Comment: Tony is great! Friendly and always does a clean and honest job. We have used him multiple times for clogs and faucet replacements and repairs. He was very honest in not replacing our inset bathtub faucet that was fused/frozen out of fear of it breaking and causing a leak underneath. I really appreciated his honesty and saving us from a much bigger problem. We had to hire a contractor to cut through the tile and put in an access door to reach the plumbing underneath. Then they came back and replaced the faucet.

This company has a very nice office manager who listened, sympathized, and helped me set up an appointment with Tony the very next day! Tony spent a few hours looking at the pipes with the cameras. He did find a possible issue but not a leak. He had been to our house to look at why we our system was backing up a few years ago. The receptionist was very friendly and thorough. She asked for pictures of the issue to provide them to the plumber. I scheduled an appointment and the plumber arrived on time! Tony had an assistant with him who installed a toilet fill valve and it fixed the problem!!! One year warranty on the work is a plus. Overall, A+ service! Comment: I cant say enough good things about this company. I was handling a serious kitchen sink pipe leak for my elderly in-laws. I had a couple of other quotes that left me skeptical since I could tell they were trying to gouge them and or go the insurance route. Either way it did not seem right. I called Tonys and right away I was impressed with the education I got over the phone with Francine. I didnt feel pressured. She made sure someone came out the same day to check it out. I met with Tony later that day, who got there before me. He got right to business, then gave me his professional opinion. There was a definite aged galvanized pipe leak when the faucet was turned on, but it wasnt visible because it was behind the wall, but some of the wall was opened up from a previous fix. What I liked was he gave me possible scenarios of what it would take to fix it. It was mainly an access issue. If it couldnt be fixed from inside, he might need to break stucco from outside. He gave me 3 options. He mentioned he was fairly certain option 1, which cost wise was what I was hopingfor and would take care of it. 2 and 3 would be a little more invasive but would know more once he got into it. He answered all my questions. I decided that day to go with Tonys because I felt comfortable with them and the pricing was fair. Francine scheduled next day service. Tony was able to fix the problem with option 1 and for a little extra fixed the pior plumbers shotty work by replacing all the pipesunderneath the sink. Needless to say, problem was fixed, the price was fair and I would use Tonys again and highly recommend them. Thanks.

The main reason for contacting Tony was because of a need to relocate a refrigerator water supply line for a built-in refrigerator and move a gas line for a cooktop. After a bit of discussion, Tony suggested a solution no one else did for the water supply line! We hired him for the job and added in seating two toilets as well. He did a wonderful job with everything, including cleaning excess caulk around the bottom of the toilet without our asking.We are thrilled to have used Tony, and plan to have time come and do some other planned work as we remodel our home.

Called Tony and talked to him Friday afternoon. Gave him all the details. He called back in less than than an hour with a price. I asked when he could do it. Responded tomorrow (Saturday), morning at 8:30.Was on time, did clean efficient work and was done around 10:30.

He unclogged my sewer no problem when I thought we were going to have to dig up the lawn and/or the street. He had me look at the line through the sewer camera so I could see exactly where the problem was. Very helpful and professional!

So, Tony came highly recommended & didn’t disappoint when it came to solving our plumbing repair needs.
