Comment: I will return to Extra Space Storage if I need a temporary storage solution in the future. This is an excellent company to use if you need storage. The facilities are up to date and clean. They have excellent communication and are friendly. Another reason, I would use this company is Megan, the Extra Space employee, who on 3/8/24 was empathetic to my situation, showed extra amount of effort to my request, went way and beyond to meet their customer’s needs. Extra Space Storage has a valuable member on their team! Thanks!

She offered water when I’d been coughing, let us know about all the accessories we can use for packing, and made me feel safe when she would drive by to check on us while working. I especially appreciate that at night now that it gets darker fast. She is thorough when explaining things and takes her time to answer any questions and even stays later after her shift ended to help us. Comment: I needed a storage unit last minute, called about 4 places and they were the only ones that were open till late. I called around 5:30 and the person at the site assisted me in setting everything up quickly and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure everything was ready for me when I got there.After setting up my account they found me a unit and prepared it for me and left a brand new cylinder lock as well.I arrived with my buddies, used the provided gate code, unloaded the uhaul truck and left without issue at around 9 pm.Although I only needed it for the month, I stopped over at the unit a few times and entered without issue regardless of the time. I believe their hours were from 6am to 10pm which was awesome since most places closed at 6pm.The location is also kept very clean and from what I saw there werent any traces of rodents or insects in the storage units or outside.When checking out I informed the office attendant in passing and they went ahead and did all the paperwork for me so that all I had to do was notify them when the unit was empty. They sent me the last few emails and that was it.If I ever needed a storage unit again I would definitely come back to Extra Space Storage as it was an easy stress free experience from start to finish.

Comment: I could not get my storage door open it was stuck play something from the inside something had fallen on the inside and preventing the door from sliding open and amazingly the manager woman on grounds I dont remember her name call a gentleman to help us get the door open and he came within about 10 or 15 minutes and was able to get my storage door open 😀‼️ I was so happy ‼️ it only took him five minutes no kidding 😂 and he got that door open no problem lol.... I was able to simply look them up from my phone, sign up, sign contracts, get my access code via email, pulled up to the unit, opened the door. The lock was waiting inside and I was ready to go. Let me add that this was all done in a 15 to 30 minute period from start to finish. I’ve had storage facilities in the past, and it was a timely process, not to mention I had to bring my own lock. Love the fact that it’s already provided and keep things super simple. The follow up phone call I received the next day just adds to the level of customer service. This location offers. Let me add the cleanliness and overall aesthetics of this location are immaculate.

Comment: I had the worst experience at this facility I can’t even put into words how devastated we are! We had to put our entire house at this storage facility since we were PCSing to another state and waiting for the military to arrange the transport for our household goods. While waiting for the arrangements to be made the storage facility decided to change all of their doors and in the process whoever they hired ruined all of our stuff! We had professional movers organize everything in the storage and when they fixed the doors the people threw everything inside with no care, they broke multiple items and what seems like they dragged our mattresses which were in bags! And now there not.. and we haven’t even seen the rest of it.. I can’t believe we put all of our hard earned goods at the hands of them! Now we are in another state having to deal with the situation...

No one bothered to fix the bent door which makes it extremely hard to close and the door thats so hard to open because of the aging metal, is, I am afraid going to throw my back out. I have had a pleasant experience dealing with the employees who work here and communicating with them. They are always willing to help when I ask for something. And as an added bonus, the restroom always seems to be clean. The gates are accessible very early and very late in comparison to other local storage facilities. When I have questions, I can always give them a call. If they do not answer, someone always calls me back very quickly. Comment: The manager Andrew made my move as easy as possible. He made it a point to save me time so I didnt have to fill out paperwork while my movers wait. He also let me borrow a dolly free of charge. Had plenty of space for the cheapest I found. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Comment: Andrew and his staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They have gone above and beyond to make our move out of state manageable... To know that our belongings are in a clean safe storage space provided peace of mind during a very stressful time. They were even able to work with us as problems arose and we were hundreds of miles away. Their corporate office should know what a great team they have at this location! I would absolutely recommend them if you have storage needs!

Comment: This place is honestly the best storage company Ive ever rented from. Me and my wife have been renting here for several years now and though the management has changed it seems the standards have not.the customer service is unlike anything Ive ever experienced anywhere else. The staff makes it feel as though its a good thing that we are renting from them. Ive been to other places and received terrible service... The employees at those places seem to be bodies keeping the office warm whereas with extra space I see someone out on the property usually every time Im here.The customer service is so good here its almost SCARY. ;)

Comment: Helpful, courteous, prompt, clean...what else can I say. This is a top-notch storage place. I needed something quick as a result of a flood in our house. Staff definitely knows there stuff and I even got the first month free! Now sure how long well be with them, but I feel confident that my personal items are in good hands.

Comment: I cant say enough about this place. They have the best prices Ive seen so far. The employees were very helpful as well as respectful and nice. Location is great for my wife and I. Everything about this place is just all around amazing!
