Comment: Insane staff.Half way through a treatment, my injector Danielle shared she was attempting a new technique. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to be a guinea pig. The results looked worse than no treatment.(husband and I had good results before, so after a “please ask before attempting new techniques” we planned to return.)I also asked to see my session photos. The receptionist Ali said “sure” a few times until texting “this is my first priority, but it would take me an hour of uninterrupted work to do, and I’m busy.”At our next apt. I said those texts made me uncomfortable, and asked to use my phone for photos (or take one on the iPad and one on my phone) so I’d have a copy.The receptionist started crying and left the room to get managers. Plural. Her making me uncomfortable made her break down. Wow.The injector also looked like she’d been crying (bloodshot teary eyes and shaking hands) before we came in, so much so that my husband asked if she was okay.We left as the managers arrived because it was too intense and emotional and unprofessional to stay.

Comment: My 5 STAR review is well overdue as I have had several wonderful treatments with Nurse Danielle! Its always a pleasure to be greeted by the receptionist, Ali, who takes my before and after pics, gets me numb and comfortable and goes over my treatments plan. Danielle does it all! I have been smoothed, tightened and lifted by her experienced, professional and gentle hands. I would recommend anyone to visit for a consultation and treatment. They also offer very competitive package pricing.

Comment: I came to the appearance care center for my first laser treatment, clear + brilliant. I was a little nervous about the pain level, I didn’t know what to expect. Alison, the receptionist was so welcoming and got me prepped for the treatment. She was so sweet and answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and at ease.Courtney was my provider and also so sweet and professional. She talked me through everything she was going to do and was super informative about the treatment and also answered some questions that I had after. I was surprised there was almost no discomfort from the treatment and I got great results! Loved all the ladies here and absolutely recommend… 10/10 experience!

Comment: I had a great experience and results getting coolsculpting done by Sydney at ACC. Also, got half syringe lip fillers done by Danielle NP that held up great for a whole year.

Comment: I came to the Appearance Care Center for Botox, and I was nervous because it was my first time getting injectables. I talked with Danielle about my concerns and told her that I was hoping to soften my forehead wrinkles and 11 lines. She explained how Botox worked, walked me through the entire procedure, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. She offered to numb the area beforehand but I decided to go without, and the pain was surprisingly minimal! It just felt like a tiny pinch, and after a few seconds the pain was completely gone. The results appeared slowly over the next week and I am SO happy with the results! Everyone was so welcoming, patient, and friendly throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend ACC, and I will definitely be back!

Comment: Excellent skin care team from the booking to the procedure. I have had both IPL and Clear & Brilliant done by these folks with excellent results.The office is very comfortable and they offer Saturday appointments which is awesome for those of us with crazy work-week schedules.. The practitioners explain each step of the process and are skilled and gentle. Highly recommended!!!

Comment: Amazing experience! From the moment you walk into the door friendly stuff members welcome you into the clinic (hard to find these days). I was in for a IPL treatment on my face, Christina, the nurse who treated me that day, was amazing, she explained every step of the way and what i was to expect. Once she started the treatment she checked on me every second of the treatment to see if i was ok, she made me feel so comfortable the entire treatment.She was very very professional. i would recommend this center to everybody. thank you so much.
