The Haircut is I would say 8/10 it's hit or miss if there is a long line they will rush thru your hair cut, the least appealing part about the experience would have to be the costumer service, not necessarily rude but extremely unprofessional, which makes us not worth the 8/10 haircut, the sign on the door states they open at 9:30 and they are never opened at that time I have waited outside for 2 hours in the past, there is bad blood in between the girls working, which makes the whole atmosphere awkward, the prices are fair and the hair cut is fair but, the costumer service the opening and closing times and the cleanliness of the whole establishment need to be reconsidered

My daughter and I use to attend this school, after being treated like S*^! by the Director as well as learning she was price changing and pocketing the extra money I was over it. She would charge according to how she was feeling that day, she also would talk and whisper about me as well as other customers to the students. She was outside with the students pointing at the Cops and Firefighters during the parade, calling them over to take pictures and saying how HOT and Cute they were.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customers were coming up asking her for assistance and she was very rude to them because they were interrupting her teenage cackling session with the students.!! I also learned the last Director had been doing some shady things as well...SMH well they lost 2 a great consistent paying-tipping customers...

My hair was beginning to thin for last several years so I did some research and finally tried SMP with Allan.I had 3 different sessions for front hair line, top of head & back of head.I was very pleased with the results. Allan did a great job. He took his time to make sure it came out great.Noticed a huge improvement. My hair looked like it was 20 years ago with no visible sign of any procedure. My hair looked full and natural.I would highly recommend Allan the anyone!

I initially came here due to the reviews on yelp and google. One shop I was quoted a certain price to re-paint the entire side of my vehicle, remove a dent and I was going to be out of my vehicle for a week. Ok, I was fine with that I guess. I then went to RC, I was greeted respectfully and with a smile. He told me that he could cut and buff, and have his dent guy remove the dent for me. RC was extremely honest with me and said that I dont need to repaint the side of my truck, do all the bondo work and time without my vehicle. If it was his truck hed want to keep the original paint. I took his word for it because he is the professional in this business, and the price was half what the other body shop quoted me. He did tell me though, I would still see minute blemishes but you have to really look for them and I was good with that. I loved the honesty and not ripping me off. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was given a call about four hours later...truck is done! I really thought I would have at minimum not had my truck for a few days and that is what I was expecting to hear from that phone call.Okay, Im impressed by the speed! I didnt know if this was good or Im gonna have a truck that Im not satisfied with. Let me just say I was absolutely surprised! I guess I had a big smile on my face when I saw my truck and he took it as Im happy with the work. Great job!On another note, RC went above and beyond for me even when I had no ride to get to his shop. He offered to pick me up because I was close, and he did. Who does that nowadays? Its not often you find a business owner that would do this for his customer. Dont expect that hes going to do that for everyone but, wow, hes got my respect and continued business. Thank you RC and junior, Im very happy.Dont let these small business slip away because once theyre gone, theyre gone. Support him with your body work needs and you wont be disappointed.

Love getting my first born his first haircut! They work with him and he was well behaved! I love the set up for kids, the only one thing if I could complain is, I wish they have more than coco melon / Netflix as their distraction.. YouTube could be one options, my son loves Elmo but they couldn't provide that for him, but service is excellent after all! Ericka was really good to my son and tries many pictures to get my son to smile on his first haircut certificate!Update: I got Nicole yesterday for my walk in, I gotta say she's 10/10! Because she's so patience with my son even though this time my son was giving a difficult time as he grew older but my husband and I was able to help with his haircut holding him down, Nicole tried her best to calm my son and go back and make sure the cut are even and done! Thank you Nicole! If I have to go back I will choose her!Another update! Because our hairstylist kept changing but this time I hope it stays! Today is January 2024: I've been coming here since my first born got his haircut, I must say that all the staff here mostly are friendly! But everytime my son cut his hair it's always different person, I like Nicole a lot but she moved.. I was lucky enough to meet the other hairstylist, her name is Hope and I must say I like her a lot, the way she cut my son's hair and the way she treats her client.. especially today my appointment was supposed to be at 12, I thought it was 1pm, I came at 1240.. and she was kind enough to still honor the appointment! Can't wait to get my second born his first haircut with her! I just pray that she's not going anywhere cuz it's hard to find a good hairstylist that loves doing her job! Thank you HOPE!

