Comment: Jordan is very professional and caring. I went in with about 7/10 pain and about an hour later I’m at about 3/10 pain. I highly recommend as it was relaxing, clean, welcoming, and professional. If I’m ever in need Shasta Strong gets me back where I need to be. I work construction so I need my body at 100% that’s why I’m happy I went and saw Jordan. Thank you again.

Comment: Jose is more than just a gentleman that removes junk from people’s property. This man is GENUINE, CARES, has true COMPASSION for others. He saved me in a pinch, and if it weren’t for him I would not have made it out of my rental in time. I recommend no one else other than this man to help you with your junk removal needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Comment: I had a couples massage with my beautiful wife. We both thought it was a great experience. Robert reduced my pain in one visit by +/-90%. I could not recommend Robert enough.It seems a little pricey, but the extra perks of the sauna, relaxation room, etc. were nice.This leads me to my 2 minor complaints:We arrived on time, but got a late start. There were only 2 people working there. I feel bad that they were behind due to no extra help.Also, the relaxation room is nice but I thought it was too brightly lit.Will hopefully be going back sometime soon.

You show up for your massage or other service may it be manicure, pedicure maybe even a rhubarb facial. The shasta strong wellness center has so much to offer. I highly suggest you check in a little early to take complete advantage of everything.

Comment: My husband and I got the Shasta Strong side by side massage, and are extremely happy that we did. We were nervous going in, as there were previous scheduling issues, but they communicated with us, and worked it out so that we were able to be there today.We were greeted and shown around the spa by the receptionist, who got us each a glass of wine while we changed into our robe and slippers. We waited in the relaxation room (we showed up early), and Robert introduced himself and asked us about our preferences for essential oils. Jordan and Robert gave us wonderful massages, and we couldnt be happier. Everything was so relaxing and I cant wait to schedule another one!Thank you to all of the staff for being so kind and accommodating to us. If you are thinking about getting a massage, we completely recommend this spa.

Comment: My family and I booked a number of services and were excited to spend a relaxing time at the spa. But unfortunately our experience was anything but that. It started off well but it was clear there was no management or organization. My manicure and pedicure ran longer than planned and the spa did not advise each other this. Even though I was already checked in, I was told the masseuse thought I was a no show and didnt come find me. I sat in their relaxation room for almost two hours before anyone asked if I wanted something to drink. My grandma actually went to pay when the front desk finally realized they had made a mistake. They attempted to tell me my massage did not happen because my manicure and pedicure ran long and asked if I would want to return another day. I politely declined but was not offered for any services to be comped. The facilities smelt of cigarette smoke. And while the employees were very nice, they were extremely vocal about the equipment problems and other facilities issues. Both my grandma and sister did not enjoy their massages. And advised their masseuse did not listen to their requests. It was very clear that no one was in charge and no one seemed to understand what was going on. Ive been to multiple spas and have never experienced such lack of organization before. Spa services are not inexpensive and one expects a certain level of service and relaxation when going to a spa.

Comment: We did a couples massage here. This was the most profession, relaxing and welcoming massage place I have been to. I had Jordan, she is amazing, it was the perfect amount of pressure, she listens to your body so she knows when to massage deeper in your stress areas and still maintain a relaxing massage. It had a great rhythm and even on both sides. I know its weird to say but even is important to me. We will be going back. Thank you Jordan!

I immediately felt comfortable and her healing touch was exactly what I needed. I made recurring appointments after that day and I can’t imagine ending my bi-weekly 90-minute massages. I have neck and shoulder issues and she is the first masseuse who Ive not only been able to tolerate working on me, but I actually enjoy and look forward to the sessions! She has helped me immensely the past few times Ive gone in. She has been able to get knots and tension out that has been difficult to release, and due to that Ive been able to sleep more at night. Personable and friendly with amazing technique. I would recommend her to anybody!

Comment: I had a very relaxing facial done by Judia, who was very kind and made the experience next level amazing. I was able to book last minute which was very convenient. The facial was just like having a face and scalp massage but with the benefits of skincare at the same time. I didn’t realize until I arrived that I also had access to a sauna and steam room and they serve drinks. I’ll be back soon with a friend for a side by side.
