I found BBB on google and noticed they offered HydraFacial which I had always heard great things about. I made an appointment over the phone, and the woman was very patient with all the questions I had concerning payment amount and memberships. When I showed up for my appointment, I was immediately taken care of. Staff was very polite and attentive. My HydraFacial was amazing and Christine was very professional and friendly. The best part was seeing all the impurities that came out of my face! I then decided to take advantage of one of the perks I received for signing up for a monthly membership. I was hesitant about getting Botox, but Doctor Choi was patient and addressed all my concerns and misconceptions. She gave me plenty of information, advice, and her own personal experience. Comment: I want to start this review with first saying I have had fillers and Botox many times in the past and traditionally go to a plastic surgeon or a business that has very qualified and has extensive experience with the different types of fillers and what should be used and where for enhancement, traditionally in Orange County or Los Angeles. I saw this local business, but in hindsight and looking at their reviews and virtually no outcome photos of patients, instead pictures of the office and staff, I should have viewed this as a red flag of whats to come. However, I do try and support local businesses.I went to this office on a Tuesday. The areas of focus for me initially were to get Botox, laser and potentially thread fillers. One area of concern was tiny lines around my upper lip. The Dr. recommended Dysport to address my upper lip and stated it might cause a little dribble at times when drinking from a glass. Since the Dr. should be the expert on how to address this problem I agreed, I thought this a little dribble was manageable.Fast forward to Saturday, post Dysport and filler. The Dysport administered to my upper lip completely immobilized it creating significant issues with my ability to speak properly, annunciation, difficulty with eating food and drinking, inability to even purse my lips to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. In addition, it exacerbated my frown lines even worse than prior to this treatment with both corners of my mouth turning downward.I spoke with Dr. the following week, and let her know what had happened, she stated, yes this can happen. I asked if these things could happen why werent they disclosed prior to this treatment as if I would have known, I would have absolutely declined having Dysport on my top lip. Of course the Dr. wanted me to come in so she could document my issues, which really is her trying to CYA in my opinion. She informed me since it was a small dose it would be gone in the next 6-8 weeks. BOTOX-Dysport traditionally lasts for (3) month, (6) months at best for a regular dose. What added insult to my injury is the receptionist called me later in the day to offer me to come in and have additional BOTOX free of charge. Who is doing that after such a horrible experience? Would anyone trust going back in after that type of experience? Only if one could dissolve a filler or correct the BOTOX? No.This treatment was not a side effect that would be covered for by signing a consent prior a treatment, this was BOTCHED treatment administered by an injector who lacks the experience and knowledge in my opinion. Being a Dr. really means nothing for injections, unless you are a plastic surgeon; it is a short term certification program that can also be done by an RN, PA or NP. What is the most important however, is whomever is doing the injections has a comprehensive understanding the customers goals, extensive knowledge and expertise of assessing facial structure and what should be used to enhance or address the customers concern and a track record of positive outcomes achieved. My experience was not this at all.This is established who puts their goals first, revenue generation, selling really hard their monthly packages, it was presented to me (4) times during my treatment that was completed in about 1.5 hours. Do not let a nice office setting fool you; find a trusted injector that perhaps has less overhead with a high end looking office, and instead, has high end injectors. This review is based on my experience and opinion. I will happily go back to OC and LA after this.I am sure the doctor will respond to this as she has to manage her social media, but again the response will not be for my benefit.

She made me very comfortable through every step. The staff is also honest, helpful, supportive though every step. It is a pleasure to come here. I had facial hair my entire life and always wanted to get rid of it. Finally Dr. Hiedi got rid of it. It’s life changing. I was also insecure about my thin upper lip and Dr.Hiedi Choi made them look naturally full. The lip flip service is also life changing.(can’t stop looking at my lips) Also fun to put lipstick on now and there is something to actually put it on! There is a fine line with enhancing lips and not overdoing it. Dr.Hiedi Choi is an expert at making them the perfect size for your face. The fact that they look natural but enhanced from what I had before was the perfect combination. Also don’t get me started on the skinny shots. I feel great and I swear they make me look and feel skinner every time I get them.Botox is also life changing. Always wanted it. I have officially come to the other side. Looks natural I never bruise and she is also honest about what is needed without overdoing it. Dr. Hiedi is an artist and pro in this field and I look forward to aging gracefully with her! Comment: I’ll start by saying that I’m not exactly a “spa guy”. I’ll do the occasional massage, but that’s about it. I’ve NEVER had a facial or anything of the sort. I don’t even use anything special on my face when I shower. Whatever I use on the rest of my body goes on the face as well…much to the chagrin of my wife! With that said, I was talked into doing a “Hydrafacial” at Beautiful Body and Beyond. Wow! This was way beyond what I expected! I’ll start by saying that the entire experience from beginning to end was outstanding! The staff was amazing…kind, professional, well organized, and very attentive. The spa facilities were amazing. Impeccably decorated and maintained…a very clean, orderly and sophisticated look…very chic. The treatment room was amazing…in addition, the music selection was very soothing and the scent in the room provided a wonderful backdrop to the overall experience. In terms of the facial itself, again, it was my first. But it won’t be my last. Just the experience of receiving it makes it well-worth going back for more. But the result was very surprising. I honestly felt like these sorts of treatments were a bit…let’s just say, “unscientific”. But I was very wrong. There was a clear difference in how my face and skin felt and looked that lasted for days. It was really amazing. There is no doubt as to the benefits, and I’m convinced that repeated visits will keep my skin looking and feeling much younger than the number of times I’ve been around the sun would otherwise indicate! I highly recommend this medical spa for all the reasons I just articulated. Moreover, I recommend it to you gentlemen that might not otherwise think it would be an experience for you. Ladies…just buy him a treatment for Christmas. He may balk at it, but once he does it, he will definitely thank you for it!

They offer convenient appointment times (I went after work one day). The office itself is fresh and clean, yet comfortable and inviting. The Dr and staff were attentive to my needs and customized my treatment based on my needs and budget. I did not feel pressured and felt more beautiful leaving than going in! Comment: I had the pleasure of being one of the first clients at this new medical spa. The place was immaculate and beautifully set up. There were many things that sets it apart. First, you are greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff members. No one was pushy or try to make you buy things that are unnecessary. Dr. Heidi Choi was very personable and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Second of all, they offer some great lines of service including the latest the Evolve machine which does toning, trimming, and tightening. I also got a hydro facial by Sarah and my face never felt cleaner. My wife and I both did a session on the Evolve for toning. Very cool and innovative way to get your body the way you want it. Finally, with the whole Covid situation going on, I felt very safe here. They have a temp scanner upon entry. Every inch of the spa felt clean. Everyone was very careful and used precautions throughout.All in all, I had a great experience at this Med spa and would highly recommend it.
