Comment: Update 2/4/2022: I am moving my rating form 3 stars to 1 star and and absolutely cringing about how I got totally bilked from this company. I recommend spending your money somewhere that will be transparent with you and is not a complete disaster when it comes to administrative (dis)organization. During my initial I was convinced to get a lab panel through LabCorp. I was told that it would be covered by insurance. So, several months later now, I just received an EOB from my insurance company with zero coverage on the $2,197.25 that LabCorp billed, of which I owe $628.86. Good grief, what a scam. Tough lesson learned, no thanks.*********original review - I had a great Clear + Brilliant treatment here last week and I had actually been thinking about becoming a member. There is only one reason why I decided against it: lack of staff responsiveness. It took me two calls/voicemails before I was able to book my appointment. After my treatment, I actually wanted a hormone panel and the women told me she would email me with the information. No email. So I texted the number that the staff told me to text after I told them it was impossible to get through. Did that last week and still no response. Unfortunately, I dont have the time to chase down the staff here to get an appointment and for follow ups so I dont be going back (sadly).

Comment: I come here regularly, but the scheduling and lack of direction has greatly frustrated me. First I come in for a treatment only to find out they can’t perform it because I’ve been using retinol and no one told me to stop. So I rescheduled for two weeks later but they let me know that if I was free to come in a week later to call as they had an appointment free. I called when I got home and saw I was free and they said I was all set to come in a week later. I show up today for my appointment and they tell me they have me on the calendar for the following week and can’t see me. At that point i just cancelled the appointment and walked out I was so angry. Will be looking for somewhere else to go. It’s a shame because I like the people performing the services.

I work in the medical field myself, it’s not that complicated. At this point I feel like they were just there to take my money and necessarily help. Comment: I went to their Hormone Center for an evaluation..;.was considering treatment. I decided to find another clinic after meeting the Advisor what a bloviator. I needed to take a shower afterward. Well the scam didnt end there. Seven months later I saw they have processed nearly $3500 in blood test fees to my insurance carrier. Perhaps ever worse they received nearly all of it. I only wish I could give a rating below one star. BEWARE!!!

Comment: Some of their locations have better reviews. Some of the other locations show the true colors of their company. Before you spend thousands of dollars, make sure you are getting what you paid for. Newport Beach, Scottsdale AZ and Texas locations will scare you if you read the reviews.

They have a very professional demeanor and pleasant staff: Lily, Vanessa, Sara, and Brita just to name a few! Sara is impeccable with laser treatments and assuring that she thoroughly covers each individual area that you would like to laser. She is very knowledgeable in her practice, and patiently addresses all of your concerns. Likewise, Brita does a flawlessly exceptional facial. She leaves my skin feeling revived and luminous. She is meticulous and intuitive in what your skin needs. Lily and Vanessa are very warm and amiable, and always eager to accommodate any additional inquiries and concerns that you may have. All in all, the whole staff is genuinely committed in taking care of you and your aesthetic needs.

She keeps notes on all your treatments (and even remembers personal details about you). Her placement of Dysport is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and sweet. Comment: I was looking for a Westside medical spa with a great team and online presence. I had heard about Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center through a mutual friend and did some online research. I saw that Sydney had really great reviews and was highly recommended for anti-aging procedures. I wanted to start off with doing a minimally invasive beauty treatment that I was comfortable with. I felt so relaxed at BHRC because it provides the perfect experience of a rejuvenating spa mixed with the clinical standards of a medical facility. Sydney did such a great job that I went back to her again. I think she is a real artist – very careful with what she does, taking the time to complete the procedure so that I didnt feel rushed or increased pain. I am so happy with the results that I will go back again. The pricing is reasonable and the outcome is perfect! Thank you!

Comment: I love their treatments. I save my money and fly to LA from Nashville just to get treatments. I get so many compliments from my friends when I get back to Nashville. Im 53 and used to live in Beverly Hills but all those clinics bruised me and made me look worse until I found this clinic. Love the staff, nurses and even the owners greet you. Yoko just did my botox and filler. I look 10 years younger now. All my Nashville friends are flying there now for treatments. Love this place.

Comment: Everything was fine until it wasnt. The staff was great. Just not sure how trained they are. Must say they tried to fix my under eyes (BE VERY CAREFUL HERE....I recommend that you go to a BOARD CERT. PLASTIC SURGEON). Also, I was only shown the packages of the stuff I paid FULL price for. Now my cheeks (way too cheap, but looked good for a few months...should be good for over a year) are falling. Again, under eyes will probably never be the same. They kinda try and fool you into believing you look better. The botox I got there only lasted about 1 month also. ONE MORE TIME!!!! NO DOCTOR NO CONSULT NO EXPLANATION...I take full responsibility that I said yes. Oh..and I have many pics. The bait and switch last time when I tried to tell them that my eyes looked worse...they tried to move the old product around, so when the so called professionals came in, I was so swollen, I had no lines under my eyes at all.

Comment: I have waited a year to post due to their threats. I got a severe infection from a dirty needle that was laid down on the counter (not on the medial tray with sterilized paper) then used to inject me. I didn’t connect the dots until I read some information on this place on FaceBook. It’s a churn and burn medical spa with no doctor on site. I’m reporting them to BBB.
