Comment: I came in due to my front bumper being ripped off in an accident. RC walked me through and assured me that he was gonna take care of everything. Apparently my insurance tried to go behind my back and tried to total my car without my knowledge but RC stood his ground and since he already started to touch my car insurance had to write the check. I am so grateful I had him in my corner because I don’t know what I would do if I have to go and buy a whole new car and start paying off another vehicle. When I came to pick up my car not only did it look AMAZING they provided me with a decent sized bottle of my car paint so I can fix any scratches or scuff marks. My car is 10 years old. When I tell you I was so grateful for that little bottle of paint. This business went far and beyond and I will only be coming to them in the future.

Comment: I initially came here due to the reviews on yelp and google. One shop I was quoted a certain price to re-paint the entire side of my vehicle, remove a dent and I was going to be out of my vehicle for a week. Ok, I was fine with that I guess. I then went to RC, I was greeted respectfully and with a smile. He told me that he could cut and buff, and have his dent guy remove the dent for me. RC was extremely honest with me and said that I dont need to repaint the side of my truck, do all the bondo work and time without my vehicle. If it was his truck hed want to keep the original paint. I took his word for it because he is the professional in this business, and the price was half what the other body shop quoted me. He did tell me though, I would still see minute blemishes but you have to really look for them and I was good with that. I loved the honesty and not ripping me off. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was given a call about four hours later...truck is done! I really thought I would have at minimum not had my truck for a few days and that is what I was expecting to hear from that phone call.Okay, Im impressed by the speed! I didnt know if this was good or Im gonna have a truck that Im not satisfied with. Let me just say I was absolutely surprised! I guess I had a big smile on my face when I saw my truck and he took it as Im happy with the work. Great job!On another note, RC went above and beyond for me even when I had no ride to get to his shop. He offered to pick me up because I was close, and he did. Who does that nowadays? Its not often you find a business owner that would do this for his customer. Dont expect that hes going to do that for everyone but, wow, hes got my respect and continued business. Thank you RC and junior, Im very happy.Dont let these small business slip away because once theyre gone, theyre gone. Support him with your body work needs and you wont be disappointed.

Comment: This place is fantastic! It has been tough to find honest and reliable auto repair, now I’ve found it both front shocks on my car were broken and my camber needed a serious adjustment. Quickly as can be my car is back on the road and driving like new again. The best part is it was reasonably priced no need to go into serious debt here! They not only told me what was wrong with my vehicle but showed it to me as well. Cannot recommend enough!

I Came to RC Auto Concepts after calling around and dealing with shops with little confidence in the process of insurance claims. I felt like they didnt want the business or know what to do.At RC Auto Concept that wasnt the case. From beginning to end the owner communicated effectively with the process. Comment: Took in my Toyt Rav 4 for an estimate a couple weeks back. It had damage to the bumper that was essentially holding on by 2 screws. Took it in for an estimate, ended up putting the deposit down same day, and ordered the parts that were needed. Pricing was fair and economical compared to others in the area. They color matched the bumper and looked even better than the original. After I got it back I couldn’t even tell it even had damage prior. I will use this business again in the future if I ever have an issues with my vehicles. Highly recommend for others.

There was a 2-3inch hole on the rear bumper and after 3 days it was already done considering it was a fathers day weekend. He went above and beyond because I noticed the windshield and doors were cleaned which were a little dusty when I first brought it to him. He even gave me a little bit of touch up paint for my car. Ramon (RC) is very honest and nice. He knows and do body works, claim insurance etc. He is legit. He will make sure the job is done nicely and perfect.

Comment: HONEST AND AFFORDABLE! My wife got into an accident. RC was recommended to me by a very trusted friend so I knew it should be good. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop.At first it seemed like the other persons insurance was going to cover everything. Well turned out the person provided invalid insurance information and the agency did not show any coverage for that individual and now the cost was on us.RC had already walked me through the insurance claim process and how things would work but when this news came I didn’t know what to do.I called him immediately to let him know and said I can’t afford the work or the deductible at this time I had been out of work due to Covid. He was very understanding and worked out a deal with me so I could get the car fixed and running again for my family.RC was kind and understanding. Comment: Brought my 2016 Subaru to RC after I got hit it on the fwy by road debris. Most of the front was damaged including inside parts like radiator and such. He was very helpful and walked me through the whole insurance/claim process. He keep in contact and gave me updates on the status of the repairs. After it was done my car looked back to new. Couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend him to anybody in need of a body shop. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Thank you once again RC and God bless!

Comment: Best body shop you can go to when you need repairs. RC is really great when working with repairs and works with insurance claims. He helps you out in order to get the best results from your claim. I went in not knowing what I was doing with talking to insurance agents to RC helping me get my car fully inspected and prove to the insurance the actual damage that the car had. I really recommend going to RC body shop its the best shop out here in socal you wont regret coming here, no time is wasted when you take your service to RC body shop he well help you out more than enough very great guy highly recommend. 👍

Comment: RC did an excellent job at fixing my broken mirror(it was almost hanging off) rotors, and brakes..I got my car back the same day.. I recommend if your looking for an honest shop who won’t over inflate cost take your car to RCUpdate ..I’m really disappointed in my brake service. My mother and I both got our brakes done. My mother’s within a couple days were grinding and squeeking. I told RC about it and he said it’s the brakes she brought which are from auto zone Duralast brand and she has used several times and never had issues until we used his service to fix them .. He said we should have used the ones he provides.Her brakes grind like they were never changed. He said he would fix and only charge for the labor .. WTH charge for what when you didn’t do it right the first timeNow mine; I used the brakes he provided and with in the first week mine were singing and singing loudly. It’s embarrassing every morning my neighbors know when I’m on the move ..He told me to bring it in.. I’m so angry I have to pay for new brakes for both cars AGAIN!!! I will not be going back ..

Comment: I bought my white 96 Honda in very bad condition, I needed help getting dents out of my car and was in need of a paint job. A friend of mine told me about RC auto so because I had already heard good things about it I thought Id give it a try. So I stopped by got to know Mr. RC the man who would be working on my car he was very friendly and patient with me. Sure enough he was #1 on my list, so I left my car with him and I couldnt have been any more happier with the results. My Honda was pearly white the inside was so shiny and clean. The tint on my window was really bad blurry could barely see out of it, he went out of his was to remove it so that I would be able to see. He also cleaned my lights so they were no longer dim, my AC was like new after his help. So if youre reading this I give him a 10/10 I can see in the way he cares for his clients and their cars that he loves what he does and theres no one else I would recommend or refer you to beside to RC auto concept. Comment: Recently I have taken a brand new Nissan 370 Z Pearl White and a 2018 Camry to have body work and paint work done. Both cars came out perfect. The blending of the paint and quality of craftsmanship were so good not even I could tell he had done work on these vehicles. I have taken other vehicles to Ramon however these two really had to be perfect. The others have also turned out perfect. The vehicles I take to him all have to turn out where the most discriminating eye can not tell any work has been done. I have all the confidence in the world taking vehicles to Ramon and never look in on progress. I always wait till he calls and tells me to come pick-up the vehicle. Mind you each and every time I inspect the vehicle with a magnifying glass and have never been disappointed. Pricing and time are a HUGE factor for me.
