From the moment I stepped into his office and met his office manager, Cheri, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Niccoles professionalism and genuine care were evident from the very beginning.During the initial consultation, Dr. Niccole took the time to listen to my concerns and desires regarding my nose. Unlike other doctors I had consulted with, he respected my wishes and didnt push for additional procedures or alterations beyond what I wanted. Not only is he an incredible and talented surgeon but he also has great bedside manner. I immediately felt so comfortable with him. It’s important you have trust in someone who pretty much has your life in his hands while you are under.Dr Nicole performed breast augmentation, lift, tummy tuck, hernia repair, and lipo in July 2023. I’m 3 months post op and I feel and look amazing. No regrets!!! His staff was so welcoming and warm from the moment I made the first phone call. Jess, one of his nurses is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I told her I was nervous and was hoping to see her the morning of the surgery, she offered to FaceTime me which says a lot about how passionate she is about her job. She calmed my nerves that morning and gave me the boost I needed. I have to say they are lucky to have her at Cosmeticare. Katherine his NP has done other procedures for me and she’s also just as amazing as Dr.Nicole. I had a great recovery. Jess made it even better because she was so attentive and answered all my questions. My favorite nurse - Jessica Jess - shes great. Told her Im scared of needles before she drew my blood 😬 she was gentle, comforted me - I didnt even feel anything. Im so happy Every time shes my nurse during my follow up. She makes us feel like weve known each other for years. Thank you.Ofcourse Dr. Niccole the best of the best. A wealth of knowledge and an eye of an artist, Dr Niccole will guide you throughout the entire process: before, during and far after your procedure! Some were local to me in Temecula and some doctors I met were in Beverley Hills, infamous from the show “The Doctors”. I was in a position where I could go wherever I wanted- no obstacle! After tons of research and observation of different doctors & approaches, he knew how to put it in simple terms to help straighten out all my questions. I came in not sure of what I wanted, but was very small chested (32 A/B) and just saying I wanted to look blessed but not financially ;)Dr Reagan took the time to listen to me and was able to figure out the best size for me that fit what I wanted and looked good with my frame. For starters, I had been thinking about breast augmentation surgery for years but just couldn’t bring myself to commit to the decision. I attended a complimentary breast augmentation event at CosmeticCare last year and immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The staff was welcoming & informative, and really helped me make the decision to pull the trigger and treat myself to something I’d been thinking of for too long.I am now six weeks post op from my breast aug surgery and I can’t say enough great things about CosmeticCare. The entire medical practice has exceeded my expectations from the beginning and continue to show their support even after surgery. Making the decision to have the surgery was a BIG deal for me - I’m not great with change & I was very anxious leading up with to my surgery, but now that I’m on the other side in recovery, I constantly ask myself why I waited so long. I am so so happy with my size and outcome!Dr Justin West was very attentive and I absolutely believe he had my best intentions in mind throughout the entire process. He picked an implant size that matched my inspiration picture, but also listened to my concerns on sizing and made sure the fit was right for my frame. Before my surgery, I visited with Dr West once more to go over sizing and the procedure. Dr West prepared me for surgery and helped calmed my nerves. Even Dr. Niccole popped in while I was pre-op to say hello and ask me about myself - I had never met Dr. Niccole but my point is that CosmeticCare genuinely cares about their patients. The little things go along way!After surgery, Dr West called twice to check up on me throughout the weekend which is a testament to CosmeticCare’s great customer service and overall medical practice. Comment: My friend had gotten Liposuction on her neck/cheek at Cosmeticare by Doctor B. Raegan. I took her for her surgery day and for her follow-up. We had been told what results were to be expected and a time frame of 6 months for the results to actually show. Let me tell you ... her surgery took place back in August and there hasn’t been any major difference . We understood that there would be some results after the three months and almost final results by six months. She has reached her six months and looks the same from prior to her surgery. She has spoken to her doctor, voiced her concerns on her results and how she is not satisfied with them. They basically told her that she should do another surgery. Another surgery?!?! How is it that it wasn’t the slightest bit successful on the first surgery they did ?!?! Why wouldn’t a refund be a option ?? How come she has to spend approximately another $4,000. Basically my point here is don’t bother to come get anything done here, more so any sort of liposuction because you won’t receive any sort of results. This place is a joke, unprofessional. I would know because I saw it and experienced it second hand. I am extremely upset that my friend had to go through this and the pain for no results. No results and no refund or any kind of compensation!!

Comment: I got a surgery (neck/chin liposuction)6 months ago and I haven’t see any result, I look exactly the same as 6 months ago.Doctor B. Reagan told me on my last visit that his only solution is do another liposuction, but why I would even considered to pay again when he can’t even promise me any change or better work, he said and quote “ we can do another lipo and we can probably get a change of 3 in the scale of 1-10” being 1 my actual change after 6 months!!! I went to this place looking for a 10 not a 1 or 2.I basically lost $4,000!!I had so much anxiety and depression after I noticed that I paid to “fix” something and I didn’t get the result that I was looking for and the result that he promised me.

