Comment: I was scheduled to be here @10 am and arrive 15 before my appointment its 1055am and they just told me that the tech is having complications with her patient why not have 2 techs on site for that procedure with the volume of patients that come in. The facility needs coordination to keep the flow going.

Comment: I have been to this facility several times and they have always been courteous and fast and friendly. I went this time for an ultrasound I had an appointment at 2:15 gave him my health insurance card and barely had time to sit down and they called my name. The waiting room was full so I’m not sure if they were walkins or what. The girl that did the ultrasound and the student were in the room they were both very nice polite and treated me with respect. I don’t know what all the bad comments on here or about but I can see nothing but good clean and efficient

Comment: I was very disappointed that they wouldnt answer the phone calls I made them during business hours and that they dont schedule appointments for x-rays (walk-ins only). But, even though the wait time for an x-ray was an hour, I DID like that I was able to walk out of the office and expect a text message when they were ready to see me. Employees in the front office remained patient and professional regardless of how overwhelming it was to deal with so many patients. I loved the kindness and respect I received. The techs taking the x-rays made it a pleasant experience for my child, by talking and explaining the process. Made it quick and easy, too. Thank you. 10 stars out of 5! LOL!

Great experience.Update 5/20/21After a fall, Urgent care Dr sent me here for an X-ray to check for a bone bruise and an ultrasound to check for a blood clot in my leg…🙏Jesus at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate me. There was a 2 hour wait for X-rays but he got me in right away. Soonest Ultrasound appointment was June 14 in Rancho Cucamonga. Jesus had a cancellation and asked Michelle, the ultrasound tec to do my ultrasound right away. She was very sweet and accommodating. She even did extra images of the hematoma so I wouldn’t have to come back again. I always have a great experience at this location…🧡

Comment: Needed an X-ray, walked in and was immediately received, register and told the approximate wait time. Almost to the second I received a text message stating to check in at the front desk. I did and within moments my name was called and I was dressing to prepare for the x-ray. Minutes after that I was on my way. What a great experience for me, very nice gentleman at the desk was kind and informative. The technician was polite and respectful. Parking was adequate. Comment: I had a sonagram done today and everyone was very nice and professional. The only problem I had was with the instructions they sent me for the procedure. It instructed me to drink 32 oz. and hold it until after we were done. When I went to check in when I first arrived I was informed that I did not have to drink all that water for the test. This was very annoying because 1 month earlier my daughter had the same thing happen to her at the same lab. Make sure you verify the instructions that are sent to you.

Comment: We had to text to check in, which was fine. They responded fairly quickly. They had us upload a picture of the Dr. ‘s request. And then the expected wait time was 45-60 minutes. (The day before they had said an hour to an hour and a half. So we said we’d come back next day. And we did.) It ended up being about 70 minutes before we were called in. Then another 10 minutes in the waiting area, then 5 minutes in changing room. It’s fairly efficient, you just have to plan for the wait.

Two reasons I didn’t rate 5 stars is the staff could be friendlier and more upbeat. They barely spoke and the Technician who operated the machine didn’t acknowledge me at all. Very hum drum. And although it is Friday I get it’s casual day but they had on street clothes (jeans). Maybe a polo shirt with Corona Advance or Radnet logo would be more appropriate so patients can identify staff. Security & liability reasons alone would be enough reason to improve this.

I was told to show up at my appointment time anyway. Then an hour later they figured out they skipped me and forgot to call my name for my appointment. Comment: Wendy and all the rest of the nice ladies at the front are extremely courteous and proficient. The techs in the back are always kind and efficient. I have hadx-rays, ultrasounds here many times and never had a problem or left unhappy. Very professional all around.

I was amazed with the technician knowledge not that I know any better but you know when someone do what they do with experience and confidence especially when they are so young. Comment: Corona imaging Center is conveniently located with ample parking spots. We went there on a Monday at 5 Pm and there was no crowd. We went for an X-Ray for my 9 year old. The staff were professional, efficient and courteous.