***BEWARE OVERPRICED AND NO RETURNS*** have been to this local store a couple times in prior years but this time was an eye opener.? Extreme heat, our Intex sand filter hose cracked. Priced them at Leslies 24.99, priced them at Amazon and other places and all around the same price. We ended up walking in to tak Tak it EZ -pool supply. No price on the product. We picked up other items as well and checked out. Didnt notice until our drive home I was charged $44.88 this small hose. Intex filter hose 1.5 59.I immediately call and rep said that was the correct price. I explained Leslies has it for less and I would like to return. That was a no go!! He said they do not accept returns.Everyone do your due diligence and check out other stores before coming here. Needs better customer service as well. We literally just left the parking and couldnt take it back. Bad

Beautiful library, great childrens programs, awesome book sales, wonderful incentives for children to read, nice staff, plenty of nice comfortable seats, clean restrooms, quiet adult sections, great educational documentaries, wonderful variety of books and cultural awareness is excellent BUT way too many discrepencies in their library check-out system for me to give them a 5 star. I hate giving any library anything less than a 5 star because I adore libraries but Im just tired of having to call the library and tell them that I already turned in a book and/or its myseriously found and no longer on my online account. The frequency that this is happening is abundant. Also, 70 % of the time I go through the self check-out, the security system is activated and starts to beep. This annoys me because although I do exactly what the staff has suggested to do, it still goes off and then I have to stand in line again. Today, I also turned in three books that were not circulated to me. At one time, I even had 10 plus books that the system was not aware of. This just reiterates my thoughts on the system. Maybe its because I always have a lot of books checked out? Who knows? Ive spoken to management and they have been polite and somewhat helpful. If this problem is resolved, I will change my rating to a 5 star. Otherwise, I am firmly at a 3 star.update: I havent had any issues for a while on my account so Im upping my rating to a 4. If it keeps up, Ill change it to a 5.-update:Management has done a great job of mitigating the issues that I originally had. No issues have arisen in a long while so Im a happy camper now. 5 stars!!

Place was recommended to me. I stopped by and put in a order for quesatacos and asked a few questions about a few other plates. The cashier seemed quite impatient and gave short answers. So I stopped asking questions and just ordered. Then she gives me a high total and I asked for my order to be read back. She did and I told her the math didn't make sense. I asked her to look up at the BIG menu above her and simply multiple. And she hits me with the price has changed. I explained that I ordered based on cash in my pocket and her published prices. Maybe she should honor her prices and then either cover up or change the false advertising. Or give a customer a heads up that prices don't match before ordering. I was hungry so I ended up taking out a CC to pay vs cash as I had planned. A bit after I was given my food and left. The food itself was pretty good. Just not the experience with the impatient over charging cashier.

Where do I start?! Caliber Collision replaced the rear bumper of our sons 2009 Scion Xb very efficiently a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same level of service with our brand new 2022 Toyota Rav4 (which only had 1,984 miles). It took OVER a month to repair the front end damage of our Rav4 - which resulted from a slow speed collision. Service Advisor Alex Olasaba told me during my initial consultation that they would be able to order the parts before we dropped off our car to reduce the time our car would be in their shop. However, when I called back to schedule the drop off, General Manager Adrian Hernandez refuted Alexs promise and insisted that parts would not be ordered until after we dropped off our car. That should have been my first clue that things were not going to go right.While our car was in the shop, we received excuses after excuses for the delay; from staffing shortage, to personnel issues, to equipment failure, to family emergencies. The delays became so outrageous that GM Adrian had to provide us with a rental car for a few days. When we finally got our car back, it was quickly discovered that the wrong bumper had been installed. The original front bumper had a removable front tow hook covers, but the new bumper that Caliber Collision installed did not have these removable covers. Additionally, the hybrid battery cover in the trunk had been removed and left scattered in the trunk, along with the rest of our personal belongings. The trunk floor (spare tire cover) and our all weather mat in the trunk were also not properly seated. It looked like a tornado had blown through our trunk. There were stains all over the interior. The rear passenger seat back was not locked into place, and our windshield wiper fluid was depleted (indicated by the warning light on the dashboard), which SA Alex should have seen when delivering the car to us.I honestly dont know how Caliber Collision has been in business for this long. It is obvious that a 2022 vehicle is beyond Caliber Collisions capabilities, because they dont even have a mechanic on-site who can calibrate the cruise control. At this point, we dont even know if the adaptive cruise control in our car can be trusted due to high level of incompetency we have experienced so far.We now have to wait for the correct front bumper to arrive before reluctantly taking our car back to the same incompetent shop, and probably wait ANOTHER MONTH for the correct bumper to be installed and the cruise control recalibrated. I told SA Alex that I expected a rental car to be waiting when I drop off our Rav4 for the second time, AND our Rav4 to be completely DETAILED after the repair to remedy the mess that was delivered to us the first time. SA Alex reassured me that both of my requests would be honored, as he acknowledged that Caliber Collision was completely at fault. However, I have a very high suspicion that GM Adrian will refute SA Alexs words AGAIN, and underdeliver. Words CANNOT express my level of dissatisfaction at this point!Just look at the photos. Would you want your brand new car to be returned to you like this?
