I scheduled an appointment with SoCal Body Institute to see this laser removal witchery. The building and hallway are a bit unassuming, but then I opened the door to their clinic, I must say I was somewhat blown away. Its like an oasis of décor in a desert of; well, of the IE. I was greeted by Tanielle at the front desk, and made to feel very comfortable and as at home as one could be when they are in a medical office. Seriously, just from walking in the door, I felt like this was a top-notch, professional practice; comfortable seats to lounge in, snacks on the shelf, television on the wall and magazines on the table. Its practically my living room, without orange juice/ sweet tea stains on the carpet. After a short wait and some paperwork, Tanielle called me up, and I met with the staff Physicians Assistant, Crystal. She has great bedside-manner. I went to the back to have photographs done. I assume most places just take a picture of you and your offending blemish in the room, but this place has a picture room. Im thinking this office goes above and beyond in not just presenting, but embodying, a professional atmosphere....i know at the beginning i was very impatient and just wanted to get the treatments over with as soon as possible, but Tanielle and Crystal suggested i give it 12-weeks or so between treatments. im glad i listened to them. after seven treatments my tattoo is basically gone. i honestly could not be happier with the results. its like a friggin christmas miracle, it is. in the long run, yielding my opinion in favor of their professional experience saved me time, money and the pain of that darn laser... seriously, though, needles and lasers, why do they hurt? why must my pain threshold be so low... thank Jesus im not a woman, cause labor would probably kill me... but i digress... at the end of the day, pain or not, if i had to do my treatment over again, there is no place i would rather go, and there is no place other than SoCalBody that i recommend to all my friends and family... the process has been well worth the drive in from south-central... OC, enduring traffic and everything that goes along with it... i have over 16 years working in the medical industry, from multi-specialty clinics to pharmacy, and i believe Crystal and Tanielle exemplify the professionalism and patient/client care that is sorely missing in this day and age; when most doctors, not to mention med-spas, treat patients more like cattle than people... SoCalBody is really an oasis, not just in the IE, but in the medical profession. (ps - i failed to mention i had a small star covered up under the jesus tatt, and they didnt even hold it against me... what a great office to work with... seriously)

This place is an unbelievable jewel in the dark. I went to my dentist appt in the very same building and saw this Grand Opening Special for this medspa. I walked in and was greeted by the doctor herself... Dr.Cindy Nakhal. She is the sweetest thing. I have done Botox several times and know what I must or must not do. However, she still took the time to educate me and she is so gentle with her injections. Stephanie and her staff are wonderful. I have been seeing Stephanie for hypothyroidism and other hormone issues for more than 5 years. I have seen her for other health issues as well. Stephanie is quite knowledgeable, and she goes out of her way to find a solution to my issues. I have several health issues, and I often have problems that are difficult for physicians to resolve. Although I have Kaiser for my health care, I sometimes feel as though I am not able to get the time or attention I need when I have an issue that does not have a straightforward, simple answer. Something I particularly appreciate is that Stephanie always gives me all of the time I need. I feel genuinely respected and cared for, both as a patient, and as a person. Everyone who works there is very kind and good at what they do. I highly recommend Revive to others for their health care needs.

From the moment you walk in youre greeted with friendly smiles from the girls at the counter. The lobby is beautifully decorated and feels like an upscale spa. My consultation was out standing! EVERY question I had was answered in great detail along with patience.I initially booked an appointment for the diet clinic then noticed pamphlets in the lobby for kybella and botox. Ive been considering both for sometime and asked Jennifer if I could get a consult on kybella and botox as well. To my surprise she said sure no problem. This was a huge plus, thank you Serenity for making the most of my time.Dr. Fuertez is amazing!! He didnt rush, I didnt feel like I was bothering him with my questions. He genuinely cares and enjoys what he does.Its rare when I leave a review, its typically when Im not happy with a service. Today, especially with COVID-19 precautions I was pleasantly surprised. I was not asked to leave a review. Great service warrants a great review. Ill be a long time customer with quality customer service provided by Serenity and their awesome staff.

