Comment: I really enjoyed my experience with Neoderma. I’ve worked with Katrina and Cynthia who have been so gentle, kind, and informative. They have great customer service and friendly staff. I’ve used the patch and I highly recommend. It definitely speeds up the removal process. After using the patch for the first time, I saw a huge difference. My tattoo faded so much in comparison to a regular tattoo removal session. You might think “how bad does it hurt?” I am here to say with the patch it’s not bad. I’ve said my pain level was a 2/4 out of 10 during various sessions. Getting appointments here is quick and easy. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a tattoo removal location!

They dont pressure you to spend buttloads of money on unnecessary treatments and they even have great deals if you want to sign up for their complexion club. Its only been a few months but I have already started noticing differences in my skin. I met with Alex their skin specialist and she has been amazing! She goes over each step and explains all the products shs recommends and why. Front desk staff is also very friendly and attentive. To anyone hesitating to try them out, I recommend to just give them a call :)UPDATE: Its been almost a year since I started coming here routinely for my skin services. I recently got botox and lip fillers for the FIRST time ever with Melissa. She was very patient and thorough in explaining the process. Barely noticed when she was injecting the botox in my forehead area. My lips were a little more sensitive but it honestly wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. Its been about 5 days and so far loving the results!

Comment: Location easy to find. Ample parking and meticulous facility. Melissa performed the “permanent make up” (but really heavy tattoo LASER REMOVAL, where my eyebrows should be). I very much appreciate her professional, attention to detail and her concern for my comfort level while during and after the treatment. My eyebrows were HEAVILY darkened by the original tatoo artist’s ink, so Melissa has a bit of a challenge, I’ve had 3 laser treatments thus far, each time lightening the color of my brows. That’s how heavy the ink was remaining in my brows after 7 or 8 years. Hopefully, this upcoming fourth treatment will be my last. I highly recommend Melissa and her expertise. Comment: I went in for tattoo removal (eyebrows) i was really worried about the pain & it was nowhere near what i imagined - i did use numbing cream & what i felt was similar to elec pulses if you have ever gone to chiropractor they have elec pulses they use to ease back pain & it felt like that - again that was with numbing cream - i’m tempted to not use any cream next time just to see the difference- as for the visit itself they were wonderful - the guy who scheduled my appt was so friendly &patient - easy parking- easy check in - clean and spacious very comfortable and they were understanding & listened to my worries & nervousness which turned out to be for nothing- the session took seconds and already noticeable lightening of the tattoo

They use something called a PFD patch which helps remove the ink way faster, and Im seeing way better results after just 3 sessions than I did with 6 sessions at my previous clinic.The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. I drive over an hour each way just to come here and its more than worth it.(This is a video of my last treatment with the patch, you can literally see the ink leaving the skin instantly, im really glad I found out about it)

I have also done laser hair removal (multiple areas), purchased skin care products, and facials. They have the best products and best technology. They keep everything up to date and using the newest equipment. For tattoo removal they just recently got a new, stronger laser and it was already new 3 years ago when I started. They are one of the only places I know of that uses the PFD patch for tattoo removal. This technology allows multiple passes with the laser and takes the ink directly out of the skin instead of having to pass through the kidneys. Everyone at Neoderma is professional and knowledgeable and their prices are beyond competitive! They offer fillers, botox, facials, skin care, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and so much more! Comment: This was a truly awful experience. I paid for the mandatory $50 consultation during which I let Melissa know that I just had a daughter who unfortunately didnt survive. I desperately wanted to get rid of my stretchmarks because it was a painful reminder. I asked when postpartum should I get my stretchmarks looked at and she didnt know and just said I think your fine after your incision heals. I probably should have been cautious considering she didnt know the answer.We set up our first session during which I was asked to undress so they could take before and after pictures. I felt incredibly uncomfortable because my body was still recovering from my delivery and even started to cry. Rather than taking a moment to be even slightly empathetic to my situation, Melissa just kept saying why cant you? Why, why why? Through tears I continued to explain I just dont feel comfortable, to which she let me know I had 2 weeks to come back or I forfit my $50. Thankfully my husband drove me there because I was distraught. I decided they could keep the money, I was not going back! I understand taking photos is policy but given the circumstances, rather than berating a grieving mother till she cried, I think it would have been more appropriate to just say im sorry but unfortunately this is our policy, but hopefully with some time youll feel comfortable enough to come back. If they had, I might have come back. They didnt even bother to call with a follow up. Whats $50 to someone who is ready to spend thousands? Terrible business practices.

