Comment: I have been going to Dior Lash for about 2 years now and I am grateful to have this establishment to do my lashes. I havent been able to write a review because I am very busy. But if you are a Busy person and need to find a place that does great lash extensions... then this is the place. They will accommodate you and your schedule and they are extremely professional and friendly.I have a lash artist that always does a Great Job and her name is Nicole V. She always has Great energy, is professional, kind, and we always have great conversations, and Good Vibes. The Staff at this studio are very friendly and professional. I have always had a good experience with each one of them ... also a special shout out to Alesha ... she does a Great Job as well.Thats why I always go back . This is a Great place to get your lashes done and another plus is the glue they use never gives me an allergic reaction where Ive had lash extensions done somewhere else and the glue irritated my eyes and caused a bad rash. But their glue has never done that and their products are awesome. Its a Gem of a Place .

Comment: Poor attitudes, the receptionist dont speak when you walk in . The lash techs are rude, and will damage your lashes . I specifically asked not to see Alexandria because of her attitude, and my lashes were tender for days after . So, I started seeing Laura, ( who is amazing) but shes busy. I was supposed to see saleena, when I get there they have me scheduled with Alexandria .. as a business owner this place is trash . Theyre wasting my damn time, I will never ever go back !!!

Comment: Spouse asked for a low key, subtle enhancement of her lashes and ended up with hoochie-mama, unnatural looking butterfly wing attachments to her eyelids! Now she has to go get fish-lip fillers and a couple neck tattoos to balance out the look. Super glad she knows how to wear a flat brim LA baseball hat over her ears. Dude!UPDATE: After 48 hours she removed those heinous wanna-be rap star/pole dancer cheesy lashes. All of this might have been OK if the lash artist would have actually listened and understood what the customer wanted. But then again, my wife doesnt speak east Corona English very well and I am sure the lash artist couldnt tell the difference between a twenty-something baby-mama with a brand new welfare check and a middle-aged grandma battling cancer looking for a little preservation of normal. Easy mistake.

I have gone to a few artists at Dior and the artists are amazing, but of course I have my one artist who is my top choice who I religiously only go to. I want to gate keep because she’s the best and i fear it being more difficult to get my desired appointment slots…,,but I guess I can’t be selfish 😢 ALIZA is hands down my artist ! She’s friendly and caring and you can tell she takes a great deal of pride in her work and making sure you leave the happiest with your lashes ! Book with her but if you can make sure it doesn’t interfere with my appointments 🤣😇

Comment: My first time coming here everyone was so nice and helpful Annie made it so easy to book an appointment and answered all my questions and even recommended me eyelash extensions supplies to keep them nice and clean. Also the lash artist Nicole did an amazing job on my eyelashes they came out exactly how I wanted them to and even used a sensitive glue after I told her I had an allergic reaction to them from another eyelash tech and I never got an allergic again after her using a different glue.

How rude they are & unprofessional. .. not only do they hassle you to buy the products they have, And if you don’t they guilt trip you . Last year I was sick with kidney failure . Once I was back home I really wanted a new set .. well unfortunately I couldn’t walk so I had to cancel my appointment. Not only were they rude & unsympathetic, I could been a liability and I would of had an accident in the studio ! But they just didn’t care .. also they charged me full price anyway ( I didn’t even show up . Even when I called ahead of time)Once I wrote a review on how unprofessional they were - they told me to take my review down and that I would get “ credits “ towards my fills .. well . They lied about that too . and when I asked she’s like trying to scare me ; by saying “ well let me call the manager “ not only are they rude to clients but previous lash artist that I know use to work there didn’t get treated well . Not putting my post down .. I wish I never did . . Save your money there’s lots of better/ kind studios out there !

Comment: This salon was a life saver!!! I had a botched lash lift done at a lash lounge at the crossings in corona. My lashes were overprocessed by the other salon, and they were crimped, curled back too far and crisscrossing in every direction. I could not even wear mascara. I went into this salon after learning about a keratin lash lift and how they can safely reverse a bad lash lift. Unlike most salons, this lash salon uses the keratin lash lift and they told me it can actually can help strengthen and improve the appearance of the eyelashes, which is exactly what it did.Gloria performed my lash lift reversal and they no longer look crazy and I am able to wear mascara again! She was super sweet, and extremely gentle. She was able to get every lash straightened out, even the broken shorter ones and ones that were so crimped and curled back, which I didnt think was possible. I’m so happy with the results!!Also this salon was super busy (which is always a good sign) but they were able to accommodate me right away because of everything I had been through. Thank you so so so much Gloria!

