My daughter and I use to attend this school, after being treated like S*^! by the Director as well as learning she was price changing and pocketing the extra money I was over it. She would charge according to how she was feeling that day, she also would talk and whisper about me as well as other customers to the students. She was outside with the students pointing at the Cops and Firefighters during the parade, calling them over to take pictures and saying how HOT and Cute they were.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customers were coming up asking her for assistance and she was very rude to them because they were interrupting her teenage cackling session with the students.!! I also learned the last Director had been doing some shady things as well...SMH well they lost 2 a great consistent paying-tipping customers...

Love getting my first born his first haircut! They work with him and he was well behaved! I love the set up for kids, the only one thing if I could complain is, I wish they have more than coco melon / Netflix as their distraction.. YouTube could be one options, my son loves Elmo but they couldn't provide that for him, but service is excellent after all! Ericka was really good to my son and tries many pictures to get my son to smile on his first haircut certificate!Update: I got Nicole yesterday for my walk in, I gotta say she's 10/10! Because she's so patience with my son even though this time my son was giving a difficult time as he grew older but my husband and I was able to help with his haircut holding him down, Nicole tried her best to calm my son and go back and make sure the cut are even and done! Thank you Nicole! If I have to go back I will choose her!Another update! Because our hairstylist kept changing but this time I hope it stays! Today is January 2024: I've been coming here since my first born got his haircut, I must say that all the staff here mostly are friendly! But everytime my son cut his hair it's always different person, I like Nicole a lot but she moved.. I was lucky enough to meet the other hairstylist, her name is Hope and I must say I like her a lot, the way she cut my son's hair and the way she treats her client.. especially today my appointment was supposed to be at 12, I thought it was 1pm, I came at 1240.. and she was kind enough to still honor the appointment! Can't wait to get my second born his first haircut with her! I just pray that she's not going anywhere cuz it's hard to find a good hairstylist that loves doing her job! Thank you HOPE!

Let Me Start off By Saying RED was VERY PROFESSIONAL & SWEET……. I do not live in Fontana I was in town to Get my Car from a AutoShop I arrived around 8:30 am but the shop didn't open until 9, I did my Ponytail the night before but I needed more hair to add to my braid so while we was waiting the 30 minutes for the shop to open I googled a BEAUTY SUPPLY & Sandra's Popped up by this time it's 8:40ish I told my husband babe can u go Here so I can grab the hair and ponytail holders & by time I grab this the shop should be open remind u Both places “Beauty supply and Shop” opens at 9 We get to the beauty Supply 10 minutes before 9 just so happens pull up next to RED not even knowing she works here “She's sitting in her car doing make up preparing to open” I'm Feeding my 3month old baby while waiting ?? she gets out and as she heading to open she looked at our car and ask if we're waiting for the beauty supply to open; me still not knowing WHO SHE IS I reply “Yes” she continue conversation by asking what was I looking for??? She replied oh yes we have that!!! I thought she was walking away to Go open store so I can come inside to get what I need, I proceeded to burp my child and when I looked up she's walking back outside to bring me what I told her I was looking for she saw me feeding my Newborn and that was just so Generous & Considerate of her she rung up my items and came to tell me my total IN MY CAR, texted me my receipt and we was on our way back to the shop by 8:58…… I Love my Pocahontas 84 inch braiding hair if I was ever in town again I would DEFINITELY Shop again!

The Haircut is I would say 8/10 it's hit or miss if there is a long line they will rush thru your hair cut, the least appealing part about the experience would have to be the costumer service, not necessarily rude but extremely unprofessional, which makes us not worth the 8/10 haircut, the sign on the door states they open at 9:30 and they are never opened at that time I have waited outside for 2 hours in the past, there is bad blood in between the girls working, which makes the whole atmosphere awkward, the prices are fair and the hair cut is fair but, the costumer service the opening and closing times and the cleanliness of the whole establishment need to be reconsidered

My visit was on November 1st. Front office girls were great. Made me feel welcomed and very patient. I dont remember the girl that did my Brazilian wax. For me, it has been many, many years. She kept talking. But she was having a problem with the wax because it wasnt thickening she kept saying her ac was not working. And needed it to help the wax to harden. She said she was the instructor for training. So that made me feel even more comfortable. But when she kept having problems with the wax, i was like eh it hurts. And she kept pulling and pulling, and it wasnt hard enough. It seemed she was in a bit of a hurry, too. She wasnt giving the wax time to harden. When she finished and i was grabbing my clothes, she opened the door left it opened and i was still putting my underwear and i also wanted to see how everything looked, but she was standing by the door. So, i didnt have a chance to look at the results. She seemed rushed. Ok, so i pay leave, get home, and check it out. Omg im a bit upset because theres still hair. She didnt attempt to clean around whatever hair was left behind. I still had wax. I called, and they told me i had to go back by the next day. But i had plans for that weekend leaving friday morning. Thursday, i had to work and had my nail appointment. I explained that to them, and they didnt offer any other option. I felt they could have offered some other option. I feel cheated with my visit. I was hoping to get a good service. So ill be going somewhere else.

Called out to see if they can cut my brother in laws lemon trees from my backyard and other trees from my side walk area. They came out and they were on time. They cut the lemon trees and the side trees on the walk way they cleaned up after themselves and left the yard very clean. I would highly recommend them every time.

Tealove is now my new favorite for Boba. I used to go to another place very similar to this one and very close on Valley blvd. I dont want to list the name, but every time I went there. They made me feel very uncomfortable with their attitudes, like it bugged them when I ordered my drinks. I like to see a smile, not a frown. So, one day, I walk into Tealove, and I actually get greeted by an employee who actually seemed happy to work there. So now this is the place where I take my money too. The drinks are great and they have a nice variety of drinks, very colorful ones too. The sizes arent limited like other places. They have small to jumbo size. Tea Love also offers different levels of sweetness to your drinks from 0 percent sweet to I believe its 110 percent sweet for your drink. My favorite drink is the Jazime Honey Green Tea with Lychee jelly. In jumbo size. Lol