Though everytime I looked into it I was told it would be ineffective or would scar my skin. Scary, right?So another 10 years has pasted. Honestly down sizing and having a hard time finding counter space for my waxing pot, that I used every 3 days, prompted my search. Neoderma peeked my interest because of the cooling technology.I got a full consultation. They reviewed my whole medical history and all the meds I take. Its a bit of a list due to my disability. Ill admit, I was nervous well I waited for the nurse.I was relieved when they said I was approved. But I did not dare get my hopes up after all the years of bad result rumors I had been told.I have to say, the numbing cream they use is amazing. I would not say the process is pain free but its FAST and nearly pain free, for me at least. I would rate it a 1-2 on the pain scale for myself. It took a few sessions to start seeing results but once I did, within three sessions, my she beard, neck bread and women-stche were gone!I booked an appointment for the following month, which would be my 7th treatment. Though I now realize, I dont think I need it. For the first time in my life I can have a conversation with someone and not feel like they are looking at a beard hair i missed. My skin has less breakouts and over all I am more confident.Given that my condition is driven by a hormonal imbalance, I will likely have new hairs try to spring up in the future. But you can bet money on me calling Neoderma and booking an appointment with Melissa!

I recently got Carboxy Therapy done for dark circles under my eyes and am so excited with the results! You could see the darkness even under heavy concealer before I started getting the treatment, and now notice such a difference with each treatment I get. Melissa and Cynthia have treated serval areas for laser hair removal (for the past almost 2 years) and the results are quick and remarkable! Of course with consistency in visits. I visit every 3-4 weeks. They are open on the weekends which is great for me because my schedule changes more than often. However I am still able to be seen and treated, due to their flexible hours of service.They truly focus on your wants and needs. They also set goals, to target healthier/clear skin. Mine skin is darker and because of that, I thought they would not be able to help me. But they were more than well and able. The goal-setting, is truly imperative if you are serious about your skin care. They target the true issue which allows the smaller issues to be easier to attack! The level of pain is very minor. I rate it a 1/10, in my opinion. The cost of their services are very reasonable. You will not walk away broke but feeling fixed in so many ways! They focus on all skin types of all races. The staff/team is very understanding, sweet, kind and real! They will only lead you down a path to healthier skin. The team is very honest and trustworthy and that is what I love about Neoderma. Ive recieved 12 treatments from the best and highly knowledeable nurses Cynthia and Melissa. I have this big cover up on my left foot which has color and really dark ink. I never thought I would be able to get rid of this tattoo. The picosure laser they use is amazing. Its the latest technology and delivers efficacy. Iam very happy with my results!!! Please read my entire message, because reading is good for you and I wrote this with great care and detail. I have been a loyal patient for 4 years give or take. Over the years i feel as though weve forged a friendship as well as a professional bond. I first came to wellskin looking for someone to help me through the process of tattoo removal. I had planned to consult other facilities, however once i stepped through the door and met Cynthia i knew i didnt want to go anywhere else. I compare it to that moment a bride finds the perfect dress, haha. I almost always had my laser tattoo removal treatments with Cynthia, she took great care not to rush the process and risk scarring and hypopigmentation. Those of you looking to have tattoos removed must not delude yourselves, you must be committed to a long, uncomfortable and well, expensive process; it is what it is, accept it and move forward. For me i was committed and nothing was going to stand in the way of my happiness and self esteem, i couldnt put a price on that. I have had 3 tattoos removed, one of which is still in progress. I couldnt be happier with my results; from the day i put tattoos on my body i knew i had made a mistake and now i can look at my skin and feel clean of the past. Apart from the tattoo removal that brought me into wellskin, Ive began to receive semi-regular treatments of botox and dysport injections. Call me vain, but i have made the choice to combat the aging process by the best methods i can; eating healthy, exercising and using science. Cynthia also takes care of my injections, i believe her to be something of an artist. I am never disappointed with the beautifully lasting results Ive even seen an overall relaxation of my facial muscles and improvement of my wrinkles when the product wears off. She opens her products in front of me and has shown me exactly what a unit is, she maps my face, numbs the injection sites and uses a small gauge needle thus minimizing the discomfort to almost none. She and the staff are sensitive to my frugality, tattoo removal is one thing, but i do control my spending when it comes to these sorts of procedures. Ive never felt uncomfortable asking when the next special might come around, and they do have specials! Whoopee! Lastly, a long time ago i used to smoke and i habitually chew the inside of my mouth (yuck i know) so, its obvious to see where Im going with this, i have developed significant vertical lip lines. **For the record, Im a 30 year old Caucasian female with light to olive skin tone, sun damage, fine line wrinkles and large pores; i make this comment because every human is unique and results may vary.** I had my first treatment with Juvederm vobella, my lips look beautiful. I did not add any volume to my lips as they are naturally full, i asked that Cynthia only work to augment/eradicate the vertical lines. Im supremely happy, no lumps no hardening just my own lovely lips minus the lines. No more bleeding lipstick! Again, Cynthia opened the product in front of me explained how much filler comes in a syringe and worked with me to map out the best result for my individual face.
