Comment: For the second time the owner Tiffany double booked and triple booked my service on top of others .Made me wait for 45 minutes while she went between me and two other people for a pedicure and facial I just wanted my nail color changed after 45 minutes I walked out and paid just to get my polish removed she wanted me to wait even longer just to put on new polishI would not trust them again when they give you an appointment .to top it off she was rude about the situation instead of apologizing for triple booking people so ahead of can make more money she was blaming me … I was on time and picked my polish color instantly twice when she brought the wrong color from her chart first time .I would not go back there is more choices in the area .Kristi who offers pedicure on the other hand and has worked there for years is good and polite she apologized for her boss !!! Kristi does a good job and she is polite .Wish she could work at a better salon .

Comment: My girlfriend and I got pedicure and manicures at this location together. It was a very great experience for me as this was only the third time I ever had a pedicure. Tiffany was absolutely fantastic and took very good care of us. I appreciated all of their COVID precautions taken by the staff. The massage chairs are absolutely the BEST!

Comment: I’m seriously disappointed.I haven’t received a pedicure since before the pandemic so I’ve been doing my nail at home. I wanted to get a nice gel pedicure and thought it was time to go to a salon so they could properly do so.She barely did anything. She barely pushed back my cuticles and didn’t even cut away the dead skin. I got like a ten second massage, she pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. And she just slapped the polish on. She didn’t even ask me if I liked it before she went to go help someone else. When she saw that I was upset about it, she attempted to clean up the gel by digging a nail file into my skin, not even really cleaning it up..I’m honestly so disappointed that I probably won’t be getting a pedicure again. This was supposed to be relaxing, but instead I’m upset that I paid $45 for a service that barely even qualified as a pedicure.I’m not sure if they were tired or what, but I don’t recommend. It’s a waste of money.

Asked for $ on Powder dip, & tip told it was $40Agreed & returned, & Mid Application, Nail tech told me it was actually $55 Bc of Tips?!Had to pay $55 after Bait & Switch I left her $10 Tip!I would have never complained but my Pinky Nail broke off w/n 1 hr, and had to return next day, while she reluctantly repaired & blamed me for breakage!Stay away.....

Comment: I came at 3:30 after making an appointment at 3:35. Two ladies came in at 4:00 while I wasn’t seated and then they got served first. Mid filing my nails down, after I get seated, my nail tech gets up to help someone else and starts doing their nails while my feet are sitting in lukewarm water. I’m. 21 year old student who tips well but I feel I wasn’t taken seriously here and I won’t be going back.

Walk in distance from my home,I walked in and they promised me twice they will do my nails refill in 20 mins.Then the lady changed her mind twice on me and said I wont do your nails !!I have appointment with photographers sessions and home listing appointment,They did fight between each other here, they told me to convince her to do my nail !!!Seriously?!!Rasha Bazzi@rasharealtor

Comment: Way, way above average!! Besides being a nice atmosphere, this Happy Nails consistently, for many years, does very good manicures and pedicures. In fact, the last time I got THE BEST by far that I’ve ever had done Gel Manicure. It lasted for longer than any other I’ve ever had and looked very good the whole time. Amazing how well done it was. I have really come to appreciate and depend on this business.5 stars I mean it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Comment: I hate to leave a bad review, but the first time that I went my gel nail polish came off in less than 2 weeks. I came a second time and the same thing happened. Usually gel lasts 4 weeks or more on me.

Comment: I don’t even know where to begin. I’d love to write a book about how phenomenal their service was. They were so fast and so detailed. I had the pleasure of meeting Tina, who did my acrylic set. (She did an stupendous job!!)Everyone there was so kind and so hard working. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Comment: Wow... We were on the West Coast this past weekend for a family wedding and my wife was looking for a good spot for a manicure. The facility was gorgeous and everyone was so nice. Her nails looked great for the wedding, and I even decided for a slight wax while I was there waiting.Very professional and friendly. Nothing like this here in NJ!
