I was reschedule three time the day off because the Dr. was sick three different dates like two to three weeks apart, decide to give them a chance by bringing my husband for some procedure and the Dr. her self was very rude to him, did not show any kind of feeling to my husbands concern, not to mention that they sent him a text earlier that day that the nurse was not available because she was sick!!! At this point honestly I feel discriminated, I have never had such an experience before, my husband and I simply walked out of the office and no one contacted us to see our concern. I worked in the Orthodontic field and when this situation happens, if it happens, we will contact our patients right away to see if there is anything that we can assist them with, such a bad customer service from Serenity MedSpa. I usually dont make reviews unless I have something nice to say, but I had to do this one because I felt discrimination.

Lost about 8 pounds in one month.In the past, I tried dieting myself but never was able to persist because of two reasons: 1) I didn’t really know how much I need and how much I was actually eating 2) I was suffering from the side effects such as fatigue and dizziness.Came across the program on Groupon and changed the progress completely. I was given a consultation with a nurse to discuss in details what I should eat (120g protein) and how to track (I ended up using an app called lose it). In addition, they give you weekly shot, appetite suppressant of your choice, and other supplements. In the first a couple of weeks, I ate the appetite suppressant whenever I felt hungry and then I no longer needed it because my body adjusted to the new food pattern. My cardio and strength workouts definitely helped as well. I lost some muscles but mostly fat. Anyways, this is the most pain-free weight loss experience ever to me!

My consultation was out standing! EVERY question I had was answered in great detail along with patience.I initially booked an appointment for the diet clinic then noticed pamphlets in the lobby for kybella and botox. Ive been considering both for sometime and asked Jennifer if I could get a consult on kybella and botox as well. To my surprise she said sure no problem. This was a huge plus, thank you Serenity for making the most of my time.Dr. Fuertez is amazing!! He didnt rush, I didnt feel like I was bothering him with my questions. He genuinely cares and enjoys what he does.Its rare when I leave a review, its typically when Im not happy with a service. Today, especially with COVID-19 precautions I was pleasantly surprised. I was not asked to leave a review. Great service warrants a great review. Ill be a long time customer with quality customer service provided by Serenity and their awesome staff.

When I first began I was 198 pounds. Now I am currently 151 pounds! If you follow the instructions of the doctor and implement your own workout, you are guaranteed to see results. It is possible to gain your weight back fast once you stop taking the pills, if you do not continue to eat right, drink plenty of water, and exercise. So, if you are ready to lose weight and need that jumpstart, I would definitely recommend coming here. I have referred many, and they all have seen great results.

Comment: Amazing experience. I went in with my friend just to observe her touch up on Botox. Ive have had it done myself before, but not for awhile. I asked Dr Fuertez what he suggested I have have done, he suggested filler and a little more Botox. Within minutes of his informative suggestions and explanations, I was in the chair. So happy he was able to fit me in and put Voluma in my cheeks and a little more Botox around my eyes to complete the full effect. Informative and efficient the whole time.
