Comment: Been coming here for years now and I can’t believe I always forget to review. BHRC is that place that gives you 110% every single time. The entire staff is amazing and so sweet. Everyone is so professional. They take the time to answer all my questions, I walk in with a ton of Google research and expect to get answers to everything, and I do, lol. They always message you your appointment time and call a day in advance to confirm. They will book a consult, ask you what result you are looking for and walk you through the process to get there. Lee is literally the only person I trust with my face. I made the mistake of taking a groupon deal at some “fancy” spot in Newport and was left botched. Lee did every thing she possibly could to fix everything. Marie works wonders when it comes to facials. You’ll walk out with glowing skin and a refreshed face. I’m so happy I found BHRC! It’s my happy place. It’s my gift to myself. TY BHRC

I have hired trainers, done diet programs and have always struggled, since childhood. This medication is the only thing that has ever helped me reach my ideal weight. Comment: I just left BHRC after being greeted by their friendly front office staff and taken to get a hydra facial by aesthetician Jazzel ! She was incredible. She took the time to inform me of each product she was applying and its purpose. . The entire process was relaxing and a breeze. She was thorough, informative, polite, and had no problem answering any of my questions. When the facial was over I couldn’t believe how incredible my skin looked and I was shocked to see all the oil, gunk, and dirt that was extracted from my skin. It all changed when I received a thorough consultation with the most professional and personable team of clinicians that Ive experienced, well, ever. I wanted to highlight a few people that have helped me on my journey to focus on myself and try to rewind time so it better fits how I feel not how old I am. First, James the nurse injector is such a brilliant nurse. He was able to educate me on the pros and cons of what procedures I could have that fit my skin/body type. He gave me an unedited explanation without the used car salesmen pitch. Im a nurse and he said all the things that an ethical, prudent, expert would say with no fluff.Second, Marie with her bomb facials that make you feel hydrated, clean, and looking like you just came back from a vacation. She IS the subject matter expert of her field. It makes sense that she is the lead aesthetician. She developed a plan for my skincare needs that was tailored to me.Lastly, Lee. She is such a kind and courteous owner and made sure my needs were met as well as making me feel welcomed and comfortable. It is indescribable on this review. I can equate it to walking into a familiar place with family. The clinic itself is immaculate and the room with the high-tech frosted glass that turns clear/ see-through with a flip of a switch.Youll be well taken care of. Definitely recommend the names I mentioned earlier.

I had a laseMD treatment for a dark spot and I didn’t have any discomfort thanks to numbing and this machine that blew cold air on my face. Best part is, the dark spot went away with just the one treatment. I did weight loss injections that helped a lot. I also highly recommend emsella for men, I feel like I’m in my 20s again.

Comment: This is long overdue as I’ve been coming here for several months. To begin, the clinic is exceptionally clean and recalling back to my first experience, the staff is very welcoming. Roughly 8 months later and the great customer service hasn’t changed. As a male, I haven’t taken advantage of everything they have to offer, but I personally have done IV therapy aiding in skin glow and also immunity. Red light therapy is something they brought on, which I love and always commit to. The facials are relaxing no matter which esthetician I was with. I’ve also done some hair removal from my face and body, which they do very quickly, takes multiple sessions of course. I’ve also indulged in some head hair loss therapy that they have as well. Overall, all my experiences have been met with professionalism and comfortability. Although they suggest and recommend certain treatments, I never felt pressured. I have even told them that certain things do not fit my budget and they have been accommodating in looking for alternative therapy. If you’re looking for a place that is clean, welcoming & knowledgeable, this is it!

Comment: I’ve been coming to Lee since she opened, and I haven’t let anyone touch my face since seeing what true talent looks like! Lee’s work is so natural. I’ve had friends that are nurses and very familiar with aesthetics tell me I look great but they have never been able to pinpoint exactly what I’ve had done. I’ve had almost everything under the sun done when it comes to fillers, various lasers, fat dissolving injections, tox, threads, etc. and never once has anyone questioned the subtle but beautiful changes. I’m the most happy with my liquid rhinoplasty. It’s the most subtle change but balanced out my face in ways I didn’t even know were possible. I love how they have all the latest equipment and you can cover so much ground in one visit in terms of lasers and filler. I don’t trust anyone but Lee. She maps out my face and makes me look my personal best, better than what I can imagine myself to look like. I always trust her judgment. She knows exactly where to stop before you start looking cooky. Overall, Lee and those trained by her are the best I’ve come across for facial balancing. I’d never go elsewhere. She’s the only one I’d trust even with a permanent filler like bellafill.

