Comment: I highly recommend working with SunPro Paining & Construction. I just had the exterior of my house painted and I’m super pleased with the final product. Home improvements can be overwhelming. However, Andy’s professionalism and helpful recommendations made the process so much better. Andy’s friendly and helpful crew paid close attention to detail as they pressured washed, repaired damaged surfaces, primed, and painted the house. They masked all widows, doors, gates, light fixtures and even water spigots! They always cleaned and put away materials and tools before leaving for the day. Andy, the GM, would conduct daily check-ins and thorough perimeter walks to ensure that things were progressing as agreed - I have a hunch that he is a perfectionist. I’m glad I went with Andy’s recommendation of using black paint on the trim and eves. My house looks great - It needed a facelift!

Comment: I used sunpro to paint the entire interior of my home, stairs railing, enclose an opening in wall for tv and components, redo fireplace tile, add mantle, replace light fixtures, wall outlets, and plumbing fixtures. They did a great job. It was a lot of work. The painters were professional and clean. Everyday I came home I was amazed at the work. They fixed all the drywall from a few leaks in roof and AC unit. Looks like new. And the fireplace wall where the opening was, you would never know there was an opening. It is a solid wall and my tv hangs from above the fireplace now. With all the work I had done it was great. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is the plumbing. I had purchased very nice midline faucets. Not home depot and not the top line. Good quality. They were able to install all the sink fixtures. When it came to the shower and tub, they were unable to complete the job. It would have been nice if I was told what I could get to install that would work. They just told me they couldn’t do it and that he should have looked or told me what to purchase. So I will be calling a plumber to help to see what I need to do. I would have purchased black fixtures that would have worked if I had some guidance. Overall, I would hire them again. Andy was professional and checked daily on his workers and the progress.

They painted the whole interior they fixed all the hair line cracks and took off the remaining wall paper. You’d really be surprised what a new coat of paint will do to make a house look new again. Juan & Jaime are experts in their work & take great care to do the job right. The only thing to watch for is they can be a bit messy in the process & sometimes the scope of work isnt fully communicated to the crew. Chipped and old paint were carefully sanded down before new coat was applied. Comment: As a Construction Inspector I work with a lot of different crews. Ive seen some of the best and some of the worst construction companies, so Im always nervous when a crew works on my house. They were responsive with the estimate, the work quality was very professional and performed quickly. They cleaned up after the end of each day and the foreman was friendly, knowledgably, and explained what work was performed and what was remaining. No detail was left undone. We had them paint the house, an out building and iron fencing. It just looks fabulous. In addition to stucco we have wood siding and trim. Comment: First off, FIVE STARS!! Rare to find a company who lived up to their promises, had a good price, were clean, considerate, polite, caring, highly skilled and on time. Very happy with them and here’s my story:The exterior of my single story home with a detached garage and ADU needed to be painted. I got a bunch of quotes and most seemed high. A neighbor told me about Sun Pro, their price and said they did a good job for her in 2017. I called them and met with Andy Shin. Immediately I liked this guy. He was punctual and polite and was very positive. My house needed the faded and flaky paint to be pressure-washed off and scraped, cracks in the stucco to be opened and repaired, wood trim to be sanded, filled, and in some places replaced, a large area of stucco to be replaced, and some holes in the walls to be filled.Andy’s crew was led by Juan and and a team that solely works with Sun Pro. Juan was great in making suggestions such as removing a couple of pieces of wood that were nailed to the exterior walls that, at some point long ago, were used to support something but were no longer useful.The workers always arrived on time and for the most part were very clean. I occasionally found an empty water bottle or a rag laying about at the end of the day but no biggie. Had I not picked them up they would have eventually been picked up as by the last day there was no trash.Their workmanship was very good. After they finished Andy and I did a walk around and there were some very minor fixes to be done such as a little caulking here and there, touching up super small paint spots, removing some small paint droppings or overspray. Small stuff that took them less than an hour to resolve. Andy wanted to make sure the customer was completely satisfied with the job.Oh, the big thing was after they finished painting my home (the first time) it was very clear to my wife and I that we had done a TERRIBLE job choosing the color. We had made a HUGE mistake and we knew we had to repaint what had just been painted on the stucco. (The trim had not been painted yet.) Andy — who, by the way, is always available to answer any questions and frequently stops by to see how things are going — was very understanding. He worked with us to resolve the issue. Yes, it took my wife and I some extra time to try out more samples and it cost us extra money for the re-painting but Andy was considerate not to break the bank with the additional charge. The new color looks amazing, the job was done very well, and not only are my wife and I happy with the outcome but so are our neighbors.I highly recommend Andy Shin and his team at Sun Pro Painting. Apparently they do all kinds of home repair stuff. They certainly did a great job with the stucco and wood trim repairs on my home.Anyway, in conclusion, I feel that Sun Pros did a great job for a very fair, reasonable price. They don’t ask for any down payment and they seem to really care about the homeowner and doing a good job. They’re pleasant too. Rare things (sadly) in today’s service industry.

Comment: Absolutely loves the work that SunPro did to our home. I used them several years ago to paint the exterior of our home. I was really impressed with their work that we called them again when it came time to do the inside. We had them replace tile and carpet on the first floor with luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the replaced the carpet on the stairs and virtually the entire upstairs. We also had them paint almost the entire interior of our home, install new beautiful baseboards, replace an old fashion fluorescent light in our kitchen with new LCD lights, redo decorative modeling in our downstairs guest bath, and replace our window coverings throughout.With all of this work they were still able to complete the work in 10 working days. They took their time and paid very close attention to details. They made sure that tine work was done in a very professional and beautiful way. The crew was always on time and treated our home as if it were their own.I was happy with the crew, the general manager Andy, and the owner Chris throughout the entire process.
