As a repeat customer, I reached out for an estimate for our new home in Yorba Linda, Don came personally to look at the home, and size the fan. Later he came with his wife, and was going to install the fan, but decided that a smaller fan would serve us better. Long time residents of YL, they gave us all sorts of tips invaluable to new time residents. He had to order the new fan and sent back his foreman and fan expert to do the installation. All and all, it was an excellent experience, and Im very happy with the work and the fan. Id researched them back in 2017 and liked what I heard about their company and product performance and their owner, Don was great to deal with. We have enjoyed the benefits of a whole house fan! The other day I found out that they now are also back to doing HVAC installations and repairs. I highly recommend this company. Don is easy to deal with, explains things well, stands behind his work and doesnt try to upsell you on things you dont need and thats definitely not the case with all companies in this industry. Recently we had an issue with the switch/timer for our whole house fan and Don immediately sent out his technician, Blake, and replaced it, no questions asked. Blake was also a great representative of the company - efficient, friendly, explained things, wore a mask :) :) and it was great to hear that on a personal note he likes the company he works for, what they stand for, how they operate and th people he works with and for. It is VERY easy to be charged way too much for HVAC services because unless you know how the operate you can really get taken for a ride, but not with Eco Air and its great to see a company consistently highly rated over the many years they have been around. It is always smart to get a couple of bids if youre shopping a whole new anything, but definitely make Eco Air your first call because they will walk you through things so you can understand how to analyze any other information you get and likely will discover they are a great company to deal with based on pricing and not being sold services or products you dont need or at an unfair price. The fan has been great and really saves on a/c use. I also had them do the a/c checkup. I spoke with Don, the owner, who was nice, courteous, and gave me a fair quote. On the days of the job (job had to be completed in three sessions) his crew showed up on time, they were also nice, and did a good job with the installation. The products work well and helps to keep the house/attic cooler. I like how the attic fan can be controlled through an app and has its own thermostat so you don’t have to worry about it. Don actually came out for an installation a few weeks ago and saw that I needed my attic completely cleaned and my Insulation replaced. I truly appreciate that he told me that prior to installing the fan. He said he wasnt comfortable installing until that was done. That work was finished, Don came back today to install. He explained the fan operation completely cleaned any dust for the installation. They truly are just the kindest people, and so honest. Its been super reliable for 6 yrs now, and we just recently had a small issue with the timer switch dying, but it was a quick fix and the repair techs also did some maintenance on the fan unit in the attic in the same appointment to make sure everything keeps running smoothly. Overall great service and definitely a good investment- 6 years with no issues is pretty impressive in my book!

Don put us in his little magic chamber to give us a little teaser of how quiet and forceful the Quiet Cool system is. He gave an amazing presentation and was very professional. We scheduled an appointment to replace the old fan with a the new Quiet Cool system. The installation professional Jonathan arrived on time, explained his plan of action and got straight to work. He stopped to explained every detail of his progress during the replacement installation. Jonathan’s assistant made sure there was no mess throughout the process. The replacement took just over 2 hours to complete. Jonathan provided a demonstration of the system and explained how to clean the grate and explained the remote. He was very professional. We were very impressed and pleased with the entire process from meet to complete.

