Comment: 3 months ago I had full facelift from neck to brow with fat injections for lips and under eyes. The surgery and care was very professional and convenient. The most impressive success was the neck and lower lift. It looks natural and youthful, painful though worth it. I need to look at before and after photos because the upper brow lift shows no difference to me. I’ll need Botox or laser for wrinkle folds. I recommend this group

Comment: Extremely rude staff and overpriced treatments. In particular, the staff made me wait for over an hour and when I told them I had other things scheduled that day they totally gaslighted me by saying “you seem to have a difficult day today” - no apologizing or taking ownership that they are the ones without any respect for my time. The staff couldn’t even be bothered to give an estimate of when the doctor would be available for my long overdue appointment. Dr Fan in the same office and his staff are so much nicer, but he did not perform the specific procedure I wanted. In the end I found the procedure for half the price at a different clinic performed to absolute perfection by a nurse practitioner. So, silver lining in the end!

When I call the office, the receptionists answer the calls promptly and remember your details.Dr. Miranda and his physician assistant, Charis, are very patient and answered a lot of questions I had. Comment: I had visited with several plastic surgeons before finalizing with Dr. Miranda. Why did I pick Dr. Miranda for my hernia and abdominal repair?The entire team at PPSG is phenomenal. It is easy to see why they would be the obvious choice. Every single team member is on top of their game. I initially met with Vanessa as I started to explore options for my hernia repair. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions promptly and comprehensively. She also jumped through many hoops to get my insurance to cover portions of my surgery which they initially denied.Dr. Miranda is the leading plastic surgeon in SF with rave reviews all over the internet. I had to meet him, of course. After meeting him, he was very thorough and informative about what to expect with the surgery. I am now 18 days post-op and can say that Dr. Miranda is an artist and my hero. He fixed me and I will forever be grateful for my beautiful results. Everything he communicated to me pre-surgery is exactly as it has worked out. He is straight to the point and of course extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is also honest. It also is worth it to note that Dr. Miranda is well-connected with other surgeons at CPMC- so it makes things very easy and I felt very supported.Charis, Dr. Mirandas PA, came to check on me every day post op and she was patient with all my questions and had a great bedside manner. I encountered some follow-up items post-surgery and the entire team at PPSG has been all hands on deck and very patient.P.S. The entire staff at PPSG happens to be gorgeous. Being a part of this entire operation - (no pun intended)- felt pretty gangster- a bit out of a movie. All jokes aside, I am incredibly grateful and feel blessed to have had the resources and ability to work with PPSG.P.S.S. Don’t extensively research and buy unnecessary things. I bought a toilet seat riser, a recliner, an abdominal recovery seatbelt, a 4 piece orthopedic bed, and all sorts of other nonsense. I didn’t need any of it. Every surgeons post op instructions are different and I found Dr. Miranda’s to be far more realistic than the ones I read from other surgeons online. The only thing I recommend : compression stockings and walking as early as you possibly can post surgery and as often as you can after surgery to prevent blood clots.Thanks for reading my review. Comment: Great experience with Dr. Miranda’s team! First time doing plastic surgery and got a fast transfer to my breasts. Went from a size A to an A/B. Took ~3 weeks from consult to surgery.Dr. Miranda set clear expectations on process / results while being transparent with potential variance of results. Throughout the entire process, the staff were extremely responsive and patient with my questions - both in-person and async. I am happy with my results given they were able to extract the maximum amount of fat from my body.After researching many doctors, I chose Dr. Miranda due to his attentive service, extensive surgery experience, and recovery philosophy focused on being tailored to each patient’s needs / preferences. For instance, I am prone to keloids so Dr. Miranda considered that when deciding which areas of fat to extract. I also lead an active lifestyle and had international traveling coming up so Dr. Miranda gave post-op instructions that would mesh best with that.Only thing was that the compression suit was not mentioned in the printed post-op instructions since the booklets were being updated at the time. Dr. Miranda’s team apologized and are updating the booklets to include that.

