Comment: My nurse Calvin was amazing.. I went in to begin my tattoo removal journey for a tattoo the size of a sheet of paper, 8x11 inches (yikes) and I was terrified of the pain. I could never have imagined how quickly he would get the whole area zapped. It was painful but not too awful, and luckily the first session was over lightening fast.The office itself is really cute and the staff seem great. I love their office girl Jess too. She even helped me take some cute pics and funny videos of my tattoo removal, which distracted me from the pain and made it all more fun and enjoyable. I have about 9 more sessions to go and I’m not even that afraid to go back, because of the staff.Definitely glad I chose Sculpt for this tattoo removal!! I vetted a few different places and this one was by far the nicest, so for the experience to be so pleasant… wow. I’m impressed.I have to keep it covered up with spf70 for the summer but the aftercare instructions were made really clear to me and easy to follow, unlike some other docs I went to about this tattoo. Also a plus.

The facility is spotless, the staff are friendly and always happy to see you, and they’re very thorough with information and your well-being before and after procedure.My go-to person is Tina Ovsepyan and she always does an amazing job with my dermal fillers. I’ve done chin filler and lip filler with her. I can’t remember how much each were separately but in total both were about $1000. I go in with a general direction, as I honestly have no clue what would look good on me, and trust her vision because she delivers fantastic results. She looks for what will accentuate my features within the requests I give her and tries to make it as little cost as possible for me. She’ll tell me how much syringe she wants to use and lets me determine if I want more afterwards. I’ve never really opted for more because she utilizes it so well.TLDR: Highly recommend this place, and go to Tina for fantastic service and results!

She used Restylane Kysse in my lips which hurt a little bit but definitely tolerable and felt so much softer than I had imagined. She was careful and concise, always checking in with me. Adriana even helped break up and massage out some juvederm that had balled up in my lips from my previous injection. The laser hair removal was really painful but Ill plan to come back with numbing cream on board next time. Cute location, parking is a little difficult though. We parked in the whole foods lot and just bought something there after.

Comment: I went here to get botox done (my first time ever) I didnt realize that it wasnt being done by the doctor and a few days later the left side of my face dropped. I was horrified and went to a professional doctor immediately. Thankfully I was able to fix my situation but I had to pay twice for the same procedure and had to hide away from a week until my face was fixed. Make sure your injections are done by a doctor and not a nurse. This place is absolutely horrible and should not be allowed to do what they are doing.

In full meltdown mode, and with my local office closed, I reached out to Sculpt to inquire as to what might be happening. One of the nurses let me explain the entire situation, had me text her a photo, and shared it with the doctor for assessment. Within 20 minutes, Dr. Hau called me back to personally talk me down. He got more info, described exactly what was going on, and gave me tips to help speed recovery. He also reassured me that it would resolve itself before my wedding date, completely saving my sanity. Thank you all for your help - you didn’t have to go above and beyond for someone who isn’t even a customer, but it made such an impact!

Comment: So I did my homework on cool sculpting. The only problem was finding the right place to go. I heard about places in Beverly Hills, and I checked them out. It felt superficial, and they didn’t care about my results more so than selling a package deal. Then I finally decided to just go to my neck of the woods in DTLA. These guys cared about my results. I was asked a series of questions to give insight into my goals. Then they did exactly what they promised. They helped me improve my body image and confidence.