I came to see Jill, who is the sweetest human ever, after having a virtual consult with her a few weeks ago, she decided that I was a good candidate for Coolsculpting, so we started the process! I felt super safe being here in the middle of a Pandemic, everything is sparkling clean, everyone wears a mask, and the waiting area is not busy. Jill explained the whole process to me, was super attention and kind, and is honestly a complete angel. She made the experience so easy and pleasant. Kat did such an amazing job at calming my nerves when she noticed how stiff I was while she was doing the injections lol. She asked me to take a deep and slow breath and man, something so simple helped a million!Im really impressed with the botox, I can tell such a difference and I can see why its addicting! As for the lips, looking back I wish I would have asked her to stop half way through so I can the progress and tell her where I wanted her to focus the other half of the syringe on. I like them, but feel she did most on the top lip and will be back to get more on the bottom lip.All in all, I am satisfied and will definitely be back!!

Only saline implants were available back then, but Dr. Niccole did such a good job that they lasted 20 years. I went back to Dr. Niccole recently when they needed to be exchanged, now with silicone gel, which doesnt seep into the skin. He was very straightforward and suggested a more natural approach to what I told him, which he said would stick out in an unnatural way, like a doll. Im glad I listened, because I love the results. My breasts look natural and I look beautiful. My boyfriend said theyre so natural he wouldnt know I had anything done if I hadnt told him.Besides being a great plastic surgeon, Dr. Niccole is so much like a friend and hes very honest. I went from an A cup to a full D/ low E. There was a really great nurse during the consultation who took off her shirt to show me how her breasts looked. Because of her real-life demonstration, I decided to go with the D instead of a C and I got the medium-plus size. I wasnt nervous at all before the surgery--I was so excited! Everything went smoothly and easily, but the first two weeks of recovery were a little uncomfortable because Im not used to sleeping on my back.Dr. Niccole was very friendly and very easy to talk to. Even though he did work on my mom and aunt, we had never met before, but he made me feel very comfortable. Comment: Ive had two procedures with Dr. Niccole at CosmetiCare. First I had breast implants, and then 10 years later I had the saline implants replaced with silicone implants, plus a lift. Id not known that implants eventually needed to be replaced. Id noticed a rippling in the saline from lifting weights or doing push ups, and so went in for a consultation and then got them replaced. Recently I experienced some soreness and sagging in my left breast, so went to see Dr. Niccole. We figured out that I was simply sleeping too much on my left side, and needed to sleep more on my right side.I love Dr. Niccole. Hes a great doctor. Id go back to him again for any new procedure or for his consultation. I trust when I go to him that hes giving me the utmost care, suggestion, and direction that a doctor can. Comment: I had a mastopexy with Dr. Niccole, and even though I was so scared that I almost backed out before the procedure, I ended up feeling very comfortable and Im so happy I had it done. Before going to CosmetiCare I visited four other plastic surgeons but I didnt click with those doctors and their offices werent very welcoming. I then went to CosmetiCare and I hit it off with Dr. Niccole right away. He is very personable and took the time to get to know me. He also showed me some amazing pictures of the work he had done and they were much better than the photos I had seen at the other doctors offices.On the day of the surgery I almost backed out twice because I was so nervous, but the anesthesiologist and surgical nurse were awesome and calmed me down. Then, Dr. Niccole made me feel comfortable because he is so calm, cool, and collected, and he obviously knows what hes doing.Four weeks after the surgery, they took off the surgery tape and both my husband and mother (who were with me in the office) were amazed by how small the scars were. Even with a lot of running and working out, I couldnt get rid of fat in these areas. I thought I needed implants because my chest was droopy under my arms, but Dr. von Maur said it wasnt necessary--that I didnt need to spend the money.I got in for my surgery just two weeks after my consultation. Everything went really well. Dr. von Maur called me at home in the evening to see how I was doing, and I went in the next day for drainage and to have my incisions checked. I thought Id be in a lot more pain, but I only needed pain pills the first day. Comment: I went to CosmetiCare for breast augmentation and Botox treatments. I was referred by a friend, whod also had breast augmentation done there. Dr. Burr von Maur did my procedure. He gave me amazing results and today I feel great. He and the staff nurses made me feel well cared and informed throughout the entire process.The nurses at CosmetiCare that do the Botox are a step above any other place Ive had these treatments. They just seem to have an expertise and the results are different than Ive experienced before. Theyre also really friendly and personable. They tell you about new procedures, but not as far as trying to be sales people about it. CosmetiCare is at a great location in Newport Beach. Its also easy to make appointments.

Comment: I had liposuction of my abs and flanks done by Dr. Burr von Maur. Id had a cancer five years ago and they had to cut through my abdominal muscles. I wasnt flat-figured before that, but my stomach just never bounced back and it kept getting bigger. Several friends I trust had gone to Dr. Niccole at CosmetiCare for breast augmentation. He wasnt my doctor but I completely trusted CosmetiCare.Everything was five stars from start to finish. The office was very clean and the location was easy for me to get to. Dr. von Maur was encouraging and informative. I also had personal attention from one of the nurses who sat with me before and after the consultation with the doctor to answer all my questions, and also looked after me in post-op. Im happy I went with this procedure because my results are so much better than Id expected. Ive gone down nearly two sizes and I am no longer embarrassed to wear a bathing suit.

Comment: I had my ears and breasts done by Dr. Nicole. I chose him over 3 other Dr.s that I interviewed due to his professional and courteous approach and friendly office staff. I really enjoyed my experience and I am overjoyed with the results. My ears bothered me for years and I am so glad that I finally had them pinned back. My original saline above the muscle implants were over 15 years old and encapsulated. I had below the muscle cohesive silicone done and they look and feel great. From the person who checked me in, the medical assistants, to the doctors, everyone made me feel comfortable and informed about the procedures available. And as a bonus, they have a great aesthetician on-site to keep the results looking their best for the long term.
