Comment: My husband went in to get his ends trimmed, for hair that was past his shoulders. He let her know it was ok for it to at least go right up to his shoulders and she cut off all the hair up until his ears, then gave him a lopsided bob and shaved the sides which looks like she accidentally missed and there were lines all through it.. It looked like a toddler got ahold of a pair of scissors and clippers. We had to go somewhere else to have someone fix the sides but he can’t get back the five inches of hair she took off for god knows why (which they said it was in history one of the most awful haircuts she has seen). We’ve gone here multiple times before with no issue, guess he just got the wrong person this time. Not taking a chance again though.

Comment: My husband had his hair cut here today and we are very happy with the results His hairstylist was so nice and really did an amazing job. She had redish long hair and was so nice and professional. I walked back with my husband and told her I was there for moral support and showed her pictures from my phone of haircut ideas for him. We explained that he had an interview tomorrow morning and he needed to look professional. He said he wanted a gentlemans haircut and she delivered! I loved that she didnt mind that I took pictures of her cutting his hair. His hair and edges are perfect. It was also nice and clean in the shop and the wait was very short. She did a great job cutting his hair and we are very pleased. We will be back. Also, the salon is next to Ralyes now

Comment: I had taken my brother to get a hair cut and they cut my brothers hair really bad like REALLY BAD! I had told the lady who cut his hair exactly how I wanted it. He looks horrible. If I could rate this place zero stars I honestly would. We also had to wait almost an hour to have his hair cut when there was only two other people there. I am for sure never going there again. They have really bad service. They arent professional at all they dress like if it were a normal day and not how hair stylists are supposed to dress. They dont clean their stuff at all. They were very mean to us. Like I said I will never consider going there again.

Comment: My boyfriend came in td for him and his son, they did not tell them that they couldn’t do our kids hair until they were done with his we would of rathered his hair if that was an option but they were told they could cut his hair also. Then the woman was in such a rush that she turned my boyfriend away from the mirror and cut his hair really fast and really short. She was told he worked at a casino and didn’t want to go to short cause they can not wear hats. And he payed 23$ for a trim when i told him not to even pay. They were not closed so i see no reason for the rush or the bad service.

Comment: I came in not really knowing what I was going to get because I have never used this salon before. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who cut my hair was nice, and cut my hair exactly how I asked, and even gave me tips on how to upkeep my new haircut. The appointment took less than 20 minutes, and only cost $16! I will definitely be back.

Comment: I took my 17 year old in to have her hair cut was very displeased with the service the hairdresser seem to be annoyed that she was at work.When you walk in .... There is a Sign in sheet... you add your name and choose the services youd like to receive. I chose the haircut and a shampoo.... however much to my surprise....the hairdresser was not pleased at all that I wanted My daughters hair washed before it was cut. She proceeded to forewarn me that it was an additional charge ( This was also noted...in bold and highlighted) So I told her I was aware and that It was fine. Then she had the audacity to roll her eyes and sigh quite LOUD!!MY response....trying to understand why she was so upset...I smiled and said.... has it been a busy day? Even though my daughter and I were the only 2 Customers in the salon.She quickly responded No...not at allThis is the first AND LAST TIME I will spend my money there!

My daughter and I both have short hair, so the cuts arent easy but she nails it every time. Being chatty is not her forte but Im not sure how that has anything to do with cutting good hair.
