I feel like their main priority is money and insurance, even after they have taken care of you before. I don’t want to keep coming back here for something that should have been taken care of long ago in the first place.I am scared that they will charge me again for their mistakes like they did to simply adjust the crown due to the pain. Do your research and if your gut tells you to not go to a specific dentist, trust it cause you’ll probably end up in a world of tooth pain like me.

Comment: Rarely, under extreme circumstances and/or above-and-beyond expectations, do I write a review... in other words, if it is below a 1 or above a 10 (in a scale of 1-10). However, if the company/provider make the effort to reach out and resolve/compensate for my disappointing experience, I would not hesitate to retract, revise or remove my review entirely. As in this case, I feel the need to take the time to write a thorough review as a reminder to all; patients, doctors, staff and/or clinics.This is, by far, one of those extreme disappointing cases. I’ll get straight to the point and lay out the facts. I went in for a simple tooth filling, as well as seeking consultation for a sensitive tooth; as a result, I was recommended a root canal and a crown procedure (of course, the $ symbol comes to mind).I accepted the recommendations and proceeded to move forward with the appointment, giving the doctor the benefit of the doubt. First appointment came along, after making arrangements with my employer and childcare (due note that I am a single father of twins with time and energy scarcity), I found myself on the chair scratching my head profusely, wondering what went wrong with the failed appointment.... she was a temp/new employee... - something along that line was uttered. I forgave and moved on to the second appointment. Second appointment came along, I waited for about 40 minutes only to be told that my procedure will have to re-scheduled/post-pone due to time constraint or overlapping patients/appointments. Perhaps this is a reminder for all clinics to refrain from over-booking patients (again, $$$).Anyhow, the procedure (3rd and final appointment) was done elsewhere (Smile Studio) in Fontana, by the great Dr. Ra. To add more fuel to this already burning fire, the charges/bills for my procedure had baffling discrepancies and needed to be discussed/resolved. It took multiple phone calls and additional billing mishaps to end this nightmare of an experience. Rather than getting a credit back for over charging, I got an additional charge that needed more phone calls to reverse and resolved.Thus, all in all, this experience had to be shared as a reminder to all new patients, as well as clinics, to verify/remind, train and improve the quality of customer service/experience.One final additional note to all clinics/staff/doctors, DO NOT or REFRAIN from discussing or sharing personal stories during the procedure - this is a major distraction that could lead to mistakes and shows extreme lack of attention to the procedure and tensed patient at hand.

The hygienists and dentists are great and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable. Front desk workers and billing not so much. They never got pre authorizations from my insurance before doing work on me. Which meant afterwards I had to pay more out of pocket. I think they overcharge and aren’t honest with their patients when it comes to billing. When I complained about my extra charges they said they would clear my account because of course they want to keep me as a patient. I didn’t schedule any more work after that because Christmas was coming and who wants to spend $1,000 on dental work before the holidays. I just needed some fillings replaced and possibly a root canal (for a tooth that’s not bothering me). Well here we are January 2018 and I just received a bill 90 days past due for something they said they’d clear. Patients are just walking wallets with money and if you have insurance even better. Don’t hesitate to call your insurance and ask about your coverage. Also, ask questions. Don’t be embarrassed to ask even the simplest questions. I asked a lot and their responses brought me to the conclusion that they’re taking advantage of their patients.Update* I did not “accept” the offer of paying off my balance owed. I wanted to pay it and your office did not let me! I was forced to accept for your “conscience ” to be clear. (Which is what I was told over and over.) The $1000 was me rounding up all the NEW work your office wanted to do on me. I can’t believe you have responded pretending I left your office happy and satisfied. This is how you trick your patients. I’m not happy.

Comment: I haven been to many dental offices and I have to say this is the best one Ive ever been too. The staff is very friendly I was in and out in no time. The dentist took care of me and they followed up to make sure j doing ok. I would definitely recommend this office to everybody that I know. Great place I will continue to come to this office.

Comment: I been to many dental office and I would say this is by far one of the best office in the area. I needed braces and one of the young assistant help make my decision so much easier. I was hesistant in starting treatment, but the kindness and professionalism I received from her was beyond any I have seen. She followed up and made sure I was well taken care of. Im still in treatment and enjoy speaking with her everytime Im having issues with my appliances. I recommend everyone to come here for dental work, especially if you deal with the assistant that help me out.

Comment: As a person whose dentition is malformed through the gamut, Sierra Dental Group is as accommodating as one with sensitive teeth can hope for. Ive spent years searching for a dental office which could care for a man where anything and everything goes wrong concerning my teeth. Despite forty miles away from where I reside, the trip is worth it. Dr. Ra has a great collection of staff.

Comment: Bad service, very pricey, they make it Seems they want to help but theyre after your money. Beware...supposedly took my insurance for x rays, temporarily cemented my bridge for $250 dlls! lasted a week, refused to re-do it at no cost, 5 minutes job honestly.Will never go back to this place.
