Comment: Unfortunately we had a termite scare in our household on a Sunday afternoon. I quickly got on Yelp and reached out to several companies and Jeff with Eagle Eye responded and provided detailed information of what to expect of his services. I appreciated seeing other positive reviews from past customers which reinforced my decision to work with them. That and that they use pet friendly products which given we have three little doggies that was important to us.Jeff was with us the very next day and quickly put our concerns at ease after assessing the situation and developing a game plan for treatment. It has now been over 14 days and activity has ceased and we are now on to remediation. Could not be more pleased with the experience and I trust that if anything comes up, we are in good hands. Customer service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this company.

Comment: After purchasing an older home, I had about 6 companies come out to give me quotes for fumigation. Jeff easily stood out above them all.Jeff was the only one out of all the companies to congratulate us on our purchase. He seemed genuinely excited for us and was eager to help (not make a sale). All the other companies required us to do some form of prep work ourselves (trim hedges around house for clearance, etc). Jeff knew that we already had a lot of moving parts to deal with and assured us that he would take care of everything, and he did.Eagle Eye Home and Termite will be my go to for home inspections and pest control moving forward, and it should be yours too. Business owners like Jeff are becoming fewer and far between. It felt like working with a neighbor you actually liked.

We hired him to eradicate rats in our attic and to seal off their entry points, which he did. We also hired him to repair some irrigation leaks. He is very knowledgeable in many areas!

He identified roof leaks, subterranean termites, multiple entry points for a variety of creatures, a massive plumbing leak, and an exposed wire all lurking out of site in my basement. Comment: If I could give Jeff 10 stars, I would!! I hired him for a home inspection and asked if he could help me fix some of the items that he noticed needed fixing. A few weeks later I reached out to him and asked him to help me with a list of items, some of which were not on his list, but that I needed help with. He responded right away and we set up a time for him to come by. He helped me install a new kitchen faucet, replaced my sink baffle, cleaned out my gutters, put in insulation over the condenser line, caulked some holes in my bathroom, completed some ducting that was needed in the attic, and even replaced the light bulb. All of this at a very reasonable price. This would have cost me almost double if I had someone else come out. I will definitely be using him again if I need anything else done. Thank you again, Jeff!!

Comment: I had Jeff do a crawl space investigation for potential insect entry points. He discovered a number of subterranean termite tubes and was also able to treat the areas without me searching for an exterminator. He also pointed out some questionable practices by a contractor that did some bathroom remodeling for me. This was hidden from view and only discovered upon his inspection. This prompts further investigation with the City Department of Building and Safety and the contractor. Jeff was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I would strongly consider Jeff and his company for your home inspection needs.

Comment: Do not hesitate to hire Jeff. He is absolutely one of a kind and is hands down the best inspector Ive ever worked with. He not only drove an hour to meet me for an excellent, extremely thorough same-day inspection, but it was 95+ degrees outside and he offered me cold water and sunscreen. He is kind, empathetic, professional, prepared, and treated me (a totally novice home renter) with respect. The inspection was so, SO detailed and since then he has followed up about any questions I might have. He patiently answered everything for me in a way that made sense. Never once tried to upsell me. I cannot recommend him enough. Dont think twice about hiring him. He will give you everything you need to feel safe and prepared in your new home.