I had laser treatment that took away my dark spots and softened on my now glowing face, lip injections that made my husband blush, and fat dissolving shots for my chin & cheeks (half way into treatment) and I love my early results! Im also on the semaglutide treatment and lost 10 pounds in 3 months. After trying so many frustrating diets it seemed like nothing worked for me. My weight gain came after having my 2 year old baby and being on hormone treatments for over a year. The first time I walked into BHRC the welcoming staff made me feel so special. I will make sure through word of mouth, more people like me and my mother will know our kind is not welcomed at this business. Chino location. I am well aware of when im being denied service. I also am aware that my mother called as well and she too was left on hold as soon as she provided her name when a girl came back to phone to fabricate being out of lip filler even though they marketed to me their Botox and lip fillers.Please do not deny the truth. I have proof. Doesn’t look good for business and as an owner if your not aware, you may be now. This was not okay by any means. Oh yea, the intentional hang up in my face…. I came to him with filler from another facility that was poorly placed and causing me some swelling and discomfort. I had tried to have it dissolved at the other spa multiple times which was not successful. Danielle was able to use an ultrasound to dissolve everything and even explain to me why the filler was causing me these issues. We have now done some new lip filler with a different product he recommended to me and my lips are the perfect balance of pouty but still natural and soft. I am obsessed with them and I will definitely be coming back to see James for any future treatments!

Comment: I never write reviews, but I think this deserves an exception. I was so happy with my procedure and the provider that made it happened !! I went in for a consultation for my smile lines and fine facial wrinkles that were really starting to bother me. I met with Cynthia Hernandez, an amazing NP. She listened to all of my concerns about my face and how to best address them; guided me through the pros and cons of facial fillers, laser therapies, and finally Sculptra. Short of a full surgical procedure, Sculptra addressed my smile lines, and wrinkles with a more natural and long term solution than fillers; I knew nothing about this option until Cynthia suggested it to me. Throughout my consultation I never felt like I was at a car dealer getting the high pressure up sell to “buy every option”. She was able to do the procedure as soon as I was ready. She had such a deft hand that the procedure was only a mild discomfort after the cream anesthesia. Cynthia even did a thorough facial massage after the Sculptra placement to help prevent any possible bumps forming under my skin. I’ve waited 6 months to write this review because I wanted to be able to write an honest review of Cynthia and Sculptra, and I have zero regrets! I’m able to say that Beverly Hills Rejuvenation, and especially Cynthia Hernandez, were the perfect choice for me. She guided me to the right product for my concerns, answered my questions, was honest about the pros and cons, and did a fantastic job with my face. Now, 6 months later, I can write a review that includes the actual outcome - it’s great! Long story short, come and see Cynthia NP- she is fabulous!

Comment: I am 33 years old and I smoke tobacco, I also havent been on top of my Skincare game. During my consultation, Jonathan walked me through all the details and boy was he good and convincing, he glows! Then Mrs. Lee, who I believe is the owner?, came and suggested I take care of my skin then move on to any additional needed work. I have scarring from picking, she told me to get 2 sessions of Microneedling and Vi Peel. I also requested botox and undereye filler for my black hollow undereye circles. My first visit was with Danielle, we got the microneedling and Vi Peel done, her work was perfection, a week later, my skin was all peeled and shiny, most scarring vanished! I went back for Dysport (botox substitute) and undereye fillers, Mrs. Lee did the work this time, boy was it painless and I didnt bruise after like I expected, the results are amazing! The entire staff is so nice, cheerful and professional, they act like one big family and everyone is so attentive to detail. They follow up consistently and are very good with their aftercare instructions. I am so glad I ended up here, I was a little intimidated by the whole process from what I read and hear and they managed to make it all such a delight.

