I’m currently apart of the lash club, I pay a flat rate monthly to upkeep my lashes with a twice a month appointment.

Comment: I will never be back. I asked for a clean up and got an eyebrow shape change on only 1 eyebrow.! Like if you’re going to change one might as well change both. I knew something was wrong when she stopped to brush them for quite a bit and then proceeded and she left wax on me and my fiancé everywhere it was such a rush job.I was so in shock I just paid and left. After taking a few days of processing I noticed I’m also missing hairs in front of my eyebrowI have very full eyebrows I’ve never had missing hairs in the frontEdit: I don’t think it was miscommunication on my part. I very clearly stated that I only wanted a clean up. I’m not sure how that turned into changing the complete shape of one eyebrow. That’s the point in the review And despite seeing my eyebrows my fiancé really just needed to get his done that day due to having an event the next day which is 100% his choice. I feel the lack of communication on your part is where there was a misunderstanding.. just simply from your point of view you can clearly see they are different, I would think you would say something. Instead of trying to convince me that they are naturally different before I even got off the bed. My review would’ve been different if you could’ve at least told me the roads we could’ve went down due to a mistake.

Comment: Ruby and her team corrected the red discoloration from previous microbladed work and educated me on the nanoblading process. Once I was healed with the color correction Ruby nanobladed my eyebrows! She was very professional and I am very satisfied with the result!. She was able to make corrections that I requested at the touch up to make sure I achieved the look I wanted since I like a thick brow. I highly recommend her for her quality work, kindness and patience!

Comment: I am very happy when I got my lips done, I was Perfection Permanent make up, but the way Ruby take care of me.. she very good, I really highly recommend.I also got my lash extensions done with Moon, I never thought I’d be a lash extension gal. I’m all about low maintenance and thought it would be too much upkeep. It turns out, it saves me time every day which is a luxury I wouldnt live without. Very sweet and caring staff that puts in the effort to accommodate my needs. I’ve been getting lashes since they opened shop and have had great experiences with all their techs. Moon is the gal I see most. She listens and puts so much care into understanding what I like and achieving it. Such a talent!

She wants her clients to be happy and she exceed my expectation. I started out wanted just my brows done. Once she finished I asked her to fix my eyeliners and do my libs. Everything was fantastic. She is a perfectionist and really took her time. She is attentive and listen to your wants, needs and concerns.I am loving getting out of shower looking fresh. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. I have monolids and wasnt sure how it will turned out, but she assured me it wasnt a problem and it turned out looking so natural!
