Comment: Short story: My wife and I recently had our HVAC system replaced by ABC. We had been putting it off for years, and now that it’s done, we wonder why we waited so long. We’ll definitely be recommending ABC to our friends - everybody we interacted with was very friendly and easy to work with. I wish all contractors were this easy. ABC, any interest in taking on a bathroom remodel or block wall? Jk.Long Story: Our old HVAC was installed in 1989 - the A/C was super inefficient, and the heater only worked 10% of the time. This past winter, the heater gave up completely, leaving us rather cold. But we got through the winter with electric space heaters, assuming that replacing the entire HVAC was going to be hassle (working with contractors in general has been a huge pain in the past), and something we decided to put off until later in the year. We decided to finally pull the trigger in April and reached out to a few folks, ultimately deciding to go w/ ABC. The entire process was way easier and faster than we expected. Trevor came out to assess our existing system specs and layout at a time that was convenient for us. We discussed a few different options and he provided a couple different quotes within a day or two. After receiving the quotes, we responded with several questions (8 or 9 I think), and Trevor answered those questions quickly and thoroughly. Once we gave Trevor the thumbs up, he was able to schedule the work around our personal schedules, ultimately coming out about a week later. The crew that performed the work were all very polite and friendly. Jerry, the lead, was especially very good at addressing any concerns or questions I had while they were working. The very first thing they did was lay down cloth covers inside to prevent dirtying our floors and rugs. And once they were done, they made sure to wipe any marks they left on the walls around the closet where they were working. Overall, the work only took a day and half, and was fairly non-invasive. And since getting the system installed, we’ve used both the A/C and heater. They both work great! The system is also much quieter than the old one. I’m curious to see how much energy we save this summer w/ the more efficient unit.

As a single mom on a budget, I highly recommend ABC for all of your AC and Heating needs!!I met Trevor (one of the owners) for a comparison estimate and he beat the larger companies price by more then $10,000 even knowing what I was quoted!!!! They offered financing and completed the tear down of my homes 35 year old parts and also installation of the complete modern new system within 2 days. The owner Tom brought me a portable AC unit to use for a few days which was greatly appreciated during the 100° Heatwave.I needed all new ducting, Furnace and A/C unit for a two story home. The two guys that did the work were on time and did a great job.I love the new quiet energy efficient slimline design of the outside condenser. Last night my kids and I finally enjoyed our first comfortable summer night in many years!!I also feel good knowing I am helping to support a local family business. The big well known company said they gave me their best deal and they were lying. I feel blessed knowing ABC truly gave me the best deal plus high quality, integrity and professionalism. You can feel at peace knowing they will do the same for your family.

Comment: Kevin Barber came to our house to fix a malfunctioning wall heater. He was nice and professional, explaining to me what he was doing. Within an hour, he was able diagnose the issue of a thermostat wire that had had its insulation melted off, replace it, and clean up.

He answered all my questions and provided feedback and suggestions relating to the heating problem within the home, what I liked most about this company was that the gentleman who called to set up the visit ( I believe his name was Trevor )assured me they would try their best to resolve the issue today, Trevor then followed up with a phone call after the completion of the service to make sure I was satisfied with the job & THAT MY FRIENDS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I found ABC Heating & Air Conditioning to fix this issue before the repipe contractor sealed the holes.Trevor from ABC Heating & Air office was very patient to understand the issue, even if no technician available for that day. Trevor went the extra mile to find Tom, a retired technician, to diagnose the problem via a phone callTom was also friendly and patient to walk me through the steps to find root causes. My machine was 30 year old, Tom was willing to put a lots of efforts to find the parts to fix my machine.I highly recommend to anyone