Comment: I never leave bad Yelp reviews but this place sadly deserved it. My friend went in for her lash appointment today at 1pm and I waited in the lobby for her the whole time. As I was waiting, I heard nothing but the two girl receptionists gossiping about almost every customer who left after getting their lashes done and also about some of the lash techs who worked here. From what it seemed like, I even heard them whispering and laughing about me while I was doing nothing but quietly sitting on my phone waiting for my friend. My friend mentioned that her lash tech didn’t make any sort of conversation with her for the whole 2 hours and the experience wasn’t comfortable. Very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and immature environment. Such a negative place. This was 100% my entire experience just sitting in the lobby and it will be our first and last time coming here.

Only to find my experience as all are saying : Very clean place, perfessionall staff.But, the most important part is the product, eyelashes are not staying on. After two days my right side eyelashes extension fell out.It was beautifully done, paid too much money for this result to be happening. I did all they told me to do I wasnt happy with my eyelashes to fall out.I called after a week to cancel my refill appointment. They did ask why? I reply all that happen. Selena Lashes was nice to redo them for free.I loved that second chance to redo them. So. Im here today to try it again. I will write a report of what happens. They do offer products to help maintain. I bought them, did not get to try it due to they fell off.25% were off on my right eye, 75 % were on my left.We will see....

Comment: The lashes don’t last long at all, I tried going here for 3 sessions and each time the lashes basically only lasted about a week. And when you go in for a fill they are rude about it, the eyelash artist told me is was my fault they didn’t last🙄... I’ve been getting eyelashes done elsewhere for over 3 years and never had this problem before. Also, every time you go in they try to push you to buy extra products which is very annoying. I had bought the serum that they said helps with eyelash retention (LOL) and it literally did nothing and looks like water. I showed the product to my new eyelash place to see what they think and they laughed at it and said the product is bogus. I really wanted to like this place because the owner is so nice and sweet, but I can’t help but write this review and explain

Comment: Update I’ve been a loyal customer for a year & some months & I get a fill weekely religiously & birthed my 7th child 5/30/2019 since then I’ve had some unforeseen things come up & had to cancel 3 of my appointments with communication to Salena Lashes . I called today to see if I can come in 8/14/19 or 8/15/19 wanting to get serviced sooner before 8/17/19 Arron informed me that he was told I can no longer receive service per Salena who is the owner. With no explanation or reason keep in mind I have a service appointment 8/17/19 & in my mind when was I going to be notified of such. So it’s not okay for me to cancel a appointment with given notice but it’s okay to get a courtesy call from Salena Lashes informing me that they had some cancelations & want to know if I could possibly come in sooner 😳.. in some cases I agreed because I wasn’t doing anything. Salena I get your running a business but you should value quality customers NOT quantity customers & it’s only one sided keep that in mind for your value customers you don’t offer any incecntices giving back ex:punch cards for so many services receive any loyalty discounts Birthday appreciation with Valid proof~nothing your only concerned about racking in the coins & meeting a financial demand on your end. You ever asked yourself let me call & just inquire how my customers are doing we’re all human & experience things however I’m not just any type of customer yours... you know me BUSINESS owner to Business owner. I’ve sent a lot of customers your way & im speaking for all of your loyal customers it is us who keep your doors open love. And there was nothing I could do about it because I was flying out of town and I just got back into town, so it was very pointless to contact them. By the third day my right eye pretty much had nothing on it. So I pretty much wasted my money. Hopefully no one else has that problem, they’re really good... Over priced for Lash lift that wasn’t done right and didn’t last 2 weeks. I mentioned that they weren’t very curled. I’ve had them done multiple times but other places and have had them way more curled and all she did was apply some more liquid to them.

Comment: I liked the studio and I liked the service. They do pretty lashes and prices are reasonable. The only thing I will say is that I was told they would reach back after a couple days to check on my lashes and they never did.

Comment: Just finished getting my first full set of lash extensions.... EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!The facility is very CLEAN and pretty! The girls at the front desk were POLITE and HELPFUL. My extensions were done by Kayla, who was super sweet, helpful and patient. She was very cooperative with what I wanted my lashes to look like, and, in fact, the my lashes look EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES I showed her which is amazing! The entire experience was VERY RELAXING and took approximately 2 hours. I had NO negative reaction to the glue/fumes (NO burning/ irritation/ pain) at all! :) Kayla was very informative and did an excellent job that in very pleased with. I will DEFINITELY be going again! :)The pictures provided were taken approximately 40 mins after getting the lashes applied :) no redness!

Comment: For starters love the decor. Always so clean. The girls do a really good job in making you feel welcome and comfortable. Their priority is to make sure you get the look you want. Its a little pricey but its totally worth it.
