Comment: I received horrible service by Melinda. She made me Very uncomfortable the whole time during my service. Melinda was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Keep in mind this was the first time me receiving a service, due to my current specialist Stephanie not working there anymore. I was nervous receiving Melinda due to what service I was getting. I will admit I was a little tense not knowing what to expect. Melinda took that as me being angry instead of putting inconsiderate this was my first time having a service done by her. She did not try to break the ice she only said a couple of words the whole time. When I expressed my concern to Melinda she apologized, but it was very condescending when she did. I was very uncomfortable, the whole time during my service and very disappointed with Melinda’s behavior and lack of empathy. I will never go to her again or recommend her to anybody else,

Comment: My visit was on November 1st. Front office girls were great. Made me feel welcomed and very patient. I dont remember the girl that did my Brazilian wax. For me, it has been many, many years. She kept talking. But she was having a problem with the wax because it wasnt thickening she kept saying her ac was not working. And needed it to help the wax to harden. She said she was the instructor for training. So that made me feel even more comfortable. But when she kept having problems with the wax, i was like eh it hurts. And she kept pulling and pulling, and it wasnt hard enough. It seemed she was in a bit of a hurry, too. She wasnt giving the wax time to harden. When she finished and i was grabbing my clothes, she opened the door left it opened and i was still putting my underwear and i also wanted to see how everything looked, but she was standing by the door. So, i didnt have a chance to look at the results. She seemed rushed. Ok, so i pay leave, get home, and check it out. Omg im a bit upset because theres still hair. She didnt attempt to clean around whatever hair was left behind. I still had wax. I called, and they told me i had to go back by the next day. But i had plans for that weekend leaving friday morning. Thursday, i had to work and had my nail appointment. I explained that to them, and they didnt offer any other option. I felt they could have offered some other option. I feel cheated with my visit. I was hoping to get a good service. So ill be going somewhere else.
