I've been going there for a couple years now and the staff is highly trained and extremely knowledgeable about all of the treatments they offer. They take the time to listen to your concerns and tailor a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your needs. The laser treatments are very effective, and I have seen great results in my skin. The facials are also amazing and leave my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.The atmosphere at Visage Laser and Skin Care is very welcoming and relaxing. They are highly focused on results. The staff is friendly and professional, and Bridget the front office manager go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and treat you with the utmost respect.The prices at Visage Laser and Skin Care are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the services provided. It's great that they have their prices upfront on their website which makes it easy for me to check. They also offer package deals and memberships, which can save you money in the long run. I usually call to see if they are running a special, which they often do. I receive lots of specials via email.Another thing that I appreciate about Visage Laser and Skin Care is that they use the latest technology and equipment for their treatments. First experience using laser and it really works. Service has been good and each appointment has been quick so far. They do try to (nicely) persuade you to sign up for more treatments since theres time-sensitive discounts available but its not done in a super pushy way so I appreciate that.Update 7 months later: First off, the laser treatment itself is a great service since I see noticeable changes from 7 months ago. But dropping from 5 to 3 stars because of lack of organization. The last couple times Ive made an appointment somethings gone wrong, whether with the location or the appointment not being on their calendar. Frustrating when I put the appt in my calendar right then and there and it falls through the cracks. And really disappointing considering the cost of services. They attempted to remedy the second mistake by offering a free facial but ironically the free facial appt was then not inputted on their calendar which was even more disappointing. Its honestly not any one persons doing.. feels more like overall company issues like maybe communication gaps due to turnovers or something. Hoping this review helps improve things for future clients since Im almost done with all my sessions

Hi googles! I want to take a moment to compliment my wellskin family, this will be a long review. Please read my entire message, because reading is good for you and I wrote this with great care and detail. I have been a loyal patient for 4 years give or take. Over the years i feel as though weve forged a friendship as well as a professional bond. I first came to wellskin looking for someone to help me through the process of tattoo removal. I had planned to consult other facilities, however once i stepped through the door and met Cynthia i knew i didnt want to go anywhere else. I compare it to that moment a bride finds the perfect dress, haha. I almost always had my laser tattoo removal treatments with Cynthia, she took great care not to rush the process and risk scarring and hypopigmentation. Those of you looking to have tattoos removed must not delude yourselves, you must be committed to a long, uncomfortable and well, expensive process; it is what it is, accept it and move forward. For me i was committed and nothing was going to stand in the way of my happiness and self esteem, i couldnt put a price on that. I have had 3 tattoos removed, one of which is still in progress. I couldnt be happier with my results; from the day i put tattoos on my body i knew i had made a mistake and now i can look at my skin and feel clean of the past. Apart from the tattoo removal that brought me into wellskin, Ive began to receive semi-regular treatments of botox and dysport injections. Call me vain, but i have made the choice to combat the aging process by the best methods i can; eating healthy, exercising and using science. Cynthia also takes care of my injections, i believe her to be something of an artist. I am never disappointed with the beautifully lasting results Ive even seen an overall relaxation of my facial muscles and improvement of my wrinkles when the product wears off. She opens her products in front of me and has shown me exactly what a unit is, she maps my face, numbs the injection sites and uses a small gauge needle thus minimizing the discomfort to almost none. She and the staff are sensitive to my frugality, tattoo removal is one thing, but i do control my spending when it comes to these sorts of procedures. Ive never felt uncomfortable asking when the next special might come around, and they do have specials! Whoopee! Lastly, a long time ago i used to smoke and i habitually chew the inside of my mouth (yuck i know) so, its obvious to see where Im going with this, i have developed significant vertical lip lines. **For the record, Im a 30 year old Caucasian female with light to olive skin tone, sun damage, fine line wrinkles and large pores; i make this comment because every human is unique and results may vary.** I had my first treatment with Juvederm vobella, my lips look beautiful. I did not add any volume to my lips as they are naturally full, i asked that Cynthia only work to augment/eradicate the vertical lines. Im supremely happy, no lumps no hardening just my own lovely lips minus the lines. No more bleeding lipstick! Again, Cynthia opened the product in front of me explained how much filler comes in a syringe and worked with me to map out the best result for my individual face. I couldnt see myself going anywhere else, i put my trust, beauty and health in Cynthias capable hands. I admire and respect the entire wellskin staff and i highly recommend you give this place a try! In the past 5 years, I suffered severe melasma. I was embarrassed to leave the house without makeup. I had to use concealer and a bunch of foundation and powder to cover my melasma up, which was very annoying! So, I yelped up Dermatology that specialized in Melasma and that are highly recommended by other yelp writers.RENU Dermatology was most recommended. Their office was very beautiful and clean with new technologies and furnitures. Their staff were exceptional very friendly, helpful and they went all out to make sure that I was comfortable. The doctor was very experienced, thorough and friendly.I had PRP done on my face and had stem cell injected in me. I saw result right after the the PRP was done. All the redness was gone after 5 days. My skin look hydrated although I dont drink much water. The PRP lighten up my skin. The blackheads on my nose was gone and the pores was all tighten up. Its like a mini face lift! Its amazing! I wish I had it done long ago!As for the stem cell, I had it done because I have joint pain. It helps me move around more comfortable without the sharp pain.My husband also had the stem cell. He noticed that he was fully energized, well and alert and wasnt sleeping on his seat working behind his desk like he always was. He said it was incredible!We truly recommend Dr. Nguyen at RENU Dermatology for all your skin and health care need. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! This is by far the best Esthetician I have ever been to! It is super clean and the customer service is beyond professional. I went and got a full facial with derma blading and the results were phenomenal. When I left my skin was super hydrated and glowing. They also have a great selection of skincare products for purchase. Wish I found this place sooner! Would definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all of my friends and family!

