Comment: I have had such an amazing experience with Laser Away. I initially went to Laser Away to treat upper lip and chin hair. Initially, I was skeptical but I signed up for 8 treatments and I am half way into the treatments and I have had amazing results.Jessica was the 1st person that I encountered and she is absolute wonderful, sensitive to your needs and very knowledgeable. Jessica is missed if I come for an appt and she is not there. Also, the staff will work with you for scheduling and making it work for your schedule. I highly recommend Lase Away.

Comment: First experience using laser and it really works. Service has been good and each appointment has been quick so far. They do try to (nicely) persuade you to sign up for more treatments since theres time-sensitive discounts available but its not done in a super pushy way so I appreciate that.Update 7 months later: First off, the laser treatment itself is a great service since I see noticeable changes from 7 months ago. But dropping from 5 to 3 stars because of lack of organization. The last couple times Ive made an appointment somethings gone wrong, whether with the location or the appointment not being on their calendar. Frustrating when I put the appt in my calendar right then and there and it falls through the cracks. And really disappointing considering the cost of services. They attempted to remedy the second mistake by offering a free facial but ironically the free facial appt was then not inputted on their calendar which was even more disappointing. Its honestly not any one persons doing.. feels more like overall company issues like maybe communication gaps due to turnovers or something. Hoping this review helps improve things for future clients since Im almost done with all my sessions

I soon learned I shouldnt be, the nurse Trish was superb and explained the process thoroughly. She walked me thru everything. The woman in front, Connie, was welcoming and made me feel at home. Its as if I knew her. She treated me like a VIP! She was obviously knowledgeable and friendly. Her description of the treatment was spot on and she even got me to add my legs. Five Stars for LASERAWAY in Anaheim Hills.

Comment: Today I went in to get one of the treatments I’ve been getting done which is the facial hair removal. I made the mistake in not asking to get numbed like I normally do. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 3. I have a good pain tolerance, however I had a new nurse named Krizelle who made the process so much easier as well as quick. She was so sweet and made the process much more comfortable when she would give me quick breaks. She explained the process which I always like hearing so I know what will be happening at the moment. I recommend coming here as I’ve always had such great experiences with everyone.

Comment: I went here for a Fire and Ice facial and my skin has never looked so instantly good!The girls at the front were super nice when they checked me in.During the facial, so was a little nervous because I haven’t done a laser facial before but the nurses were so kind and comforting! They let me know I could communicate with them the whole facial and at one point it felt a little too warm so they adjusted some settings and then it was great! The cooling part at the end was really nice especially after feeling warm throughout the treatment.I had no down time or redness and the next day my skin looked SO glowy and refreshed! I’m going back to do this before all of my special events!

Comment: Great place, clean, front desk is very sweet and helpful. Nurse Lily is so kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. For laser hair removal I am seeing great results on my under arms, I shave there about every 2 weeks now, as well as the happy trail. For the Brazilian area I’m not seeing as much results, but I am happy with the fact I don’t get razor bumps anymore. Definitely worth it especially for living in California.
