When I asked her to fix it my hair only turned out worse. If you want a quick hair cut better off somewhere else.

Comment: The stylist gave a nice cut, but a haircut shouldnt be a painful experience, however my son was bothered and asked we use his regular barber as this stylist was rough and burned my son with the clippers and irritated him by forcefully pushes the clippers in to his head. I would recommend you have a stylist thats been recommended, dont just accept the next available stylist as you might get this person I did. ******* if you do go here and leave a review be prepared for the owner to email you and ask you for pictures and offer excuses and explanations for poor customer service in her salon,

So I was admittedly nervous.Getting in was easy after checking-in online. I brought a picture of what kind of cut I was looking for. Allison (stylist) listened to my concerns and goals for the cut. I felt very heard, and she consistently checked with my thoughts as the cut progressed. Comment: Great experience. We were seen quickly and Allison was great with my 8 year old. He hates haircuts and he was actually really happy this time. She really listened to what he (& I) wanted. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. A very painless process (which is not always the case!). I am not a big sports fan and all the TVs were showing sports but it wasnt obnoxiously loud so I could just catch up on some emails on my phone and the chairs were comfy in the waiting area. My only negative feedback is the price. $20 plus tip for a kids haircut seems high to me. She did wash his hair after though, which was nice since we had other errands to run and I was afraid he would be itchy. I would have tipped more if the price was lower. Overall, very good service and we will be back.

I read good reviews of Sport Clips mostly men but I called & I asked if they cut women’s hair & hairdresser said “yes”. So I walked in then checked in & waited to be called in. I noticed while waiting, one by one men comes in to check in, no women. I got a little bit uncomfortable then but when I got called in, I told the hairdresser how I feel but she said we do cut ladies hair also, we just don’t do hair colors, makeup etc...So the hairdresser really did a good job, I’m content & happy with my pixie hair, she did cut my hair exactly the same hair style as the picture I showed of Elizabeth T. pixie haircut.

My hair now is way too short to even try to style it. On top of all of it, she seemed like she was rushing which is funny since I was the only one in there. She cared more about eating gas station pizza (what she wanted to eat) than doing the job right. Very disappointed.

Comment: They need more staff working on weekends. Yesterday the wait time was over an hour wait, with a appointment. Not faulting the staff working and I normally give this place high marks.I couldnt wait any longer so I had to leave.
