Comment: Booked an eyebrow threading service, and was assign Parvin. The shop is in a great location, clean, and was greeted promptly! Parvin took me to a private room w/ my doggo, and I explained briefly what I needed. She is a master craft at threading! She takes her time and pays attention to the details. Fully interactive throughout and allowed me to view the changes in real time. She took the time to advise on how to achieve the best eye brow arch and set me up for the next appointment to achieve the look I want, and she advised on how to get this look in the meantime. I was compelled to write a review because of her level of service and professionalism! Keep doing what you do Parvin - you rock!

Comment: Christina is amazing!! I was in town for vacation & was able to schedule a Brazilian wax with Christina day of! She was super quick, and lovely to work with! I’ve gone to a bunch of different places to get waxed & this was the most painless wax I’ve had! It was on overall really good experience! I would highly recommend her & am sad that she can’t wax me regularly 🥲 guess I’ll just have to move to SD

Comment: Overall my experience was good, the woman were all attentive and nice. At first look my eyebrows looked good, always hard to tell right when they are done since they are a bit red and inflamed. After I got back to my hotel and I had sat with them all day they were very thick and bushy similar to the trends of brows these days. I like a thinner brow which I mentioned in my appt, if she took off one more small line of hair it would have been perfect but instead I plucked them to thin shape I like. Was a bummer to spend money and not be 100% satisfied. Also my skin is so dry and the under portion of my brows are all red, patchy/sensitive to the touch which has never happened at any other brow place Ive visited. I was only in town visiting but would try somewhere else next time

Comment: I came in to get my eyebrows done, the receptionist Ashton, was sweet but yes I had my two young kids, one and two years old, so they were touching things and moving around. I understand how this can make someone nervous, But the lady doing eyebrows did nothing really to even clean up my eyebrows.. I could feel her in a rush and now that I took off the powder in my car I can see nothing was done, this is something I couldve did at home. Def wont be back here. Kids or not I dont think that should make a person do less than a great job. My husband used to work for tips so I tipped anyways but this is one of those instances where I really wish I didnt.

Comment: The first wax I had at this location was a poor experience, but today completely made up for it! Laura N was my aesthetician and she was fantastic. She used hard wax, was very gentle, and offered suggestions for how to exfoliate properly and prevent ingrown hairs. She also chatted with me the entire time so I wasnt as focused on the pain. It was quick and almost painless and of course Ill be back!