Comment: I had missed my appointment because I arrived to the wrong location, and the front desk was so helpful that they pleasantly were able to accommodate me within the hour there at their location with no issues. I appreciated the help, I commute from OC and had to leave work early to make it, I wouldnt of been able to make it again til a few weeks later. Thank you so much for your help.

Comment: This location works more smoothly then the riverside office. It’s clean for the most part but the bathrooms did not have soap when I used it. Staff nice and helpful. I will come back to corona for future radiology

Comment: Was very happy with the care I received at Corona Advanced Imaging Center. Wasnt a long wait and the Ultrasound didnt take very long. Very professional and very clean offices. The results were sent to the Dr. who contacted me 2 days later. I am used to having to wait for results and/or calling the Dr. or Imaging center to push for results.

Comment: Arrived at the location without an appointment at around 8:15 in the morning. I was immediately received with a smile from a very pleasant person behind the counter which processed my paperwork quickly. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby when I was called back for my XRAY. The entire process took less than 20 minutes with excellent service from the front counter the technician. Ive never been to a location the provided x-rays with type of out standing service.

Comment: I waited a bit but it wasn’t that long. Maybe 10 mins. The place was clean and nice as well. The staff was quick and friendly. The lady that did my procedure informed me of everything beforehand so I knew what to expect and asked if I was doing okay a few times which I appreciated. Overall do recommend the location.

Comment: I was very pleased with the care I was given at Corona regional medical center. The staff was very helpful and very caring. And Alexis my nurse in urgent care was amazing. She understood how much pain I was in and she helped me with such patience and care....All tests were done quickly and efficiently.And I was able to get a diagnosis fairly quickly.....Thank so much to everyone that helped me in my time of need. Comment: My experience was almost Stellar. The young lady who did my tests was gentle and had the sweetest voice. This would have deserved 5 stars...The only complaint I have is that the receptionist was not friendly asked me to sit down when I tried to hand her my insurance card, and made a sour face at me when I told her I had chewed gum for 3 minutes while fasting because my breath felt stale. (That’s not going to show up on my ultrasound!)—Dr. J

Comment: I really want to rate this facility higher to 5 stars, but the gentleman behind the counter seemed to be annoyed by my questions regarding a discrepancy between my docs order and a test ordered to be performed on me (for clarity, the discrepancy does seem to be on my docs side, not theirs, but still...). However, the ladies who performed my test were fanastic, keeping me feeling calm and relaxed while the test was done. Again, this would have been a 5 star experience, but the gentleman at the front desk kinda dragged my experience down. Hope your experience is better.

Comment: First of all, they don’t deserve a star. I was told that I was going to receive either a call or an email about the address. Never received. I had to hit 2 clinics before i got here. Rude service. The receptionists are sitting in the front gossiping about clients and other staff. These people are no type of help.

Comment: My husband was scheduled for 8:30am ultrasound had to be fasting came from a city 1 hr away when we arrive at 8:30am we were told it wasn’t until 8:30pm!!! I said no that is a mistake who in there right mind would schedule an 8:30pm appointment knowing my husband was fasting?? I was furious they tried to make me reschedule but I spoke to scheduling department and asked for it to be fixed was able to get a 2:30pm appointment that day.. My poor husband had been fasting since midnight! That was so unprofessional of them.

Comment: Had X-rays done. The wait wasn’t to bad. Front desk Staff were friendly. X-rays techs were friendly as well. They have individual changing rooms (to change into your X-ray robe) each with a locker for your personal items which I thought was nice.

Comment: I called first, they never answered my call. After about 45 min I hung up. So, I went in. Everyone was friendly. As I waited, I heard the phone ring but never saw anyone answer. It took about 30 min to be called. In the past Ive waited up to 2 hrs. Glad it didnt take that long.

Comment: Good ultrasound, however... They told me to wait in the waiting room for the first part of the exam( Ive gone to every ultrasound so far at other offices) an hour later, my wife is done. If I had known this, I wouldnt have left work early. Not appreciated when I came to see my baby!
