Comment: On June 28, I sent two mechanics to inspect my car. Jesse, an employee of Caliber, told the second mechanic, I am sending a different mechanic to inspect the car. I called Jesse and asked him why he shared the information that another mechanic had already seen my car. Jesse said, I did NOT tell him not to share the information. I replied, Why do you feel the need to share information about my car or myself? Jesse replied, He is busy. Based on that exchange, Jesse left the second mechanic in the lobby for an extended period of time.My car sat at Caliber from 06/06/2024 to 06/27/2024 until AAA called me and stated that my car is a total loss. Caliber and Jesse do NOT respect clients privacy. This was extremely unprofessional, and this information did not need to be shared. I am very disappointed in the service based on Jesse’s sharing information with an unauthorized person.

Comment: These guys took really good care of me. And as a walk-in, in a downpour, I was really grateful. My rear passenger window was stuck and partially down, which was a mess for me as I’m a delivery driver and winter storms were coming. I called ahead and asked if they could help me just bring the window up, as I didn’t have the money to fix it all the way. They assured me they would take a look at it as a courtesy. Alex greeted me when I arrived and was very professional, courteous and quick. He and his team brought my window up and secured it within 10 minutes, free of charge. I’m so grateful and impressed by their kindness. I had 101 deliveries to do in the storm and it would have been so much colder and more miserable without their help.

Comment: Where do I start?! Caliber Collision replaced the rear bumper of our sons 2009 Scion Xb very efficiently a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same level of service with our brand new 2022 Toyota Rav4 (which only had 1,984 miles). It took OVER a month to repair the front end damage of our Rav4 - which resulted from a slow speed collision. Service Advisor Alex Olasaba told me during my initial consultation that they would be able to order the parts before we dropped off our car to reduce the time our car would be in their shop. However, when I called back to schedule the drop off, General Manager Adrian Hernandez refuted Alexs promise and insisted that parts would not be ordered until after we dropped off our car. That should have been my first clue that things were not going to go right.While our car was in the shop, we received excuses after excuses for the delay; from staffing shortage, to personnel issues, to equipment failure, to family emergencies. The delays became so outrageous that GM Adrian had to provide us with a rental car for a few days. When we finally got our car back, it was quickly discovered that the wrong bumper had been installed. The original front bumper had a removable front tow hook covers, but the new bumper that Caliber Collision installed did not have these removable covers. Additionally, the hybrid battery cover in the trunk had been removed and left scattered in the trunk, along with the rest of our personal belongings. The trunk floor (spare tire cover) and our all weather mat in the trunk were also not properly seated. It looked like a tornado had blown through our trunk. There were stains all over the interior. The rear passenger seat back was not locked into place, and our windshield wiper fluid was depleted (indicated by the warning light on the dashboard), which SA Alex should have seen when delivering the car to us.I honestly dont know how Caliber Collision has been in business for this long. It is obvious that a 2022 vehicle is beyond Caliber Collisions capabilities, because they dont even have a mechanic on-site who can calibrate the cruise control. At this point, we dont even know if the adaptive cruise control in our car can be trusted due to high level of incompetency we have experienced so far.We now have to wait for the correct front bumper to arrive before reluctantly taking our car back to the same incompetent shop, and probably wait ANOTHER MONTH for the correct bumper to be installed and the cruise control recalibrated. I told SA Alex that I expected a rental car to be waiting when I drop off our Rav4 for the second time, AND our Rav4 to be completely DETAILED after the repair to remedy the mess that was delivered to us the first time. SA Alex reassured me that both of my requests would be honored, as he acknowledged that Caliber Collision was completely at fault. However, I have a very high suspicion that GM Adrian will refute SA Alexs words AGAIN, and underdeliver. Words CANNOT express my level of dissatisfaction at this point!Just look at the photos. Would you want your brand new car to be returned to you like this?

Due to time constraints, I am not able to pick up the car on the day of release, Adrian volunteered to drop it off at my house. Luckily, Marco, the manager worked that weekend, so I was able to pick it up. Marco was nice enough to drop off my transponder (I forgot inside my rental) at my 🏠.In short, customer service is SUPERIOR!

Comment: Very Good and professional. After I had My catalytic converter taken they replaced it, all was fine. Took my truck home and had it parked for a week or so, because the cat was stolen at my job, my wife drove me to work. So I went to start my truck, battery was dead, I called Caliber, and to cut this short, they sent someone to my home, my wife said that he was very nice, and he replaced my battery, free of charge. This is the second time that we had a vehicle, repaired by them, great work Adrian, and sorry I didnt get the other professionals name that came by, big thanks guys!

Comment: I came to Calliber Collision and spoke to Nancy at the front desk. I told her I was sent from progressive to drop off my car, right away she said, we dont deal with progressive and we are not a direct repair center so I cant help you. I explained to her that progressive sent me and that they said I was able to use this body shop. I said is there anything that can be done because I already got my car rental and she said they dont do any of that and if I already got a rental thats not what they deal with, which made no sense. Again, She said, no, we dont deal with progressive you have to go to the calliber collision center in Ontario. I said, excuse me whats your name and she said Nancy, I said ok Nancy Im going to contact my insurance and see what happened because they sent me here and I wanted to have my car worked on because they had 5 stars on Google. After I called my insurance, she said I dont have room today, Im all booked up, but never gave me the option of making an appointment for tomorrow. At this point I was already upset because I dont understand why she had such a unhelpful attitude. While Inwas on the phone she go up and said, Im all booked up for today. If I could have booked the next day, I would have gladly done that, but she made me feel like she just wanted me out. I never complain on this or write novels on Google, but the way she treated me was not ok. I felt she couldnt be bothered with my repair. I have full coverage and progressive is a really great company so I dont know what her deal was. I took my car to get repaired elsewhere, if calliber collision doesnt want progressives business theres alot of other companies that do.
