Comment: A total circus! It seemed like complete chaos, honestly, and this was even including the employees. I have to wonder if the owner allows drug use because Im pretty sure some employees appeared to be under the influence of something. I went in looking for some specific items to purchase, and all I wanted to do was leave after seeing the disaster happening in front of me. I would not even give one star, but it makes you do at least one, so consider it a negative one star. Do better Ulta, so disappointing!

All I wanted was a gift card and she was so rude and wouldn’t even let me purchase it without opening a whole rewards account that I did not want. I even asked multiple times if that was required and she had an attitude the whole time. I will never shop there again. They need to train these people on how to talk to people with anxiety bc that was so unnecessary. You don’t have to be rude just because someone is asking a question. I wish I got her name

Comment: Ulta s are good stores for buying cosmetics and hair products. This one was as good as most of them, although they had several out of stocks. I deducted stars for the sales associate I dealt with in this store. I walked up to her, doing nothing, but chatting with another employee and showed her a powdered, matt, pale pink, eyeshadow that I was searching for a replacement for. I said can you tell me if you have any similar POWDER EYESHADOWS THAT ARE MATTE AND A NEUTRAL PINK TONE?She reached directly in front of her and pulled off of a peg a trio set of CREAM CREAM, BROWN, FROSTED EYE CRAYONS and said take a seat and Ill set you up.I dont know that I have ever had a salesperson missed the mark on every single point that I expressed I was looking for, especially when I was holding what I wanted in my hand in front of her as an example. Needless to say, I can continue to my search alone throughout the store and wondered how someone who listens so poorly could be in customer sales?! I left feeling like it was only about trying to pitch me anything and everything and make a sale.Im happy to say Ive had better experiences with other ULTA sales associates, so I wont hold it against the store, but I wont go back to this one probably.

Comment: Paid $55 bucks for makeup services and was not impressed. Plus price of lashes and $10 to apply them. I practically had to go thru the store and get all the gross testers for highlight contour and foundation and shadow eyeliner. She wasnt going to even do my eye brows or any color corrector until I asked. It was not a good experience and my lashes looked double like I had two sets definitely not applied correctly. Lips were terrible and were also something I had to ask for. Which I said full face. The esti was sweet but obviously didnt wear makeup herself. She tried but it was a strong fail. I will never again return to Ulta for any services it was unprofessional environment . So in the end I paid $55 plus a $10 tip for makeup application I hated and was gross testers from all across the store. Not an experience I would ever do again.

Comment: I was getting salon work done at Ulta in Redding California. I saw a women cone in 3 hours early for her appointment to make sure her hair extensions were accepteable . After hearing her tell the manager that her hot head hair extensions were only 6 weeks old . The manager quickly told her that they were perfect and to return at 4. The lady came back at 345 to be told her appointment had been cancelled. Of course the lady was upset and clearly had a right to be. The salon manager was laughing in her face about it. To be fair the salon at Ulta is low grade at best . Do your self a favor and go Walmart and get your hair done before going to Ulta in Reddy California. Both the salon manager and the store manager were clearly having fun abusing that disabled women. Im going to pray for these to abusive managers . God Bless Rev. Noah

Comment: I love this Ulta because they always have the best customer service here and are very knowledgeable and the store is always pristine. I mostly shop at Ulta for their extensive selection of tanning products if I could be honest, but the last few times I went there they not only didnt have my favorite product, which Ive only been able to find at Ulta, but their selection of tanning products was sparse to say the least which is unfortunate. Other than that they definitely deserve five stars because Im sure for most other people the product selection is outstanding and without problem.

No wonder my daughters take 4 hours to get ready... but they are super models ;)I think it is an exercise in patients to go in this store(males point of view). There is a lot of product. A LOT OF PRODUCT! I felt as if I was very ugly, and smelled really bad. I got a little crazy in the perfume department and fixed the fish smell on me, but the makeup had to wait. All in all, I was anxious and felt as if I really did feel at home in Victoria Secret.

I just started getting into makeup and when I went in there they helped me match my skin tone with foundation, showed me the best blender and how to use it, showed me the best bronzer, etc. There’s so much to chose from and they help anyone from someone looking for just everyday simple makeup to the more complicated makeup routines.

Comment: I spent ovwr 500 dollars for a wedding party of my girls,my mother,myself and my sister. One of the stylist made snide remarks to my youngest about her unkempt hair. She suffers with anxiety and depression, combing her hair takes alot of energy that she often struggles with. My oldest daughter has a rough complexion from severe acne. She was embarrassed as 5 different people worked on her and didnt listen about her wishes...75 dollars and she went home and washed it off. I was the bride...I was happy with my makeup and hair. I also had to repin the back of my daughters hair as it fell out. They comped me 45 dollars for this whole thing....

Ulta as a corporation, very understanding and I am happy for them giving me a full refund for what I went through but I did have to call corporate. Baylayage done by Angela senior stylist at the ulta salon. I had outgrown highlights prior to the service. I showed her the photo before and said can you do this today? And she confidently said yes. I had fallen asleep while she put in a hair condition treatment only to awake some time later with a cramp in my neck, she left me at the sink with my head back, i woke to see her washing someone elses hair, I would say I was there a good 15-20 minutes longer than I should have been. I left the salon with orange hair but it was past close and I felt rushed out. I called later to have her fix it and couldnt make the appointment, i live an hr away, and tried to reschedule, the store/salon managers refused to let me get it fixed. I cant believe she let me walk out of the salon like this. But thank you to ulta corporate for treating their platinum members right, they will continue to have me as a customer.