Comment: So... this is going to be my first review because I will post another once my results actually start to show. I received the treatment PCDC last Wednesday, so tomorrow marks a full week. I had never had anything cosmetic done before.. and after researching a few places and reading reviews I decided to go with Beverly hills rejuvenation center in Chino Hills. I think some people might have been scared off by the bluntness of them adamantly reminding me during my visit about the amount of swelling I would be expecting.. but honestly knowing now; having the whole experience, I am so so so glad that they were so upfront about the swelling because had they not.. I would have probably freaked out. lol. They really prepared me on knowing what to expect post injections. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made me so comfortable during my visit. Water, Netflix, numbing cream and good laughs and friendly small talk.. while also educating me about the product and at home care. Their office is also so clean and beautiful! I had PCDC injected into my under chin and jowel area (I am 33 years old and thin but I have stubborn, genetic facial fat). The treatment itself wasnt painful at all... but the first night was uncomfortable to say the least. I want to say the first 2 days were pretty bad. My face swelled up like a balloon.. I looked like The Nutty professor and Shallow Hals baby. My cheeks were so big, I probably could of drank from a cup with no hands! Lol.. I only took pain medication twice (both on the second day) only because I just dont really like taking stuff. I swelled from my cheeks, to down just below my collar bone. Eating wasnt easy, even coughing hurt some. Despite it all, I was still able to do my mom and wife duties but I did miss work the first 2 days. I had some tiny bruising on my neck area and a little black eye. PCDC is not for the faint of heart. Having this as my first cosmetic procedure was pretty intense in itself.. It will also REALLY test your significant others love for you! Lol. It amplified my insecurities by ten fold. I am now 6 days out though and my face is a little swollen but it is not really noticeable anymore. I am pretty much back to normal. I am a little sore still at the injection sites but its not bad at all. I cannot wait to see my full and final results. They said the more you swell the better your results will be.. so on account of my experience, I am expecting flawlessness. lol. For the amount of swelling I had (which I was told, the more you swelled the better results) which had me looking like a beluga whale.. I received little difference in my results. Not sure if the whole experience was worth it, especially took about 3 weeks to completely subside.

Even though I was more excited then nervous she made sure I was comfortable and provided me knowledge on what to look out for if I were to go somewhere else. Comment: If you’re looking for a non surgical nose job this is the place. I have been researching and wanting my nose done for YEARS. Finally 3 days ago I decided to send it and just do it. I loved Dr.Lees work from their Instagram. When I arrived the safety protocols were awesome. I was put in a room and given FABULOUS customer service by Alyssa! Blankets, water, food, even NETFLIX was all provided before I even had the procedure!! By the time Dr. Lee came in I felt comfortable. She showed me my profile mid procedure and I cried Of how much I loved it. Dr. Lee cares about the way you look and wants to elevate your natural beauty rather than make you look like a completely different person. Comment: I’ve been wanting to have an old tattoo removed for some years now but didn’t know where to turn. It seemed every time I did some research into a place or individual, I found something that I didn’t quite like. After a recommendation to BHRC, and some research of my own, I finally made the decision to go ahead with the procedure after so many years.When I first walked in to BHRC Chino Hills I was immediately impressed with how new, chic and modern the place was. I was greeted warmly by the front desk for my check in and asked if I would like any refreshments while I waited. The refreshment corner was stocked with a plethora of options of snacks and beverages. I had a can of seltzer water with a hint of strawberry.... not your average refreshment corner for sure!!After a short wait I was lead into the treatment room where I met NP Lee who would be preforming the procedure. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience worth me waiting to find the RIGHT office to have this tattoo removal done. I have a couple of more sessions to fully remove my unwanted tattoo, but I can’t wait to go back to BHRC Chino Hills as I have no reservations on the fact I choose the right place,and right people to help give me amazing results!Lee also recommended I use Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar 2 weeks pre and post to help my skin heal. I loved the way it soothes the skin and helped me have a shorter recovery. The Inhance Post Injection Serum by Alastin was also super impressive as it helped the bruising go away in just a couple days.From pre care, to treatment to post care BHRC knows what you need to have the best experience and outcome.

Comment: I went to Lee not knowing what would be the best approach or treatment to my saggy skin, she took her time explaining to me how different treatment would help my concern . We had an extensive consultation and we decided to start with PDO THREADS . The procedure was pretty much pain free since Lee used topical numbing and injectable numbing to deliver a pain free and comfortable treatment . I was very pleased with both the Beverly Hill Rejuvenation (Chino Hills) and their staff AND specially with the results . I am going back for other treatments in near future and definitely recommended this place and Ms. lee for any aesthetic procedure. They are very caring and knowledgeable. Comment: I came to bhrc looking to do one of those vampire facials Ive heard so much about. I was a little nervous because needles but the staff made me feel so at ease. The manager, Lee was nothing but amazing and was very knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect procedure for what I was looking for and explained everything to ease my nervousness. My nurse, Nicole, was so kind and gentle, she let me know what she was going to do and asked how I was doing along the way. Overall, I had an amazing experience there.