Comment: Update May 2023: On an outreach from Eco Air Solutions I took them up on their offer for an annual A/C cleaning and quiet cool maintenance check. I figured its not a bad idea since summer is approaching. I am glad I did! The tech helped confirm the cleanliest of the A/C and quiet cool and also discovered an issue with my A/C not running properly because the filter was installed incorrectly! Once we removed it the A/C was working much more efficiently. Im happy to have that discovered now and not when the A/C is really needed in the hot summer here in SoCal. All around I would highly recommend this business for any of their services.Update:I was able to find a different attic access that allowed us to install a whole house fan. Everything went well, the time it took was what the guys onsite said it would. They installed it, kept me aware of what was happening, cleaned up. Overall, excellent group and glad we got this installed.I did a ton of searching for a local business to help me understand if my condo unit was suitable for a whole house fan. After Don quickly gave me a call after my initial outreach he was very accommodating, informative and respectful of me and my wife having a new born and was very easy to communicate and work with.Unfortunately, after he investigated my unit, it was determined this was not doable. Comment: We used Eco Air Solutions to install a Quiet Cool Fan, do an AC tune up and ultimately get a new AC and furnace. I know you are thinking, well duh, they did the tune up so they sold me on a new AC. First let me say the Fan was installed before the tune-up and we LOVED IT. The installer was professional, knowledgeable and quick. Then later I needed a tune up and Jacob was scheduled to come, but the day before the AC basically died. He checked it out and told me all about how he can try to fix our 30+ year old AC. It actually seemed like a challenge he was looking forward to trying to troubleshoot. He explained each thing that needed to be done, the ~ cost and also explained why it would also be difficult to get the Freon needed for this old beast. He was knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, explained everything he did and would need to do, and never once tried to upsell me. I contacted Don to ask what the cost would be for a new one to compare to the cost of the repairs. He gave me some great options but he did not press me on go the route of a full replacement. Together he helped me research rebates and compared what the options were and while I opted for the more expensive model, he actually was giving me reasons why I could get by with the smaller model and less expensive one. Jacob again came out to do the install and he and his apprentice were great. Friendly, worked diligently and quietly while I was on meetings all day, and they were both very professional. Throughout the process, I had many many questions and Don was always responsive, friendly, funny (bonus) and professional. I have had someone from his team here on three different occasions and every time, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. Clearly they enjoy their job and the quality of their work is exceptional. We spoke to Don & after checking a few other places, we decided to go with them. When we called back to schedule, they were able to come out the next Tuesday! They called when they were on the way, which was great, since it was 7:00 am. Jacob & Angel showed up on time & were very professional & knowledgeable about the product. Jacob explained how to use it, when to use it & how to get the best results on hot days. They made quick work of installation & cleaned up afterward. Even our dogs liked them! As we cannot comment on the QuickCool fan yet, it seems like it will do what we want. We definitely CAN recommend this company & look forward to having a long relationship with them!!

Comment: I contracted with this company to install a whole house fan. After interviewing 5 different companies, I chose them because they were the most thorough and spent the most time reviewing the problem before offering multiple solutions on how to best resolve the cooling difficulties we were having on our 2nd story. I really appreciated that they did not try to sell the highest priced repair first like so many others did. They actually suggested some of the lower priced options first before considering the higher priced repair costs. If you get a chance, make sure you request Blake and/or Jacob for your initial consultation.

He asked about the size of our place and some other information then went over whole house fan options and how they work. Had the job scheduled for a few days later. The installers Terry & his partner arrived on time. Terry facilitated the removal of the OLD fan & installation of this SUPER QUIET fan. You have to hear it to believe! Terry & partner we’re very courteous & concerned with keeping his area clean. 2 hrs later & everything is done. Looks good. Sounds quiet. His guys showed up right on time, they were very polite. They wore masks and gloves the entire time. They installed our house fan in less than 2 hours and didnt leave a SINGLE bit of dust/dirt when they were done. Eco Air was about $500 less than another company I called! I called, setup an appointment for install, and sent them some pictures of my existing vents. Easy.Their installers came out and had my fan installed in about 2 hours. They asked me where I wanted the switch mounted and cleaned up no problem. Comment: I’m completely blown away by this fan. I’m old school and try to use the AC as little as possible, especially with the new electric rates. In the evenings I would put fans by my doors and try to bring the cool air from outside into the house, but always a struggle and the floor fans get in the way.My new whole house has no struggle to bring in the cool air and creates an amazing breeze. Shocked how well this fan cools the house in the evenings, nights, and mornings. Still need AC mid day if the weather is extremely hot but I’ve cut my usage by 75%.Don came to my house to make sure my old furnace wouldn’t be an issue. Jacob came over and did an excellent job installing both a whole house fan and attic fan in just an hour and a half. I could not be more happy with the investment.
