Comment: Rich Low is the consummate PRO: Always going to Hair shows & on top of his Art, Technique, & the latest Styles & Products!I first met him at Tony & Guy more than a few years ago and he’s always been growing & advancing his Art.I especially like that he listens to & incorporates my ideas; and he makes my “fine” hair appear fuller with artistic texturing, cut & style.Bonus: Rich is stylish, personable & punctual, and I’ve NEVER seen him have a bad day...Altho’ the Salon is always packed with Stylish Women; there’s still room for Guys who want to stay on top of their game too!