I loved this amazing place from the second that I walked in. The area was beautiful very chic, and very clean and Sonia was the most amazing and patient individual which is always welcomed. I tend to be full of energy and I walked in there like a tornado with my personality. She took her time explaining the procedure as I did get Lip fillers and she did an amazing job. My lips look perfect and I was even educated on certain features my lips had like philtrum column. She was very thorough in explaining the procedure, and I was extremely impressed. Sonia is a very professional, patient, and kind person. I was a little nervous at first, but her calm demeanor helped me overcome it. I highly recommend Sonia for any beautifying procedures, and I will be returning.

So Ive been coming here for about 6 weeks and I was getting the B-12 injection. Two days later I went for a run and dropped 3 mins per mile. When I was running I felt that I wasnt pushing as hard as I could have. Imagine my amazement when I seen my time!Fast forward to 12/31/19 I am starting to come down with something and came in for the easy Myers and glutathione. I never got sick as I thought I would have. Then come to this week 01/07/2020. I can feel that I cant get rid of whatever I have, so I came in for the Athletes and glutathione. Last night I felt so much better and then today I went to the doctor to see why am I sick and he tells me I have the flu and pneumonia. The doc could not believe how good I look for what I have. I can only attribute to IV hydration for helping me thru my illnesses!! Im hooked!

First off, FIVE STARS!! Rare to find a company who lived up to their promises, had a good price, were clean, considerate, polite, caring, highly skilled and on time. Very happy with them and here's my story:The exterior of my single story home with a detached garage and ADU needed to be painted. I got a bunch of quotes and most seemed high. A neighbor told me about Sun Pro, their price and said they did a good job for her in 2017. I called them and met with Andy Shin. Immediately I liked this guy. He was punctual and polite and was very positive. My house needed the faded and flaky paint to be pressure-washed off and scraped, cracks in the stucco to be opened and repaired, wood trim to be sanded, filled, and in some places replaced, a large area of stucco to be replaced, and some holes in the walls to be filled.Andy's crew was led by Juan and and a team that solely works with Sun Pro. Juan was great in making suggestions such as removing a couple of pieces of wood that were nailed to the exterior walls that, at some point long ago, were used to support something but were no longer useful.The workers always arrived on time and for the most part were very clean. I occasionally found an empty water bottle or a rag laying about at the end of the day but no biggie. Had I not picked them up they would have eventually been picked up as by the last day there was no trash.Their workmanship was very good. After they finished Andy and I did a walk around and there were some very minor fixes to be done such as a little caulking here and there, touching up super small paint spots, removing some small paint droppings or overspray. Small stuff that took them less than an hour to resolve. Andy wanted to make sure the customer was completely satisfied with the job.Oh, the big thing was after they finished painting my home (the first time) it was very clear to my wife and I that we had done a TERRIBLE job choosing the color. We had made a HUGE mistake and we knew we had to repaint what had just been painted on the stucco. (The trim had not been painted yet.) Andy — who, by the way, is always available to answer any questions and frequently stops by to see how things are going — was very understanding. He worked with us to resolve the issue. Yes, it took my wife and I some extra time to try out more samples and it cost us extra money for the re-painting but Andy was considerate not to break the bank with the additional charge. The new color looks amazing, the job was done very well, and not only are my wife and I happy with the outcome but so are our neighbors.I highly recommend Andy Shin and his team at Sun Pro Painting. Apparently they do all kinds of home repair stuff. They certainly did a great job with the stucco and wood trim repairs on my home.Anyway, in conclusion, I feel that Sun Pros did a great job for a very fair, reasonable price. They don't ask for any down payment and they seem to really care about the homeowner and doing a good job. They're pleasant too. Rare things (sadly) in today's service industry.
