Comment: Patrick from Senior Helpers runs the best senior services agency that provides caregiving services. He is very efficient and returns telephone calls before 24 hours.He is very professional and employs great caring, caregivers. This agency has taking very good care of my mother. I will continue to use them. I definitely recommend. They are the best in senior care and have the best management!

Comment: Seniors Helpers have done an awesome job. My dad was hospitalized for abt 1 month in Dec 2022 n was sent to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) for deconditioning, getting getting daily physical therapy (PT). He was not progressing after 1 month, so I pushed for discharge in early Feb 2023, the earlier the better, knowing caregivers will provide better service at home. I met Patrick Moskus, director of Senior Helpers. My brother n I were impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness in details, n we chose Seniors Helpers after interviewing multiple caregiver services. Patrick was always available via phone. The caregivers were exceptional. They delivered what was asked!!! They were so patient with my demented father. They bathed him, fed him; did laundry, chores for mother, frequently reminded her to do nothing! “Let us do all the work.” So much better than what SNF provided. In a matter of a few weeks, my family agrees that my dad is back to baseline functional capacity, perhaps, slightly stronger than before. We are delighted n impressed. We still continue caregiver services. We strongly recommend Senior Helpers. I would recommend starting the sooner the better for any patient before deconditioning worsens. Take care.

Comment: My mom has been using Senior Helpers caregivers since January of this year. She is totally bedridden and requires 24/7 care due to pulmonary fibrosis. Every single caregiver has been amazing loving and so hard working. My mom considers each and every one of them a friend. The job is very hard diapers are involved and at times my mom who is obese is not able to help them by rolling over yet they never give up. Full body messaging and putting lotion on just constantly trying to avoid bed sores is extremely difficult yet every one of them gets her to move around and be comfortable. She’s been give manicures and pedicures and they do her hair. All this on top of the baths changing clothes and day to day things I can not do for my mom. They also are emotional support for my mom and help her through this difficult time. Patrick is always available to help with any questions we have as a family. Honestly doctors and medicine are a part of her disease but the 24/7 care is the most difficult. This disease and being bedridden for multiple years is horrible but thanks to all the care from multiple Senior Helpers caregivers my mom is able to have comfort, compassion, dignity and support. Honestly I don’t know what we would do without their care. I highly recommend this company.

Comment: Patrick is incredibly responsive and is able to provide fantastic caregivers. My father-in-law was being discharged from a rehab facility. We were in town for the weekend and had to arrange for a caregiver. Patrick and his team came through for us. My family is deeply grateful to Senior Helpers!

Comment: Going through such a difficult time seeing my parents in the state they are makes me hurt but wow i can not be more grateful for senior helpers Chino. Patrick has been so amazing in getting me the best fit caregiver for my parents. My caregiver has been so wonderful, she is so attentive and just really cares about their happiness. I know they don’t have much longer here and my caregiver has made a world Of a difference I thank you so much. Comment: The gentleman they sent to care for my friend who recently had a stroke was perfect. He was caring and professional at all times. A few times he needed assistance in lifting my friend off the floor and the Owner of the company came to his aide. Very impressive.

Comment: My dad is currently receiving services from Senior Helpers and they have been nothing short of a blessing. My father currently suffers from Dementia and theyre caregivers handle all of his care so well. I cannot reiterate how grateful we are for them. My dads caregiver Jennifer is just hands down one of the best!
