Comment: It used to be a good service for physical therapy until it got a new owner. This time it was a great disappointment. There were still a few professional people. However the majority do nor care about the quality of the treatment. Patients basically do exercises on their own. Such exercises need to be done with the precision to be beneficial. Without supervision of the professional staff it is hard to achieve. After five sessions, I was informed they need approval from insurance. I waited for 1.5 month. What this place has never failed to do is to charge for the services right before the session. They overcharged me. I called a few times regarding reimbursement. It is over three months now. I still did not receive my money back. Hope my negative review will help the administration to improve their business for the benefits of the patients.

Comment: I go to Coast therapy in Anaheim for physical therapy for my left knee. The facility is clean, modern, and well spaced out. Front desk and the aids are very helpful and friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Gabriel, Andrew, Richard, Juliana, and Shay as aids all of them are great. Diana at the front desk is wonderful at helping me schedule appointments and coordinating doctors, insurance and all that nonsense. And can’t forget about my therapist Ruchi Patel who is AMAZING. She really learns the patient and determines what exercises are best for their situation. Her hands on work is very helpful and gentle. When Ruchi is unavailable I’ve had Teri and she is equally as awesome but watch out her hands on work was ticklish ;). She is very well knowledged in her field and has a great sense of humor. Overall Coast therapy is a 5 star kind of place and I highly recommend to anybody needing sports rehabilitation after an injury.

I had a hip injury from dance that was causing me pain for over two months. After a couple sessions here, I was already seeing progress. I ended up going consistently for about 8 weeks total and am now back to normal. I’m kind of sad to have healed so quickly since I looked forward to each session!

Comment: I waited a long while to write this, but feel I should tell my experience. Ive had a total of 6 years of PT at other places in other cities in years past due to a few injuries and surgeries. So I know the standard of care thats possible. The treatment wasnt horrible, just not as good as it could be. Dr. Land is smart, and does a good job with the hands on therapy, although he is limited by 30 minutes. My problem was with the aides. They juggle too many patients at once, and really dont watch how youre doing your exercises, therefore you can learn it wrong causing injuries. I told them, and it didnt change. I switched to a different clinic and am receiving incredible care for the same insurance payment. When its your body, your future, your ability to move, you should expect excellent care. It makes a difference.

Comment: I am from Michigan and have always used Coast Therapy. My physical therapist Camille is excellent at diagnosing the problem and finding exercises that are effective in correcting. In addition, they have tools and techniques that other pt facilities I have been to do not have. Great place!

Comment: I brought my son to COASTherapy for physical therapy on his throwing arm after he injured it. The staff was knowledgeable and very nice. They did a great job of creating a rehab & strengthening program to get my son back on the field again. I highly recommend COASTherapy.
