Comment: I have been coming here for 5 years now... I love how Cookie Cutters staff are so patient, and caring. Hope is my sons barber, does not want to go anywhere else, he is always excited to come and get his haircut. Love how the children leave happy with their balloon & lollipop 🍭. Very nice I believe the lady that help me was Alma 10/10 recomend she asked me how long I wanted my baby’s hair and how short cut a little at fist kept asking me if the hair length was okay or if I wanted it shorter will continue to come here

Comment: So happy we tried this place out. My son is 7 and severly autistic. He has been getting buzz cuts in the back yard his whole life besides maybe once as a baby. Im 9 months pregnant and physcially can not do his hair cuts by myself right now. The experience was great from start to finish. ALMA did his hair cut and was amazing, she was aware and sensitive to his sensory needs and he left with a great hair cut. My 3 year old played on the gym and even got her own sucker at the end. Would reccomend 100 percent.

Comment: Made an appt for my 11 year old daughter. My experience was good. I give a lot of credit to the team. It was very busy on Friday and I can see the team experiencing a lot with kids crying, running, playing and being loud; not to mention parents hovering over the stylists. I explained what style I wanted for my daughter and stepped away at the seating area. I noticed the receptionist kept a level head providing great customer service and friendliness and the stylist did great and was very courteous. I will be back again.

Comment: This was very last minute! Decided to get our 1.5 year old his first haircut. Called them up and they had availability an hour later. We arrived early and they asked if we wanted a regular haircut or the 1st time haircut which comes with a certificate! Obviously we chose to go all out for the first time! The certificate states his name, the date, a picture of him after the appointment and a pouch with a lock of his hair. The ladies brought us to the chair, which was a small car that he could sit in! In front of each car was a TV as well playing a kids movie. ELIZABETH put a tiny hair cape on my son, asked me what we wanted for the haircut and then she got to work! LOVED how the stylist always showed and talked to my son about each thing she used. She would even put the handle of the buzzers on his arm so he would get use to it before she started. They did an absolutely amazing job with his hair. I would recommend this place to anyone with littles. It was such a fun experience for us (me, dad, son and mother in law) if you have more than one child you can have one playing on their playground while the other gets their hair done! The stylist even talked with me about what products to use on baby hair which I truly appreciated! I even bought the infant gel product she used! At the end of his session we got his certificate, he got a balloon and a sucker! Definitely will be going back!

Comment: First-time hair cut after waiting for 1 year and 1/2 long lushus hair. My son is very shy and scared of strangers, but we were welcome so warmly by the receptionist, which Im sorry I didnt catch her name but was outstanding with my son. He got a balloon n played around while waiting for his stylist since we arrived early for him to feel safe in the environment. Nicole, so kindly greet herself to my son and explained to my son everything she was gonna do and played his favorite show n just was the best to get my son to feel safe in her arms. She did such an amazing job with my son n his hair, n my son behaved so amazing for his first haircut. We are definitely coming back for his birthday hair because in 4 months. I was so happy that she saved so much hair for me. I was scared I was gonna keep only a tiny bit, but I got a hand amount of hair n little strains n I was so happy. My son always cuts up no matter what and she was very patient, calming and reassuring and after a few minutes and lollipop he was good to go. I appreciate that. I had to sit with him so he could calm down but she stayed calm and remained patient and very friendly. He enjoyed the play area they have. Next time I will bring him a little earlier so he can play & relax before his cut. Definitely recommend Nicole & this shop for kids 🤗🤗👍🏽💙👦🏾

Comment: Nicole is simply amazing, I make it a point to have my son scheduled with her because her positive vibes as well as her patience is a godsend as he is afraid of everything and less then cooperative. He recently spent two months in the hospital during that time physicians were Come in and cut his hair, trying to keep it short for the test that they were doing by the time we were discharged His haircut was so uneven and butchered it made me so sad. Nicole went and leveled all of his hair out while trying to keep the top a little longer so we can grow his beautiful blonde hair back and made him look like the cutest little boy ever. I cannot think for the many times she’s cut his hair and made the process so much easier on myself But on my son… Bradley loves having his haircut by Nicole

Comment: We had such a great experience for my oldest first hair cut. During the waiting process they got to play in the waiting area with other kids. Everyone in there was friendly. She got bangs and a trim. At the end she got a balloon and a lollipop. They gave my other two little ones lollipops as well even tho they didn’t get cuts. Thank you so much for that. Comment: Today was our first time back to Fontana Cookie Cutters after a 3 year COVID hiatus. I have a 5 year old little girl and an 8 year old autistic and nonverbal little girl. I had booked 2 appointments at 445pm with 2 different stylists online to have the haircuts done at the same time since my 8 year old doesn’t do too well waiting. Both my girls had long hair and we went in for short summer bobs. The stylist that sat my 8 year old right away acknowledged that she was not very good with the bob haircut (better at barbering) and moved quickly to transfer her appointment to Lydia who was already with my 5 year old. At first, I was taken aback-more bc of the behaviors that waiting sometimes causes my 8 year old but I’m truly grateful for the honesty since we all want a good haircut, the first time. Next time, I will just call in advance to ensure the cut and the stylist. This is where I get to brag about Lydia though. Super sweet and amazing stylist! She talked through and primed both my girls in a soft matter of fact voice that let them know exactly what was going on and coming next. She even let my 8 year old hear the sound of the clippers before she quickly cleaned the nape of her neck up. She also constantly praised both of them at how good they were doing and looking. To my shock and delight my 8 year old sat through the whole 19 minute haircut with no issues. She did have 2 iPads going on, but still! Amazing and happy experience. My 5 year old LOVES her haircut and I love both haircuts. Thank you for a great experience.

Comment: Daisy did my daughters bangs cut. I was apprehensive about going 1. Because my daughter has a lot of energy and 2. I just hate the idea of making someone else deal with it. But I knew I couldn’t cut her hair on my own so I went. Can I just say.. what a great experience. She was WONDERFUL, patient and kind. My daughter enjoyed the little indoor jungle gym and played with the other children and then got to watch Netflix and drive her own little car while she had her bangs cut. He had a great time with the play area, car chairs, lollipop, balloon, and his favorite show PJ Masks on her screen just for him! She was super gentle, has a wonderful personality, gained his trust instantly, and knew how to work around his movement. Towards the end he was getting a little bored and wanted to be picked up, so she cleaned up his neck and sideburns while I held him! She really knows how to just go with the flow and change strategies to match the childs moods and wants as they change. My son did cry and moved around but she kept cutting his hair as he was moving. His haircut was unfinished, choppy, uneven, and embarrassing. Why couldn’t she have asked for help? Comment: This is a super cool hair cut place for kids. I walked in for the first time during the week, I showed up on time to my appointment and they took my daughter right in. The hairdresser was welcoming, funny but above all she was kid-friendly which in an industry like this it is imperative thing to be. My daughter enjoyed the entire experience from the moment she sat on those cute hair cutting chairs. She was able to enjoy a movie while she got a hair cut and at the end she got a balloon and the best part is that her hair cut came out great! The best part about kid haircut places like this is that they make the whole haircutting experience less scary for kids which in turn makes the experience helpful for the parents. Overall my daughter and I enjoyed coming here for the first time, it was fun for my kid and easy on the wallet for me. The staff was professional, friendly and the place was clean. I give it two thumbs up 👍👍

Comment: I love this place for my 3 year old son. Nicole is the absolute best stylist for my child. My son is autistic and she is so patient and understanding towards him. I will not go anywhere else
