Comment: The wait and service was really bad, my 9 piece nugget came with only 7, the fries were extremely cold, the people taking our order didnt seem to know the menu items or what they had! it wasnt a good experience nor was the food :(

Comment: Although Maribel spoke very highly of the fried chicken on the bone. I went with the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was crunchy and very moist. The sauce was absolutely amazing. Maribel was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. Will be back for sure.

Comment: I really wish I would have read the reviews before spending $25+ on two “meals” that don’t even come with drinks. The nuggets were pathetic, tiny and dry. The cashier didn’t ask if I wanted sauce; the receipt said ranch but there was none in the bag. No dip, no ketchup, no napkins.. no nada. My husband got the two piece “meal” (again, does not include a drink..) and he said the chicken tasted good, so that was the only upside. The dinner roll was meh.. the rice was meh.. the fries were meh.. Just like all the other 1 star reviews, don’t waste your money.

Comment: I made a purchase through their app, when it was time to pick up the order, there was no parking because the place is small and so is the parking lot, I dont know how they thought of making it small, the free-range chickens are busy restaurants, even the one in San Bernardino, which is bigger than this one, is not enough. When I came in and picked up the order, there was no more brisket, so the manager gave me extra pieces, good for her. I think they should be working with the app that they have and that they dont have. so that you dont have those things, my respect for the fried chicken, large pieces, juicy and fresh and not so greasy, the coleslaw fresh and very good, the fries also for being a first purchase was very good I hope they continue like this

Comment: This is newly opened restaurant and unfortunately it seems the employees give a bad name to Pollo Campero. I placed a mobil order and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:46pm according to the app. When I arrived I was told it would be ready soon. 10 minutes later I was told that they didn’t have tights and legs for me to have mix chicken instead. I agreed, 20 minutes later my order was not ready. Three different employees came and asked me what was my name and what was my order and I kept repeating myself. I asked Wendy, another employee, what was delay. She said we make the chicken when you arrive to have a the chicken fresh, but there were other two customers who arrived after me and they received their order quicker than my order and I didn’t have a big order. I got my order at 9:23 pm and no one even apologized for the inconvenience for the delay.On top of that the floors were dirty and sticky and it seemed that management didn’t mind that. Overall service is extremely poor at this store and hopefully they can fix the problem before is too late and continue accumulating bad reviews👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. I don’t recommend this place. Just eat at the restaurant next door. You’ll have a better experience there, I know I did.

Comment: Brand new location and already messed up my order. I asked to try a 4 piece combo. Half grilled, half fried. I got all fried. No fork for the Mac n cheese ordered either. And no actual receipt given to make a return.Update: I went back again and this time will absolutely be my last. Some sort of hair coming from my chicken. Very disappointing. The food is good but the quality control not so much.
