Comment: I sought out chemical peels as hyperpigmentation is my biggest concern. I tried two types, and both times, Emily walked me through the post-peel process. Amanda applied the PRX treatment that has no downtime, which she did within a half hour window. The team are all women and theres always laughter in the hallway. Overall, this place is a gem if youre looking to keep consistency in your skincare routine.

As a fall skinned woman I was wary about laser hair removal but they did everything to make me feel comfortable ands assure me they had the right equipment for my skin. Comment: I have been seeing Erin for over 12 years. It started with a 40th birthday gift to myself to have laser hair removal (full bikini). I go back about once a year for maintenance. In the interim we went on to do some IPL treatments on my face that have ALWAYS made such a difference in my complexion. By far, Erin is the most knowledgeable and gentle person/practitioner Ive been to as a patient. Besides feeling like an old friend shes always soothing to my anxiety with her very calm demeanor. I have major anxiety about various things and she has always just let me be me and helped with giving me options, knowledge and full preparation for what to expect. I highly recommend this Spa for their expertise and great customer service. Also, Amanda, who has always helped me schedule with Erin and helped with skin care products is awesome. Very knowledgeable, as well, and ALWAYS so very nice. Great find 12 years ago! Hope you find it too!

After trying many medical facial spas in SF, I can confidently say that this is my favorite! Comment: I got a deluxe diamond glow and the process felt heavenly. There was ambient music and a very cozy bed and the softest blanket I have ever felt. The process was gentle and I could feel the impurities being removed. It was topped off with a shoulder and neck massage that was absolutely divine.

Comment: I was hesitant to try filler and Botox for the first time because I didn’t want to look like a Real Housewives episode. Stephanie, the Nurse Practitioner at Urban Allure, walked me through the consultation and treatment process very thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her and loved the outcome of less wrinkles on my forehead and brow area from Botox and the reduction of lines around my mouth area with filler. I’ll be returning when it’s time for a re-up. Really enjoying the compliments from friends. And Erin and Emily for laser and Botox - fantastic advice. Thanks Urban Allure!

Comment: I have been going to Urban Allure for over 10 years. Over the years I have received regular Botox treatments, and recently Coolsculpting. I cannot rave about Erin, Emily and Amanda enough. They are professional, talented, and overall just wonderful people who provide an incredible service and experience. I have recommended Urban Allure to countless friends over the years, and I truly believe there is not a better Medspa in San Francisco. Highly highly recommend!!

Erin, Emily, Stephanie, and Amanda are really incredible. Theyre knowledgeable and never push you on treatments and products they offer. Comment: Urban Allure is the best!!! I have seen the Nurse Practitioner Stephanie on multiple occasions for cheek filler. She takes the time to thoroughly explain what she is doing (which made me feel ultra comfortable) and the results are amazing - completely natural looking!! After the appointment, people are none the wiser I have had anything done, but I get loads of complements on how refreshed I look! She truly is excellent at her job!!I have also seen both the Nurses, Emily and Erin for Botox. They also have a gift for knowing just how much to inject to produce a natural and refreshed result that keeps you looking your best! The team at Urban Allure are very professional and experienced clinicians that are great at what they do!! The office is spotless too! I really cant say enough about the positive experiences and results I have had there.

Their staff was informative, friendly and welcoming.Stephanie performed my laser hair removal- shes the best!! During the entire visit, I felt very comfortable- she explained the entire process, answered all my questions thoroughly and it was pretty much painless! She also introduced me to wonders that is Latisse, which I ended up loving so much that I recommended it to a few friends. Urban Allure posted a Groupon and after reading the high reviews, I took a chance.Ive received all four laser treatments included in my (amazingly cheap) package and was really happy with the results. Plus, as others have stated, once you complete your package you can go for maintenance sessions for $50! So cheap! The office and treatment rooms are clean and comfortable.Emily, the RN, and the woman at the front are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They put me at ease before going under the laser! Appointments are readily available during my lunch hour. Ive also asked other skin-related questions and Emily was a great help and even offered samples of things I could try.Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Urban Allure to anyone looking for laser hair removal.