I finally decided I needed to do something about it and set about looking for a plastic surgeon. Luckily I found Dr. Miranda and the results have been life changing. Dr. Miranda and his staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process that I immediately felt taken care of. The level of professionalism and care shown by the entire staff at the Pacific Plastic Surgery Group made what could have been a very scary process feel much less scary. Dr. Mirandas knowledge and skills as a surgeon when it comes to performing abdominal reconstruction surgeries has produced results that have far exceeded all of my expectations. Comment: 3 years ago my dog accidentally nipped the bow of my lip completely off. Lucky for my Dr. Dudas was the on call plastic surgeon that night. While there was nothing he could do for me that evening ( I didnt even meet him) I was sent home to let the swelling go down and I was instructed to meet him the next morning at 7am for repair at his officel Alex met me out front. I was a wreck, anxious and upset and worried I would be permanently disfigured. Both Alex, the nurses, assistants and Dr. Dudas were amazing, kind and reassuring. Dr. Dudas continued work on my lip until he thought it was perfect. In fact, asking during the procedure if he could administer more anesthesia and keep going to get it event more perfect. What a perfectionist!!! We had no relationship and he had no reason to care about me other then his on good heart. While my lip is not the same, if you didnt know me before, you really couldnt tell. He did amazing work and his kind and caring demeanor and that of the staff is unmatched. Additionally, my daughter needed an emergency appointment on a Friday for another issue and he fit her in as a new patient to deal with an issue caused by a dermatological surgeon. He was kind and reassuring and gave us a path for her treatment. I would hands down recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best care in San Francisco or anywhere really!! You dont have to be looking for anything fancy to get great care here. And when I am ready for my facelift I know where I am going....:)

Comment: Finding a plastic surgeon willing to accept workers compensation was a bit of a challenge, but I was so very happy when I found out that I could be treated at Pacific Plastic Surgery Group! I came to Dr. Miranda for a facial scar revision, and from the moment I arrived I knew I was in great hands. I was nervous because I have melanated/ African American skin, and I was worried about finding a doctor that knows how to work with ethnic skin....especially on the face.The office is clean and sleek. The front staff are friendly and responsive, as well as all of the medical staff. I received several calls leading up to my appointment for my procedure making sure I knew what to do to prepare. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy the week before the big day too.I love that the the surgery center is in house! No seperate trips to the hospital, especially with Covid going on. The day of my procedure the nurses made sure I was informed and comfortable. Everyone who interacted with me was professional and had great bedside manner.I have no recollection of the procedure but was given just the right amount of sedative. I was alert and able to move under my own steam minutes after being brought-to.After coming home staff called and checked on me several times over the course of a few days, and reminded me of my follow up.Dr. Mirandas work is super clean and neat; I am so happy with it! Dr. Miranda told me that I will always have a scar there, but that his job was to improve it and make it as inconspicuous as possible. It takes a full year minimum for a scar to mature. So, have a ways to go with the natural healing process as my new and improved Mirandizedscar matures. I will update this review when I have before and after pics in the future.

Comment: I was hit in the face by a softball. The impact caused me to bite down on my tongue and split the front tip. Dr. Miranda just happened to be at the hospital I was at for the emergency room. He stitched up my tongue and had me check back with him a few days later. The day we met for a follow up is the day he told me that part of my tongue wasn’t healing and needed to get fixed. They fixed and reconstructed my tongue and sent home with care. Since the surgery, they have shown nothing, but concern on my healing. They go the extra distance to put the patient first.Thank you for everything you’ve done.Chris M

Comment: Im not your typical Aesthetic patient for Plastic Surgery, although I wish I was! I came to Pacific Plastic Surgery Group from 3 hours away, needing urgent muscle biopsy. They accommodated my neurologists request, did everything and put me on the schedule right away. Furthermore, they arranged for the biopsy specimen to be picked up and taken to the pathologist, timed just right. A lot goes on behind the scenes that patients have no idea! Everyone was kind from check in to discharge. I was able to get my treatment started two days earlier, thanks to Pacific Plastic Surgery Group and Dr. Miranda. Forever grateful!!

He and his staff were great with our daughter and cleaning and repairing her injury - insuring she was comfortable and feeling safe throughout the entire procedure. It made my wife and I completely confident and relieved during and after her accident.Dr. Miranda followed up with us to see how her progress was a few days later and his PA, Beata did a fantastic job taking out her staples 10 days later. There is no visible scar and her hairline looks just as it did prior to her needing staples. Our daughter didnt cry, they kept her engaged, and made her feel brave which made everyone happy with the experience.
