Comment: This is the 2nd time I use these guys and they are the absolute best!! The first time was 10 years ago and here I am again!! My biggest regret was forgetting to go back to them earlier this time! They are honest (rare quality in this field from experience) they are so helpful, and fast and no one compares to these guys!!I love them and wish them the best!I had a terrible terrible experience with my car, the lady that hit me and my attorney, so coming back to these humble guys was so refreshing to know there are still good very people out there that aren’t going to rip you off or screw you to their advantage. They finished my car quicker than expected too! Don’t waste your time at the other body shops who treat you like a #, these humble and genuine men have the best body shop in town hands down!! Thank you guys sooo much!! I wish you all the best!

Comment: Larry took amazing care of my wife’s car after I crashed into one of those yellow poles that protect parking lots from dumb dumbs like me. The damage was fairly extensive and I legitimately can’t tell where the old car ends and new parts begin. The blend on the paint and care in the work they did shows amazingly. It looks better than it did 7 years ago when we bought it brand new. They also had it detailed which made my wife very* happy. Will recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thanks again for the fantastic job you did fixing up her car!

Comment: Absolutely terrible behavior coming from one of the workers at RnR. I witnessed the most racist and discriminated behavior at this location. I had to walk out without being serviced because I was totally embarrassed by the older man with long grey hair yelling at a customer. Humiliation is clearly in their arsenal of verbal abuse. It seems what ever the problem was the customer was being very disrespected by the RnR worker. I could feel hate and anger in his expression and tone. The worker at RnR was so rude so unapologetic he did not care if he was inappropriate. Wow, the 5 star rating was not in effect with what I heard and saw. There should be some shame in their behavior but im absolutely sure this guy was not the only person disrespected in the RnR location. Embarrassing!

Comment: Car 2014 BMW 6 series ConvertableDamage: Passenger side rear view mirror totaled(Heated, lane departure & camera)Went to RNR Group collision (along with several other local competitors), for an estimate. I showed up unannounced without an appointment and was taken care of by Randy & Larry immediately.The damage was assessed and quote given.I was given a brief tour of the facility and learned this shop does EVERYTHING (paint, body repair plus various auto, motorcycle and R/C part fabrications).After seeing the work quality spread out over several adjoining garages, I knew this facility had already earned my business.Then the price quote came: I had gotten 6 estimates on this day. RNR Group Collision’s quote was 28% LOWER than the next competitor. Wow, I was amazed.I selected RNR Group Collision and am 100% satisfied.The work was amazing, the paint match was suburb and the professionalism was top notch. In addition, the repairs were completed faster than I even requested.I highly recommend this business to anyone reading my review! They out-performed in every area I can think of.Thumbs up and I’m glad I found them …

Comment: I would highly recommend R&R! My car was at another shop and said it would take almost 3 for them to fix it. I called R&R, and Larry there was a lifesaver and was very helpful. They had my car towed to them and had it done in less than 10 days at a better price. Both Larry and the owner Randy were excellent throughout the process and kept me updated with everything. My car looks great..thank you again R&R Collision!

Comment: The team at rnr group collision are the best of the best . They were professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and skilled . The job they did surpassed any expectations I had. The ceo, Randy. Comment: RNR came through for me this last week! I damaged a rental van, got the car to them for a quote on Monday, I had the car back by Thursday afternoon in pre-accident condition. Larry and Randy are great, up front on the pricing with me the whole time and made sure to give me updates while they were repairing the van. Great work and great guys!

Comment: RNR did an amazing job. Started the process with Larry and had Randy and Joe explain more of the technical things with the insurance and pricing. Everyone at the shop is very knowledgeable yet wont hesitate to double check with their colleagues just to make sure the customer is getting the most accurate information. Went in for the whole left side of the car getting side swiped and I came out with an almost brand new looking left side. The paint looks beautiful and completely hides the fact that any work was done at all. My only regret is not getting a before and after to show you just how good they are at what they do.