This is the second time Dr. Jacquelyn Sammons has saved us from an expensive ER trip with her amazing suture skills and selfless willingness to open up her office to us on her day off.BACKSTORY: Later in the morning our toddler pulled on an American flag decoration ?? that was anchored under a metal clock and, literally, ‘clocked' himself?♀️? leaving a gash so deep that even the urgent care doctor we initially took him to wasn't comfortable gluing or suturing and told us to go to the ER.We checked our local ER wait times and they were already at 2-4 hours.Assuming doctor was enjoying the holiday out of town, but desperate to avoid the ER, we texted Dr. Jacquelyn's concierge line as a last ditch effort as we got some lunch at home and started packing up all 5 kids for a long ER visit.We heard back in 15 minutes, met her at the office 30 minutes after that, and in less than an hour we were heading back home.But what's even better than the time saved was that the toddler wasn't traumatized by the big, strange, exhausting hospital experience.?He got to see the fish tank he loved (he sees it when we visit for school physicals, monthly osteo adjustments or IV treatments). And he recognized doctor so everything felt ‘normal' and safe.She used numbing cream and waited before using the initial injected local anesthesia. She let him watch a show to distract him instead of insisting on sterile area hospital protocols that would have covered his face with cloth (urgent care doctor even mentioned this procedure saying that the hospital would have more people/ways to ‘hold him down' while suturing with the cloth covering his face).Crying and trauma was at a minimum. Comfort and peacefulness was top priority. She had her 16 year old daughter shadowing her and learning medical terminology, doubling the moment as a teaching opportunity (which I love!). So incredibly blessed by the level of care that comes from having a one-on-one relationship with a doctor we trust and share in the same values, willing to spend her holiday helping us in our hour of need.We have been concierge patients with her for over 4 years and only become more and more grateful for her heart for healing and service. I found the Nits and lice care center and booked a same day appointment july 4th the technicians came in on a holiday to treat their hair!! The staff is so caring and wonderful! They explained each step as they went through the process of removing ALL THE NITS AND LIVE LICE WHILE ALL THE WHILE MAKING SURE MY GIRLS WERE OK! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Jamal, and I must say it was the worst encounter Ive ever had. His unprofessionalism, arrogance, and condescending attitude made the entire process incredibly frustrating and disheartening.From the beginning, Jamal showed a complete lack of concern for my questions and concerns. It seemed like he was only interested in collecting his paycheck rather than providing me with the help I needed. Whenever I tried to press him for more information, he became extremely disrespectful, which was completely unwarranted.To make matters worse, Jamal referred me to questionable doctors with questionable licenses. It was clear that he prioritized his own interests over my well-being. When I approached him about the lack of assistance with my unresolved pain, his response was shocking. He callously dismissed my concerns, stating that the lawsuit was solely about my inconvenience, not my pain. It was evident that money was his primary motivation, and my medical needs were of no consequence.This entire ordeal has been incredibly distressing, and I feel compelled to warn others about the terrible experience I had with Jamal. His unprofessionalism, arrogance, and lack of empathy make him entirely unsuitable for any role where helping others is required. I strongly advise against seeking his services, as I would hate for anyone else to endure the same level of disappointment and frustration that I did.In conclusion, my encounter with Jamal was a complete disaster. His disregard for my well-being and his unethical practices have left a lasting negative impression. I implore you to seek assistance elsewhere, as there are undoubtedly more competent.

Im usually able to handle most PC builds, upgrades and adaptations myself without incident but then I ran into a real bind with my old machine listed below in the 8/4/2017 post.Since the time of that post and Craigs great service and help, I always seek his council when Im doing something high-tech in the PC realm. With that in mind, I reached out to him in May of this year to help me determine the best new PC build for my needs. As usual, Craig was excellent understanding my goal and what I was going to build . He asked great questions and gave me a great sense of confidence in my new PC build plans.Craig laid out careful instructions and steps to take in the process and I followed them to the letter (as it had been a while since I had built a new rig!) and everything came out to perfection!! In frustration, I researched Craigs shop and brought my PC in for a thorough examination. I instantly felt comfortable speaking with Craig and got a very comfortable sense of his knowledge, skills and capabilities.He assessed the problem quickly and was straight up with me about cost, time and possible outcomes. He was clear, concise and left me with a feeling of confidence I had come to the right place--I really need my computer to work right now! Four hours later he had my machine up and running--Much to my relief! My PC is nine years old and Im not in a position to have to buy a new one so this was a huge relief to me (and my wallet). To restore my PC-life the fee was well worth the price.Craig also to the time to do quality control work--cleaning the PC, replacing a cable that had gone bad and demonstrating to me the best options for my video monitor. My machine is now faster and more reliable than before. I was treated honestly, with great service and quality.Moving forward, any computer related work or questions I have will be directed at Craig--whom I trust and has my trust and respect.
