Comment: The Revive staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Stephanie has been the best. She takes the time to explain everything to you and answer any question you may have. I could not have asked for a better person to monitor and guide me with health. I would not be where I am today without her.

Comment: I had been looking forward to my appointment for days. I asked for time off of work. They called and rescheduled because provider was not feeling well. So we rescheduled. Again, I requested time off of work. They confirmed my appointment two days before via text message. Then, the day before my appointment, they notified me via text that my appointment was canceled AGAIN because provider was not feeling well. I will be looking for another provider. Just a thought...don’t confirm appointments if you are not sure the provider is not well. If she hasn’t felt better in two weeks, chances are she won’t feel better in two days.

Comment: Stephanie and her staff are wonderful. I have been seeing Stephanie for hypothyroidism and other hormone issues for more than 5 years. I have seen her for other health issues as well. Stephanie is quite knowledgeable, and she goes out of her way to find a solution to my issues. I have several health issues, and I often have problems that are difficult for physicians to resolve. Although I have Kaiser for my health care, I sometimes feel as though I am not able to get the time or attention I need when I have an issue that does not have a straightforward, simple answer. Something I particularly appreciate is that Stephanie always gives me all of the time I need. I feel genuinely respected and cared for, both as a patient, and as a person. Everyone who works there is very kind and good at what they do. I highly recommend Revive to others for their health care needs.

Comment: I came in for weight loss consult and Stephanie Chamani PA discovered I had Hypo thyroid and explained how this may have been missed by my PCP! Needless to say started coming here and having my labs drawn every 6mo and I’m doing well! I am not a good listener when it comes to the foods I’m supposed to avoid but when I am, my weight goes down and my energy goes up!! I love the office staff!! Great team! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my health!! A+++
